Royal Towing helped me out by towing my car from one mechanic business to another across town. Great communication throughout the process. They really saved the day! *This event took place in 10/2024, but I couldn't find the original review. Maybe it never posted... ?
I was treated with the utmost respect and given a fair price for the parts and labor. Cody did an amazing job on my truck, and even recommended some maintenance i needed later on. Samantha was so sweet and professional when I called about the status. Met the owner Alex and was beyond impressed. HIGHLY recommend this shop
Came in early in the morning and they immediately took a look at my car. They were extremely transparent and told me exactly what I needed and what was wrong. They ordered the part and got it overnighted so it could be installed the next morning. Extremely awesome and nice staff highly recommend them!!!!!!
My car broke down on the highway on my way back home! Royal Towing and Auto care came to my aid and fixed the problems on my car. Everyone we meet were very professional and friendly. They even offered refreshments while we waited for the car to be fixed. If I lived locally would definitely use them for regular repairs and maintenance. I truly recommend them to anyone living in the area or just needing a helping hand on the highway!
My car overheated in traffic. It wouldn’t start again. The sheriff’s department was working the event and called Royal. Because the “police” called him, I got charged a $375 fee on top the tow. Total was $685. People who take advantage of others shouldn’t stay in business. I’ll be calling the sheriff’s department to let them know about the fee. Hopefully they won’t call Royal any longer or tell the person in need to call for themself.
In response to your reply... How can you say that your prices are "set with the police departments"? I have an email from the Fayette County Sheriff's Dept. stating they do not collect or charge a fee and have no affiliation with you. So how it is "set with the police department"?
They are super friendly great service. I came in because my car was over heating and they fixed my car in no time. Will be coming back here for the foreseeable future for all my car needs and care. Thank you so much yall are fantastic!!!
Excellent service. The tow truck got to me on the side of the road quickly and the shop was able to get my preferred tire before I even made it to the shop. They changed my tire quickly and had me back on the road. Great staff and customer service. If I ever have car issues in the area again, they will be my first call.
Super convenient to have my broken car towed and fixed by the same shop. Tow truck arrived quickly. Very professional service from everyone I interacted with. They fixed my radiator, AC, brakes and rotors, and even my window that stopped working. These guys can do it all! Very pleased and I would highly recommend.
These guys were amazing and so professional and friendly. I had a tire blowout on the Highway after hitting a pot hole and they arrived quickly and even helped me find a tire shop open after hours. I highly recommend as they treated me like a friend and were interested in helping me get the best fix for a fair price to get back on the road.

Codey fix everything that was wrong with my 2014 Traverse. He took the time to explain all the parts that were need and if it was worth it to invest in the truck. Driver side ball joint broke and need a tow. They quickly arrived and worked diligently to get my jeep onto the hauler with no damage as my hehicle posed many problems. I was very happy with their service. Thank you Royal towing
