The guys did a great job. They had a tight area to work in to drag a Cadillac out of a garage. Professional and mindful of the property as to get the job done without damaging anything.
This was the best towing experience I’ve ever had. I called for service and heard back from the driver within 10-minutes. He was on his way. He called again when he was closer. Got there. Loaded the truck. Took payment. Offered me a ride. From initial call to vehicle gone was about an hour. Thanks, guys.

I was stuck in the ice and 250,000 plus. Big victor came out with wrecker and did a great job. Not one scratch and out of snow out of ice. Vic was fantastic and he also heard it was on my dime not company and gave me a break. Did me a solid. I been in heavy haul biz for 33 years and we run 840 constantly. I can not say enough about this business. I was stranded at work over night and my insurance Roadside was unable to secure service for me! Even after 2 days! My husband was able to secure service within 20 mins. Austin notified me when he was within 10 mins and at my location. I have drive a high-end sport car and was worried about loading. He was awesome, thorough, and so careful! He made it an enjoyable tow after 2 horrible days for me! He also brought me back to work to finish my shift!! Harpeth Towing went above and beyond in customer service. My car was in Hermitage but my keys were in Franklin with me. My tow truck driver swung by my house to pick up my keys before picking up my car. That was an extra stop that I didn’t ask them nor expect them to make. Excellent customer service. Bonus, they were the least expensive of the three tow companies I called for an estimate. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Took nearly 2 hours to get to me. I was told it would take 1 hour. Took several minutes to achieve unlock upon arrival. Driver was not wearing a mask, nor did he respect social distancing even after he saw I was wearing a mask. In Kentucky, where I live, I can get service in 15 minutes, unlock in 2 minutes upon arrival, social distancing respect, and low cost of $30.00. I was charged $85 for very poor service!!!
Ricky masterfully pulled my Camaro out of a steep ditch without damaging my car at all. Friendly guy, and patient with pulling it out. So thankful to have someone who cared enough to do a good job while not hurrying to get back.
Ricky arrived sooner than expected, did a great job loading, transporting, and unloading my truck. He was very pleasant and courteous, and the rates seemed very reasonable to me.

I called about a jump start acquired by the time in the price never got a quote on the price I understand why now cost me $80 to have someone come jump me off that is outrageous, and if I had been quoted that it's going to be $80 to come jump me off I would have said nevermind but of course the service is already done before anybody told me the price! I will never call harp if I will tell all of my people to stay away from this company!
They were prompt and courteous. Made my wife comfortable with all aspects of the tow and allowed her to ride with them to the dealership. They arrived in less than 30 minutes of my call for service.
