These guys are on top of their game! From call to pick up was 30 mins and they answered the phone right away! Josh was the driver. Josh was so chill and cool to deal with. Absolutely amazing service! I popped two tires downtown and they were there in no time — around 20 minutes. The driver was so kind and made sure I felt safe, even suggesting I stay in my car while waiting since traffic was heavy. Super friendly, quick, and you can tell it’s a company that really cares. Feels like a family business that goes above and beyond!
My truck broke down in a very inconvenient place and time. Jeremy came and picked me up and could not have been nicer. His experience in this profession allowed him to explain to me what happened and he was also efficient in his operation. He also went above and beyond and dropped me off to where I needed to be since it was close to the dealership. He couldn’t have been nicer. Hopefully I never have truck issues again, but if I do, I know who I’ll be calling and asking for.

The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Completely unprofessional, the kid was rude and had no compassion. If you're looking for a company to help this is not the one! They are out for money and money only.
I called E&E Towing around 10:00 am this morning and within the hour they were here, had my truck loaded up and on the way to the dealership. Brayden Adkins was extremely courteous and very friendly. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
The pricing was about 30% of another company which had drivers in Nashville and Clarksville. Response time was 20-25 minutes. Tow vehicle was modern and safe for the operator. $350 exit 35 24 eastbound to my residence of exit 24. Operator was a good natured young man and represents his company well!
Josh was prompt and gave great customer service. This is the second time we have used them and will continue to use them in the future should circumstances require it. It's nice to feel like you have someone you can count on in your time of need. Thanks Josh!
Predatory practices. E&E towing breaks laws by going outside of their county to tow vehicles. Which is illegal and they also don’t register their tows to Hub Nashville so no one is able to know the car is towed and where. Which is illegal. This is a new company that won’t last long. They also make it hard for you to retrieve your vehicle and ask for cash only payments. They are predators.
May 24, 2025 - After calling our insurance provider, hours of waiting, their rescheduling different services, and waiting some more, we decided to go outside of their box and called E&E Towing directly. After a few questions, an empathetic response, and a few minutes they arrived to the rescue. Specifically, Braden was the man of the moment. I'll describe him as cool and efficient. 5 stars, no question.

I feel like the wrong driver could have damaged my car even more than it was, but he was amazing and got it parked exactly where we needed it. Excellent service from the operator on this one! Jeremy got there in just under an hour and had my Sprinter rolling in dang-near record time. He helped direct the inconsiderate drivers who don't know to move over to move over. Then got me to the repair shop fast. I wish the diagnostic fee was as reasonable as the tow!! Not to say it was inexpensive, as it was quite a haul from Pleasant Hill down to Cool Springs, but it was done right and I gained some knowledge about how to properly have a Sprinter towed.
There was a bit of confusion with dispatch getting a driver to me, but things happen and that's the only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars.
