Had an answered prayer experience with this company! My girlfriend and I had an unfortunate flat tire while out grocery shopping in Henderson, most shops were closed and we were not sure what else to do with the situation. We called them, the guy showed up within 15 minutes and got us in the truck. Well, we were still needing to get back to our Air BnB with a load of groceries, with no Uber in sight. The man, whom I believe his name is Dustin, said that his wife would help transport us to our AirBNB in Finger, Tn. He did an excellent job suggesting a nearby shop : The Tire Shop at 588 HWY 45 Bypass Henderson, TN. They were closed but luckily they were still on site and able to take the car and said they will fix it tomorrow.
His wife kindly took us to our AirBNB and I feel so blessed that she took time out of her day as well to help us. The help on suggesting where to take the car and also helping transport us back to where we needed to go felt like such a God moment and I hope that family stays blessed I am impressed with their service and their hospitality and I would recommend their help and services. Hi-way Wrecker is the only place I will call if needed again! Very fast to pickup my vehicle, Chris treated my car like a queen, clean wreaker inside and out, friendly man to talk with for the 35 miles to the mechanics.
I had dropped my trailer in the same gravel lot for about 4.5 years never an issue, but with the week long storm s that came thru the ground just turned to mush so I've got 45,000 pounds of lumber on the trailer and the landing gear had sunkin the ground, could get under the trailer. Called hiways wrecker at 2:00pm on Sunday and within an hour they were there, had the trailer slung and I was on my way! I hope to not have to call them again but if I need help I know they will be there in short order.

I had a truck that stuck off road, called these guys to pull out the truck and trailer to the road. It was 30 minutes job, but they charged $1000 for that. I worked with many towing services, but i have never seen such prices in any state.
I had such a good experience with this company!! Chris went above and beyond for us today!! They were almost $100 cheaper than Bob Parkers and they were fast !! 10/10 recommend!!
Called from Jackson because my niece locked my mom’s car keys in her car in Henderson. The lady on the phone was absolutely WONDERFUL and so helpful. From phone call to the service guy who showed up was less then 20 minutes all together. The customer service was wonderful and I can’t thank y’all enough for the help! Will call y’all in the future !

On 8/20/23 we were on our way back home to Missouri. We were pulling a trailer of hay and we had one of our wheels come off the truck and left us on the side of the road. We called Hi-way Wrecker to see if they could help us out. These guys went above and beyond for us to get us back on the road. I would like to share my personal experience with Highway Wrecker. March 4 Friday night around 8 PM I was on a service call as I own a local plumbing company ( Elite Plumbing Solutions LLC.) Well as I was leaving customers house I believe the transmission had failed in my GMC sierra truck. I give highway wrecker a call and this nice gentleman is at home he’s like yeah man I’ll come and get you where are you at. I’m way out on Bishop Loop, Off tar Creek Road in finger . He said no problem man I got you. He was there in minutes literally , He had my 6000 pound quad cab truck put on a roll back and put my ball on the back of the rollback to pull my 12 ft enclosed trailer. I wish I could remember the guys name so I can give him a 10 star review but I was such a wreck and stressed out from the fact my bread and butter had failed on me out in the middle of nowhere lol. All I wanna say is this guy is awesome, and if I hope to see him again I got a surprise for him. And if the owners of highway wrecker see this, whoever was on call Friday night, they deserve complete and total recognization for customer service. You guys have a good employee on your hands. Can’t say or explain the words of greatness and thankfulness I felt.
We had waited on Triple A for 2.5 hrs to get help with a flat tire. My daughter had worked a double shift it was 3 AM and she’s pregnant and could not get any help sent out. I called Hi Way Wrecker Service and they had someone out to her within a few minutes. The serviceman ( Billy) done an awesome job getting her fixed and on the road from a long night! I would highly recommend this company if you needed help quick.
Always quick to come get my mail truck and fix it up as soon as possible so I can get back on the mail route. We love these guys at the post office. They rock!
Always accommodating. Knowledgeable and courteous employees. They have the right equipment to take care of anything I've had happen. Sometimes, most times, it's best to call a professional with the knowledge and equipment for the situation, as opposed to damaging your equipment or risking injury.
I was broke down late at night, I called and they were helpful in getting me off the road and to their shop. The next morning, they proceeded to inspect my truck, order the parts (keeping informed) and got me back on the road. The tow and repair was very reasonable. Oh, they listen to your problems that you are having and willing to help!

Less than ten minutes later, my daughter called that the serviceman was there. He unlocked her car quickly and was able to take payment over the phone.
