Cheap entry fee ($2) and quite an inventory for Ford, Chevy, Jeep, and most other American brands. Employee at the entrance was friendly and pricing is fair. Recommend checking this place out before making an eBay or online purchase
Called her before driving 30 minutes here. Asked if they have a wheel to go on the car. They said yes. I come all the way to Trenton just for them to charge me to get in. No problem. I’m coming to get what I need. Spend 20 mins trying to find the car I need in 90° heat. Once again no problem. They have what I need. Nope. Get to the car and it’s nothing I need. The problem is I was told they had one left just for them not to. Get back to the front and the guy says yeah we don’t look and see what it has. We just keep inventory of the vehicle. Feel like my time has been wasted all for them to be penny pinching for $2.
Nice down to earth people tgeybhave alot of vehicles so your options on parts are very broad the lot was clean all gravel plus you get a 30 day return warranty awesome place
I used them to scrap an old Lincoln that got crushed by a tree. They were great to communicate a time and were friendly. We set an 8am pickup time and the driver was right on time. Good guys and fair prices to buy junk cars. Would recommend.
These guys are very helpful and will do everything they can to see that you get what you need. If you happen to be mechanically inclined and in need of parts for your vehicle around Gibson county, give them a shout! They'll help you out!
Extremely nice people. Very helpful. Organized so well! Everything was easy to find and exactly where the wonderful printed out list said it would be! I traveled from out of town and I didn't know that it was 16+ years of age to enter and they entertained my 2 children while I got what I needed. The kindness from them will not be forgotten! 5 stars all the way! I will most definitely travel there again for what I need.
They don't pay you much for drop offs, but at least someone else may find part(s) they need. Just dropped off an 03 Chevy Trailblazer, front passenger tire is new has less than 800 (eight hundred) miles on it), has sound system wiring still in it, etc.
Great prices and friendly service every time I've had to go. Just tell them what kind of vehicle you're looking for and they will give you a print out showing where they are and how many they have.
Needs new inventory and a helpful staff wouldn't hurt either. Show no respect for people if they don't know you and all dodges were picked to death. Literally walked around skimming the ground looking for something useful. Probably hit one if the other ones within a mile of here.
real friendly staff, told them what I needed and he printed out a list and highlighted where the vehicles are located and pointed out the row to find the best match for what I needed. they even stayed open past closing time for me and gave me a discount. great place to do your business!!
Huge selection out here with a meager $2 entry fee, and locations of particular cars upon request. Literally 7 compatible cars to pull parts from today and the model I'm looking for isn't even a "Popular" car model. The grid organization took a bit to get the hang of and would probably be even harder to explain to someone else. Other than that, this is one of the most well kept pick a part lots I've ever been to.
On 5/14/2022 my son and I purchased an airbag assembly. When we got home, we discovered that the electrical connectors were different. We brought it back the very next day on 05/15/2022, and asked if we could exchange it for one with the correct connectors. The guy at the window asked if we purchased a warranty. I attempted to explain that we were never offered one. We just simply wanted to exchange it. The guy refused. I've made multiple purchases from this place in the past. I drive about 45 minutes from Union City. I will no longer do buisness with this place ever again.
Have made multiple purchases here and I was always impressed until today. I purchased a part yesterday tried to exchange it today and the employee actually yelled in my face " Did you purchase the warranty?" No, I did not I wasn't asked about a warranty then or ever before on other purchases. This part I only needed to exchange as the connections were wrong for my vehicle. I understand if you don't purchase a warranty you can't exchange but, if that's the case at the very least a warranty should be offered at check out. I also understand everyone has a bad day but, no one working with the public should be yelling in a customer's face for no provocation. I am highly disappointed and will never purchase from them again and I will also advise all my family and friends to stay away from this place.
Went today for the first time and pleasantly surprised. They had a huge inventory and easily navigable lot. I found the part I was quoted 700 dollars for, for 5 bucks! The person at the front office was very nice and helpful! Will definitely be back!
These guys are amazing! I might not always find what I need but its not from a lack of information. We managed to get everything we needed for all three of my vehicles today. Very reasonable priced might I add. Dont know what I'd do without yall!
Okay, if Ben the manager could stop uttering comments below his breath about customers (not thinking they can hear him) the place would be okay. The guy could absolutely not give two s**** about his customers! Used to keep a membership out there, but after a number of run-ins with him, I go elsewhere!
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean lot, well stocked, enough space between vehicles to comfortably work, was easy to find several vehicles and all the parts we needed, a total of about 5 different items. Easily saved over $200 in parts and accessories. Worth it to check here first if your in the area.
This place is great there prices I'd say can't be beat had everything I was looking for with a very nice selection cleanest yard I've seen everything in rows easy to work around. The guys there are very friendly great service. This is the first place I go to now, well worth the 1.5 HR drive for me I have saved so much money coming here. If your looking for a place this is it.
Great experience, got exactly what we needed. Prices were cheaper than their competition next door. They were extremely nice and welcoming. We're already planning y going back for more parts.
Great place to find parts! I found many parts here that helped me complete my build. I'm not sure what the other bad reviews are about but I was provided with friendly and helpful service. Two dollar fee at the door and be sure to bring your own tools.
