Bought a part I need for my car and they didn’t even tell me it’s needs to be programmed so now I have to go longer without my car until I can get it to a shop to be programmed

The salesman was attentive and listened to my needs and knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and it was busy that day.
Went to get my battery tested. The guy was really helpful. My battery cover was on and I couldn’t remember how many cold cranking amps it had, so he helped me get the cover off to check.

Service was very slow younger gentleman who was talking with a friend nothing to do with auto parts funny I stood in line a long time and had to interrupt him to ask if my part came in and no one even wrote down my info I had given them at 8:00am I was told the part would be there from the warehouse by 2:10 pm it was there but it still took way to long to get the part to the counter and paid and let me get out of there it was just not a good experience the other gentleman couldn't even get his parts they didn't have change for the big bill he was gonna use to purchase the part he ordered
I chose O'Reilly's out of about 3 or 4 auto stores, because they have everything I need, with friendly and kind people to serve you, I just think that it's a good store to get all your auto needs took care of......
These fellas are the epiphany of Southern hospitality. I had an issue with one of my batteries on my truck. While they were testing the batteries, Stewart was guiding a couple of the young guys working there. Once the testing was done they worked to figure out which battery was needed. All the while myself and Stewart were conversating. They did not have the battery I needed, Stewart personally offered to drive to Lexington to pick up the battery I needed. I cant thank thess guys enough. Thanks for the help yall.
These guys are awesome! Had to leave my wife's car overnight til I get the parts and tools together. These guys helped her before I got there very respectful and so very helpful. These guys know there auto parts and they do you right
Easy to see from the main road. lots of parking spaces and nice paid parking lot. Very clean. Looks like a safe location. The store was clean and well stocked on the inside. They had lots of signs and prices on all of the shelves. They were very helpful and guided me to what I needed. The sale went smooth and the people were very nice. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you like my reviews please give me a thumbs up. It helps a lot.
