Well, my partner called before driving 110 miles to this establishment. He inquired about the body parts that he needed. They said they had them so we headed out on this journey. We arrived there in about 2 hours. We parked out front on the road instead of trying to maneuver the truck and trailer up hill and into tight predicaments. The parts he called about were suppose to have been pulled and ready. He repeatedly stated he needed 2001 chevy cavalier front bumper, hood, and two fenders, also headlight assembly's. Both head light assembly's were broken. The bumper was a 2004, which does not fit! Paid for turn signal lense on drivers side, it was missing. We have called and called, and spoke to one of his pregnant ethnic ladies,and told her about this problem. She speaks very good English. Her initials are on the reciept. It has now been a week, and everytime we call, we are ignored. She was suppose to call us back when she located the correct bumper, so he could make another long trip there to exchange their mistake. Being ignored is not good buisiness, especially after spending GOOD money for very specific body parts. The attitude of this employee is very bad and offensive. Saying "you looked at the parts, you should've known it was wrong before you left? Really? No MA'AM, we are not part experts, we order the year we need, and leave it up the experts to pull and load what we asked, and paid for. We are about to contact them again, hope they fix their error, and correct their mistake. We will give them that chance. If they do, we will most definitely be giving them a better review, otherwise, I can only say, stay clear if this place of buisiness. I think the owner should contact us. We were referred to them by a yard we've done business with for years because they didnt have the year we needed. So sad....in hopes of honesty, and doing the right thing!

Well, its been over 3 months now, we still have not heard from this establishment. They ignore us like the plague. Never do business with them. They are horrible. They will take your money, and if they give you the wrong parts, you ate just stuck with them, and out of luck. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I could rate them negative 5 stars, I would!

Nothing. They sold me a bad alternator. Didn't even check it before i bought it. My Dumb mistake. Then it takes them 3 days before they answer the phone. There terrible. One of the worst salvage yards I've ever dealt with.
Sold us a Transmission for an Integra that turned out to be bad. Slips torribly and Metal Shavings gallore. Then expect me to Eat the Cost of the labor and return it cause They sold me a Bad Transmission!!
