We were broke down along the interstate towing our 5th wheel. They showed up with two wreckers, they were wick and efficient and made us feel safe Great people to work with highly recommend.
So I broke down on 75 on 12/14/25.
Tennessee is experiencing colder than normal temperatures and i had multiple shops basically tell me I was out of luck for the night.
Luckily Chris’s repair shop called reeds for me and sent someone right away. I don’t remember the man’s name, but I do remember him saying he was turning 67 this week. This man came out In the single digit temperatures when he didn’t have to and he didn’t complain. He let my dog sit In the truck while he hooked my truck up and I was thankful for that. He was professional and very good at what he does. He also drove me to a hotel to save me a little more money. I would not hesitate to call them again and I wish there were more people left In this industry like the man that towed me.
Make sure u get the cost before u get towed ….. cause once u get whatever is being towed there they’ll just make up any amount and if u don’t pay they’ll take it to a impound yard ….you’ll have to pay for that tow and the impound to….crap service I would use someone else
They brought my truck down to Knoxville today from Pioneer, I'm absolutely so glad I called them. Ya just don't get customer service like these folks offer these days. HIGHLY recommend them for all your towing and recovery needs!
Needed a tow back to Knoxville and couldn’t get anyone to help. Kelly was so helpful and polite and they showed up in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

Had to use roadside service with Geico at 7:30am. They assign me this company and said ETA 9:00am. At 9:15am I call Geico because they have not arrived. This company says they cannot reach thier driver so Geico has to reassign another company. NOW MY ETA IS 11:00AM. If your company can't deliver then you should NOT be a part of the program!!! I have 2 children that I am trying to get to school. What a huge waste of time and inconvenience.
The guy here was amazing saved me from being stranded in TN and found some one to fix my car ASAP and at great price ! Thanks again you were just doing your job but it was a blessing to me!!!!!!!!
