Hello everyone. Do not order this company, no one ever, they will charge three times more. They charged $11,000 for 4 hours of work, but in reality it was only 3 hours 10 minutes, and only 5 miles of towing. They damaged the equipment during the lift, and also specially cut the coolant pipe in their yard so that we could not leave ourselves. Be careful.
Great towing provider. I’ve used them multiple times. Early in the morning on a full size truck after an accident. Used them late at night on a broke down sedan. And used them on a large dump truck stuck on a construction site. They were very timely and easy to deal with and had great communication.
Honestly I have never dealt with a more professional company Steven from S&S took care of me and was in constant communication from the beginning from my very difficult insurance situation him and his office crew took care of everything and I will never use another tow service!
Told me it would be 20 minutes to arrive at my location, waited over two hours and never showed. Called three times and received no answer and finally on the fourth call was yelled at because apparently it's my fault they don't have enough trucks on the road. Don't waste your time or money on this horrible company.
Drove over 2 hours to deliver a New Ford Crate motor got there they went to cussing and using all kinds of fowl language refused the motor saying it wasn’t the same one in picture but clearly it was still had Ford paperwork attached to it.. Cost me over 200.00 for a driver and fuel very disrespectful people.. Very fowl language for a business I wouldn’t recommend at all..They definitely learned me a lesson I won’t deliver to anyone again without a deposit lesson learned..
had a vehicle hit me. The towing service would not bring my truck to my house ( which was no more than 7 miles)because I didn't have $350 on my person. They did in fact take it to my place of work since my boss is a licensed Auto dealer. The distance was about the same either way. Never received a receipt, and I ended up having to pay $400. Would NEVER recommend this towing company!!! Oh, they also never put the truck in neutral when loading it on the back of the flatbed.. There was only front end damage to the truck.
Spent weeks trying to find someone to tow our 26' camper and the STRUGGLE WAS REAL! Multiple towers turned us down, brought the wrong equipment, etc. These fellas didn't only do the job, but they were really kind, professional humans.

Diesel engine blew up on i40 on a Sunday pulling a toy hauler. They went way beyond onormal service to help us out. 5 stars and thank you for everything
Took truck to have oil leak fixed oil cooler installed and coolant filter kit installed charged me 4500 bucks for everything. Drove it home had diesel leak took back up there they tightened some lines diesel leak fixed. Drove it and hour down the road now it’s leaking oil. Try to reach out and let the guy that worked on it let it know it was leaking oil. No response. Tried to message and see what would be a good day to bring it back in no response. Now I’m out 4500 still with an oil leak that’s worse than when I originally took the truck there.
Four giant men surrounded my aunt and I while we tried to get her possessions from an impounded car. They lied multiple times about the law on getting it and then proceeded to yell at us and throw us out. They then welcomed my husband in no problem and told him it was already sold. Contacted the police over the MULTIPLE laws they are breaking and for verbal intimidating us
Had a accident and out vehicle was towed there AND when we finally was able to get our stuff out there was some things taken from us and the employee was extremely rude so much he could have been the one that took out things
The owner came and picked us up in his personal vehicle and made sure that we made it safely to the hotel while his staff towed our vehicle to the local garage. He also saved us a ton of money by telling us there was a closer Firestone than the one our insurance company was sending us to. Absolutely above and beyond service! Five stars across the board!
I had a person OD. In my 2005 totayota Highlander. They tow it to there place, det held it for about 35 hrs. Pick it up at s&s crane,$175.00 I was charge. Damn, the police had it tow ,then they should pay the $175, not me. This is not over yet.

My insurance company could not get the 3rd party to get my car. Last night after waiting almost 3 hours for a tow truck. We gave up.
We were given this tow company name from the gas station we were stuck at.

He has checked with me all day and dealt with my insurance company and adjuster whick took almost 24 hours. My insurance adjuster told me it be in the morning before he could bring it to smyrna.

I want to thank Chris at S&S Wrecker for coming to our rescue after our RV tire fell off. It was late, he was ready to close up for the day when we called in desperation. He picked us up immediately and to our surprise, called the owner of a parts store after hours and managed to get the replacement parts. He fixed our RV trailer after dark and got us back on the road within two hours. I can’t praise his work ethics enough. And the whole time he was nothing but polite,friendly, and professional. We definitely felt like we were in good hands. We would absolutely recommend Chris to everyone needing mechanical repairs.
This service is amazing. I was stuck on the side of 40 eastbound with traffic blowing by at 80 mph. The driver, Chris, was like a friggin super hero. He swooped in and saved my a$$. Period.
3:40am and they rescued us. Excellent service!! Turned away by every other company here in Tennessee besides S&S! They were fast and very friendly. . 5 star! Shane took care of us and he was GREAT! THANK YOU AGAIN FROM MICHIGAN!
Came to rescue us at 2:30 in the morning after our insurance company’s roadside assistance company never sent a wrecker like they said they were from 10:30pm until we called S&S. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you!!
