First time calling about several different vehicle parts, one wasn’t available, and before I had a chance to inquire about another part I was immediately hung up on.. I was willing to pay ahead and drive almost 3 hours away to them if my part was in stock or if someone was willing to double check the vehicle for me.. I’ll carry on my business elsewhere.
As someone in the auto repair industry, I can definitely confirm that is a great used auto part salvage yard. Employees know what they are doing and they sell quality parts at a good price.
I have been to every salvage yard in a 100 mile radius of Nashville and this one is in my top 3 favorite. Will always go here if I can.
These guys shouldn't be dealing in parts, they should be dealing in books because they have a lot of stories and none of them are true. Don't waste your time.
i have bought several parts from these people they always help me find the parts i need good people and used parts dont always work no matter where you go and they are always willing to help
they have no customer service, they don't want to work with you. every time I call to inquire about a part, They either Mis-advertised it on their website or they mark up the price so much, that, its much more efficient if you buy it new, and when you complain they don't even apologize for their horrible service. don't buy from this A**hole.
