Family-Owned business, they have always been great for getting what you need, whether it's new aftermarket parts? Or if it's used parts mostly Chevrolets. So if you're looking for four-wheel drive parts for a Chevrolet or two-wheel drive parts and they have a lot of older stuff you can't find anymore. John, JC and Tyler have always been great people
Don’t waste your time on this place. Drove 1.5 hrs to buy a grill for a 1994-1998 Silverado and was told they only would sell the whole front clip. I don’t need half of the truck just a grill. Then tried to sell a cheap aftermarket grill you can get for 120 off of Amazon for 300.
They broke the transmission on my car loading it onto the truck. I gave them very specific instructions to not touch the transmission. When I called and told them it was messed up they told me they wouldn't do anything about it and hung up on me.
Dispatch was not clear on the charges... driver charged fuel surcharge out of no where and without warning.... overcharged severely. Manager was dishonest.. was told that it was $195/hr..driver said it took 5 hours for him to hook up and drive from north Nashville to Woodbury. Said that the price of gas was why he had to charge so much, this was all said after the fact.
We were also charged a convenience fee, no clue what for.. this was between regular business hours... I gave two stars because my rig made it to the destination in one piece, but customer service does not exist with this company.. I would shop around and make sure that you are clear on the charges. They charge by the hour.. SMH they can just say there was traffic or go slower and just charge whatever they want.
Stovals... a company near Fayetteville TN charged me less than a grand to go almost twice as far.. these people charged me over $1400 to go 70 miles. Dishonest.
I bought a tire 2256016 asked if he put tires put on he said no. Finally got it put on yesterday and it's got holes in it. Paid $45 and he wont replace it. He sells junky tires for outrageous prices with no refunds no guarantees. I got the tire mounted and about 150 yards later me and my daughter wrecked because the tire has holes in it. Called to see if he would replace it and he was very rude. I will never use his services again!
Fantastic service! I put my truck and trailer in a deep ditch and an hour later I was back on the road. Very considerate and professional would highly recommend!! Also very reasonable rates.
