These guys were truly LIFESAVERS when my battery died this past Sunday!! I had already been waiting on Geico emergency roadside for THREE hours, once I got a jump and got to Oreillys these guys had my new battery in and had me ready to hit the road in under 30 minutes! I appreciate yall so much! Thank you!

Today was the last straw for me. This is the 3rd time I’ve called this store and was told they have the part I need in stock and when I get there a few minutes later they dont have it. I will never be back to this store.

Went to the store to buy headlight and turn signals bulb on July 14 around 930 am we were the only ones in the store never got greeted and we were standing at the counter after we had to look the bulbs up ourselves and she didn't even say a word to us as soon as another person come in she was quick to help them we walked out will not ever go back to that store which is bad for you guys because I spend alot of money back to advance auto we go they have never treated us like that

Walking in...store smelled of cigarette smoke. There were 5 employees, Noone acknowledged me entering. That's normally ok...I usually am able to find what I need. I walked to the back of the store, still, noone acknowledged me. One employee letting cursewords fly. Ok, I understand we all get frustrated...but, not when you have customers in the store. Next time, I'll drive 20 mins extra to get what I need.

Stay away from this store!!! Rude condescending cashier. Very poor to zero to rude to condescending customer Service. I inquire to buy a new battery for my car, Katie, the worker asked me rude and stupid questions like do you know if your car is gas or battery? This is a very rude and demeaning question. Like I will not know if i bought my car any gas at all. Stupid!!! She had been condescending the whole time that i ended up asking for someone else in the store and she actually declined the other person to help me. Just because she have computer she thinks she knows everything with that sorry smirk on her face I had to ask someone else to look at my car for help and she called the manager to not help me!!!! Stay away from this store!!!!!!

Prices are high, service is near zero. I bought some headlight bulbs and they to lazy to even look at the car to put them in, said something about having to take the bumper off to get to them. They were simple clips, I found out by myself later. It was a simple service, and they used to do this.

I asked for the cheapest spark plugs and the guy at the counter sold me the wrong spark plugs and the most expensive one they carry... This isn't the first time this has happened to me and and other people I've talked to...

Good store with pretty much anything you need and if they don't have it in stocks they can order it or show you a store that has it, about my oil and oil filter for wife's car there couple weeks ago and they give me like five different choices of filter and prices which I loved by the way especially after Advance Auto Parts give me one listing and one ridiculous price I would like $18 for a filter and I won't be back there anymore O'Reilly's is my store.

This store has the market. There is nothing around for 30 miles. Hence their prices. They can charge these prices because of owning the local market. (Smart move O'Reilly's!) Whenever possible I order online for about half price and it gets delivered to my door. However they are always pleasant and they usually have what I want when I am in a pinch.

Not good customer service. So there was cashier A and cashier B. I went behind a customer on cashier B, soon as cashier B got done with customer in front of me, I placed my gallon jug of oil on the table for cashier B- he walked away after looking at my jug. I went to cashier A. When cashier A rang me up, a new customer came in and cashier B along with another cashier came out of nowhere to ask if that man needed some help. Is this how you treat your customers? This is very rude.

I would have given a 5 star, but I encountered a young guy on the phone who was worthless. I asked a question about an item, and he told me, "we have several sizes, You will have to come in and look". Was not the answer I needed at the time. The next time I needed something, I found out they had what I needed. Oh well, they lost that sale. I ended up elsewhere. Other than that they do have a good inventory.

I was on my way home when my check engine light came on. I stopped in and they read my car's computer, they fixed the problem and charged me nothing.

Been here numerous times since they opened, always a positive experience. The manager and every other employee I have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable with every thing we've needed so far. The one time they didn't have what I needed, they had it there that same evening.
