My husband and I are from out of town. We were trying to go to an overlook on a mountain when our van broke down. I called them in a panic on the side of this narrow highway. They were there within the hour and had my van back on the road in a couple of days. They were friendly and incredibly accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.
Blake Moore is the best of the best!!! Got there in a good amount of time and was able to help us out without having to use any extra equipment. Thankful for Blake and Ikard Towing!
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Our driver was stranded during this crazy snow/ice event and they didn’t hesitate to come and fix our truck to allow our driver to get to our customers needing propane. So nice and genuinely good people! Highly recommend!
My wife, two year old daughter, and I locked our keys in the car at the grocery store. Called Ikard for help and Jason picked up the phone immediately. This is truly a great towing company. Earlier today I took a turn too sharp and got my 2023 Honda accord stuck in the ditch. The people who got me out did a phenomenal job, and expertly got my car out of a tricky position. They are nice, helpful, and reasonably priced. They left my car with no additional damage other than what I had already caused and for that I am truly thankful. If I ever get put in an unfortunate situation where I need a towing company, then Ikard will without a doubt be the ones I call!
Unfortunately in the towing of our truck, there was slight damage. Ikards made everything right and we're very kind and professional the whole way. Highly recommend!

I was towed in today by a wonderful man named mark he told us to get in the truck in the air conditioning and did a wonderful job taken us home I would give him 100000 if there was that type of rate he ask us what happen and was just wonderful caring man would recommend him again if need don’t take him long 2 get to us No one wants to be towed but if you have to have it, Ikard Towing is a great choice. they were very professional and careful with my vehicles, which I appreciated.My driver on this occasion, Mark, made it a pleasant experience.

My sister’s boyfriends got hit by a deer and when they brought his car to our house he was the best. The worker was named Mark and he was spectacular. He was nice and careful. He reassured us that it was ok. He made us feel better about the situation. He also told us a great story and why to not drink and drive (we weren’t but it is graduation weekend so just a warning.) Such a great guy.
Tommy came out and moved my container with ease! It was so gangster how he switched it from the trailer to his rollback?? He’s Prompt and professional! Funny too!

My wife’s ball joints broke on her car in the middle of an entrance to dollar general. I knew immediately who to call. Mark called me back and after a few questions he was in his truck on his way to me. Within 20 min he was there. He explained exactly what he was gonna do and when he was doing it was very careful with her car. Nothing else got damaged while putting the car without a tire on the truck. Highly recommend Ikard and Mark for all your towing needs
This is the second time in a month I've used this towing service. Both time they were very quick to respond and did excellent. The most recent job, Tommy managed to back my broken truck down a very narrow driveway and set it in my carport. Excellent driving and friendly..

Mark was great and paid attention to every detail to make sure our brand new boat made it to its destination without any more damage. Our trailer was totaled and he had to get this beautiful beast and the wrecked trailer safely to the boat store. I would highly recommend him and Ikard Towing company. Mark was polite, skilled, and quick in all aspects. He made sure we were safe and warm, efficiently towed our car and uhaul trailer to a shop for repairs and reassured us the shop was trust worthy. He even went as far as to explain how we could get AAA to cover the towing.
