This is one of the most helpful shops with which I've ever dealt. When our truck dropped a lower control arm this past Sunday (while traveling the first day of a week's vacation, nonetheless), Express was the only shop that answered the phone. Not only did they come get the truck, they arranged for a loaner vehicle so that we could be on our way. We had inspection results and a reasonable repair quote by mid-morning the next day, which we okayed and they went to work. Picked it up on Friday and it drove beautifully on our return trip. Being as we weren't locals and were moving on with our vacation plans (and thus not available to inspect any damage), it would have been very easy for the guys to inflate the estimate of what was required to bring the truck back to a road-worthy condition, but they did not. Many thanks to Larry and his crew!
Couldn't miss a large rock in the road that looked like a piece of cardboard and severely damaged my tire. Tyler (driver) got my Lincoln MKZ aboard the tow truck and got it to my mechanic's place (A-1) with no issues. Good job Tyler.

My wife and I had just left a late dinner in Crossville. I was kind of distracted and in a hurry and proceeded to put 7 gals of gasoline in my Nissan Titan with a Cummins 5.0 diesel. Even worse I had the engine idling while pumping fuel. When I realized what I was doing I shut it off immediately. I called Express and here is what happened: Larry (the owner) answered the phone and could not have done anything more than he did to communicate that he cared and wanted to help me solve the problem. He sent over his grandson Tyler (family business) to pick up the truck and us. We were towed to their shop and the owner offered us to borrow a vehicle to get back to our home in Knoxville. he said they would fix it tomorrow - Friday. We spoke on the phone at around 3 PM Friday and he said it was almost ready. They had to drop the fuel tank and empty it, disconnect the fuel lines and flush everything completely out. They filled the tank with diesel. We returned with the borrowed vehicle. The bill was about half of what I thought it might be, he refused to take any money for the loaner car, and we were on our way. This is way beyond good customer service. It was a miracle. If ever you need a vehicle tow or repair in the Crossville or Cookeville (they have a place their also) area, Express is the one to call. Simply amazing!

No one really plans to have vehicle issues while traveling, but if you should find yourself anywhere around Crossville, TN and you need vehicular help....you definitely want to call Express Towing and Recovery!! On a Sunday night after 10:00pm, Larry (Owner) assured us they could take care of our issue and sent their tow truck immediately. Tyler showed up in a short amount of time obviously knowledgeable as to how to handle our truck and get it safely onto his tow truck. He had the best attitude, and was so very helpful. He got us to our motel and took our truck to their shop. There, Brother worked on it the whole of Monday. By workdays' end, Reese picked us up from the motel and we were back on the road that evening. Our truck ran beautifully! Our charges were fair and very reasonable. But money cannot buy the exceptional attitudes we experienced from the whole team here and we really feel the Good Lord provided us excellent care through them. The whole situation, while stressful, was far less than it could have been and we are most grateful for Express Towing and Recovery.
Starting with the phone call we had a great experience using Express. The younger gentleman that came was prompt with arriving on time and thorough with making sure that the vehicle was handled with care. Awesome experience, wonderful people to do business with. Kindness goes along way and what comes around goes around. Experienced that today with this company.

I called at 12:09 to request a tow for my daughter. At 1:15 no one was there so I called to get an ETA and my call was ignored 3 times. They've been great in the day time. But I would never call them in the middle of the night again.

I broke down on Monday afternoon called them within 15 minutes they were there to tow me. They have a place where they work on cars so they towed me there and within less than 24 hrs they had my car up and running and I might add the price was reasonable. Thank you for getting me back in my car real fast. I recommend you give this place a try.

This company is great! My husband and I ran out of gas on the interstate, and a young man stopped in his wrecker truck, and took my husband to get a gas can, and gas, he was very polite, and it was a blessing he was in the right place, at the right time. Highly recommend this company if your in this area!
Towing is okay, but don't let them tow it to their shop. Tow it anywhere else. Unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars to have your car badly patched for a week.

I was on a motorcycle ride from Florida to Indiana to see my family for the 4th of July. Got a flat tire in Grandview. They came and hauled me and my bike to two motorcycle shops in Crossville. First one to buy a new tire and the other shop to put it on. They were out within an hour of me calling, which I think is pretty fast service. Driver was very courteous and patient considering the extra stop, strapped my bike down nicely. Thank you for rescuing me!
My insurance company told me they would dispatch someone. Within 25 minutes they were at my house to get the car. Probably the fastest experience I’ve had with getting a vehicle towed. The guy they sent did a great job on making sure to not do anything that could damage my vehicle worse. Very happy with the service!
So…had AAA for years…was a nightmare getting a tow..like 2-4 hour wait. Went to progressive with roadside assist. Broke down yesterday. Got a tow faster than I could get back to my truck. Express. First time use…but the dude they sent was awesome! Very nice, quick, and efficient and even tried to fix a rut in my driveway his truck made! Awe. Was rainy and muddy too.

USAA had this towing company come to pick up my vehicle. The gentleman (Roy) was very friendly and knowledgeable about towing. He actually informed me about my vehicle being towed incorrectly previously and doing damage to my front end. Will definitely be using them if the need arises again.
Side note: I even verified what he told me with my nephew who was a tow truck driver but now drives 18 wheelers hauling heavy equipment .
I have needed a tow and or roadside assistance 4 different times in the past few years. I called every tow company in the Crossville area and the ONLY ONE that has helped is Express Towing. They are fair with prices and as the name says, they are fast to get you taken care of. You'll never get a voice mail and they will get you towed fast.

Went to get stuff out of my car a few days later, and the guy at the yard when i arrived, was the same guy that was at the scene. Didn't catch his name, sadly, but he was a cool dude.

My keys got locked in my trunk. Everything about this car was a roadblock for these guys. They showed up early, and kept at it, despite my cars resistance to letting them in ( 2021 Camry is a royal pain) . Despite each dead end, they joked and laughed with me the whole time. They refused to give up until my keys were retrieved and and sure I was good to go after. I honestly can't say enough nice things about these folks. While it's never convenient to need the services, they're definitely the ones I'll be calling for anything I need in the future. The whole crew was amazing from start to finish.
This is the best tow service I have ever used. I was in a very scary situation and Nemo was the nicest and most professional guy I have ever met. Got to me so quick he was even putting his boots on while we were on the phone. If you need a tow truck for any reason definitely use express towing. 100000 stars.
