Outstanding service. Small problem with clutch (probably my fault) but they back there warranty 110%. To be perfectly fair a little bit hard to get a hold of them immediately but. That’s a good sign There busy and a family own business they have a lot of messages to get too. They did get to me and I completely understand being busy and trying to get back to everyone. But back on subject. They stand behind there clutch’s. And they try to resolve all problems as best anyone could ask for. Great clutch great service great warranty. I recently ordered a combo primary and secondary with a belt. It arrived quickly and had the removal tool with it. I installed quickly and already have 400 miles and it's great. Thanks for the cool stickers as well. Keep up the good work Harveys!

I bought a clutch from them a few months back worked great! Unfortunately somthing went wrong with it. I sent them an email about the issue and within 20 minutes I had a reply back. These guys are on it with customer service. The whole process has taken 2 days and they are shipping my replacement out today. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend

Harvey’s atv parts has some of the best customer service out of any parts store/ shop I’ve used. Had issues with this xp turbo. Ordered up a mother clutch for it and ended up shredding an oem belt. Hit up Harvey’s and they desired to send me out a brand new primary at no extra charge and told me just to send the old one back. I ended up ordering two different spring kits for this unit since I had a 2020 or before primary on a 2021 xp turbo Got it all installed with adjustable weight kit and it’ll blow the tires off with no belt slip 10/10 ordering up a kit for my rzr 1000xp4 here soon

I bought a bundle clutch kit for my Polaris RZR back in July of this year. I just recently had the brand new secondary go out in October. I took it to the shop assuming it was my transmission. Come to find out it was the secondary. I contacted mother clutch not only did they cover the cost of the repair they warranty the old one. I was so amazed how helpful they were. I also feel like my machine drives better than it did with the stock clutches. Thank you

I purchased both clutches for my 23 rzr trail S. The primary came with a minor manufacturing defect. I contacted Harvey's via text, then talked with a live person and received some of the best customer care ever. We exchanged clutches and I installed the new one and can't be any happier with the performance. Only on the pavement so far, what a difference though, smoother and much quieter than factory. Easy install with perfect fit. I am highly recommending Harvey's to my SxS community.

Best company to deal with, I was a month past my warranty and they said go ahead and send it back, then shipped me a new one out right away. I think the clutch was from the way I drive and they said no problem.

I have been wanting to buy from Harvey’s for well over a year now. I kept battling a weird rpm stutter issue around 5k ish rpms for a long long time. I finally stopped being stubborn and decided the old clutches were at fault. Got this new set in from Harvey’s, took it out and OMG! This thing finally freaking rips again. I can feel this thing grab every bit of the RPMs. I fell back in love with my RZR all over again. Thank you Harvey’s for providing a budget friendly solution for the UTV community!

I was on the hunt for a clutch for my Polaris RZR and stumbled across these folks. I had some questions and gave them a call, but no one answered so I left a message. Seems like leaving a message these days means you are not getting a callback. Shortly thereafter after I got a response, and all of my questions were answered, even had a few follow-ups, and got all the info. I needed. Shipping was very fast, and the new clutch is great, Beyond the great customer service, how can anyone say no to the Mother Clutcher? Top-notch stuff all the way around!

Customer service is on point! I’ve had my clutch for about 2 months and experienced some issues with the primary clutch for a 23 RR X3. I emailed them and they got back to me first thing with instructions how to warranty. I told them I was also on a time crunch and was leaving for my trip in 4 days and they quickly got a game plan together so that I would have my parts in time. I’m going to comment on the performance of the clutch after this next trip and edit this review of how they do. So far I’m impressed with their warranty and how they stand behind their word.

Can not possibly say enough good about this company. Answered all of my initial questions a year ago when I first purchased my clutches. Shipping was very fast. The clutch has been strong and solid. Almost a year in and I had an issue with the primary. There was no hesitation or extra questions they simply said ship it back, text the tracking number and we'll ship you a new one that day. Less than a week and I'm back up and running. The kind of customer service they provide is absolutely unparalleled!!! You got a faithful customer for life and will recommend to anyone I meet.

I have to say that this is hands down one of the best companies that I have ever worked with. Although I am having a problem with a primary clutch, they have been quick to respond to questions and continuously worked with me to diagnose the issue. I was hoping that they might be able to give me a discount on a new primary since I am sure it had to be out of warrantee. They went above and beyond to correct the situation, they are actually going to completely replace the clutch, something I was not expecting (but maybe hoping for lol). The true test of a company is how they respond to situations like this and Harvey's has exceeded all my expectations. What a great Company!!!

I bought a primary Clutch for my Polaris general. It arrived quickly ,after installing it and using it for many miles. I would recommend this product to anyone. Thank you, Harvey's parts ! Only negative input I have is that there was no decals or promotional material in with my order.

Harvey's provided service above and beyond my expectations. Had a slight problem with fitment due to a one year only production change not their fault, but he got the replacement part shipped within a couple hours of my call on a Friday afternoon!
