What a pleasant experience during an unpleasant event! Sunday morning at 7 o’clock at that! I made a call to this business and cannot tell you how appreciative I am of everything that was done for me on this morning. I had an incident and it resulted in my tire being torn and losing air. I made it to an area close by and started searching for assistance. In under an hour, my assistance arrived and I had been towed to a local tire repair shop. On a Sunday morning… I can’t state this enough! Excellent service and friendly as well! Very reasonable fee!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

My wife got a new Escalade ESV for our family trip to the FL beach, and sure enough we broke down in the middle of the night just outside of Pulaski TN on I65. After waiting on USAA for hours with no help, Jonathon showed up and saved us! He transported our car and my family of 5 to a nearby GMC shop, and then took us all to a nearby hotel; what an awesome guy!!! We are so thankful for his service, and will still hopefully make it to our family beach trip.
I recently purchased a vehicle from out of town and needed a secure place to store it until the transporter could arrive. Johnathon and Cody were incredibly helpful the pickup and storing the truck for two days without any hassle. I was in a tight spot, and they really came through for me. I have never had a better experience with tow services. Johnathan towed my van along with myself and my three children. He was accommodating, prompt, fair priced, and a great human being. Mid South was dispatched by my roadside service, and he was fantastic. He was able to load my 22' single axle travel trailer with blown tire onto his truck with no issue, took it back to his shop, replaced the tires for me, and charged me a low flat rate for labor plus the cost of the tires. He then helped me rehitch the trailer and got me safely back on my way. He contacted me as soon as he was dispatched, was on site within the time promised, and was very familiar with my equipment. I would definitely recommend this business, and would request his company for my tow.
Excellent customer service from the young man who answered my call and the young man who came to retrieve my truck was extremely polite and lots of positive attitude for someone being in the aggravated situation we were in. He was a very calm young man and put us at ease immediately. Price was very reasonable as well. Thank you for being a positive professional!!!!!
Jonathan was awesome to work with. He rescued us from I -65 and took our truck to his lot. His price was fair and he was really nice. He called his diesel mechanic Nathan, who came to the lot and worked all day in the heat to fix our truck. In fact, we stayed the night in Pulaski, TN, and everyone we met was very polite. I never touched a door and was referred to as ma’am the entire time.
My car broke down while on vacation for my 10 yr anniversary. We called to arrange a tow for the day of our check out.
