They take responsibility for nothing and they’re terrible at doing what you ask them to . We’ve had vehicles who won’t start from batteries not being tightened after they work on them . Codes being thrown due to air filters they charged me for not being replaced . And they changed the oil in my wife’s Tahoe and left the old seal on and placed the 2nd on ,we drove off , it drained the oil, blew the motor . And I got stuck replacing it . We’ve tried off and on for years to use them due to being local , but you best think twice about it .
I am very happy with the service they gave me. I called them to find out what kind of wait I would have to get my truck's AC looked at and that I am a otr driver and only had a few days and the one vehicle. They got me in as soon as I got there and found my truck's problem, fixed and recharged my AC and got me out in an just under an hour.
I will be back for other work and will let others know of thequality service they gave me.
In and out quickly. Very clean and front office smelled nice, not all dingy and greasy. I got a discount for being a new customer. They were also very pleasant.

I was travelling from out of state and picked up a screw in my tire. I noticed it when I made a stop in Moscow, TN. Although it was Saturday and they were just minutes from closing they waited for me and repaired my tire! They were so nice! Fast, friendly, professional, and caring. God bless them!
Horrible customer service never called to say my vehicle was ready and when I asked why nobody called they had a nasty attitude and told me talk to manager...
Didn't do the work that was ask, doing what they wanted to do to my truck ,so I refuse the service ,needed a radiant flush ,got a computer check in stead
Ok, I have an oil pan leak. I bought a new one, went to highway 70 car care and asked how much it would cost to replace. They said it would take (14 HOURS) to do this job. It doesn't take 14 Hours to remove 14 bolts and replace 14 bolts. Thats is ridiculous. Or they are the most inexperienced machanics. I wonder how long does it take to change the oil.

I asked the cost to replace a power steering pump.
The price quoted to replace my power steering pump included an upsale to flush out the system. I purchased my own part and brought it to the store. My labor cost was higher because I brought my own part. I spoke with Josh the owner. He stated that he doesn't see anything wrong with the prices and no credit will be given. This store charges more for labor when you bring your own part. The upsale services are quoted as part of the labor. This is misleading and dishonest. They are giving customers 5% off the bill to give a good review. The employees are sending in false reviews, also.
In response to the owner's reply on 4.9.20. I have spoken with Tommy Maynard at the cooperate office in Memphis. I was told that the store owner has the right to set the rates. I'm available anytime, you have may contact information in your computer system. But, I did send my information in response to your e- mail. I will be waiting to hear from you. Thanks

HWY 70 Car Care in Moscow is a great business to do business with. They gave me the best price out of 4 other tire stores. I highly recommend them for your automotive maintenance needs.
Bought 2 used tire for a trailer. Cost 65.00. They were as dry -rotted as the ones they took off. Not usable at all. They would not take the tires off and Josh told me to get off his property or he would call the police on me.Talked to me like I was a criminal. I thought this was a business you could trust not to rip you off. WRONG !This place is not trustworthy at all. I will never go there again.I would not advise anyone to go there.
Got 4 tires and alignment on my Tahoe. After labor and tires didn't even come up to the price of tires that I have quoted in several other places. Highly recommend them.
