I needed my van towed downtown and John with Titan came within 20 minutes!! Amazing! John was very polite and friendly. The situation was challenging; however, John handled with calm expertise. I highly recommend Titan Towing!
I had two large & heavy Snap-on tool boxes to offload from a Penske truck and get into my garage. I called Titan Towing and spoke to Amy who arranged for the immediate dispatching of Brian in his Peterbilt flatbed. Brian’s experience in handling tool boxes showed, as he took every precaution and utilized fail-safe methods to ensure a safe transfer from my Penske rental truck onto his flatbed rig, then into my garage. Don’t let his youthfulness fool you, Brian is an experienced and professional Towman. Very pleased with Titan Tow and there their great staff.

After waking up to my car not starting, Titan towing made a very stressful morning a little easier. They were very prompt. James was very helpful and kind. It was really nice they were able to accommodate my child riding in the tow truck as well.

I had a run in with a deer early one morning. We were 80 miles from home and I had a van full of family including 2 small children. We called AAA and waited for what seemed like forever. Finally Chase with Titan Towing showed up and took excellent care of us. Seems the other towing services AAA called had not responded for whatever reason but Titan Towing and Chase came to our rescue as soon as they got the call. Chase was great to help calm us and help us realize we were all ok and that is what is important. Things could have been much worse and we are thankful they weren’t and we are very thankful Titan Towing and especially Chase came through for us in a nerve racking situation. I highly recommend Titan Towing and Chase for your towing needs!
Chase was amazingly polite and professional. He's clearly very talented and knows exactly what he's doing.. I work in the transportation industry so I know how hard it is to find good talent. This is a man you want on your team and I'm thankful he was available and I was in need.

Recently had to have my car towed after an accident and called Titan Towing. Chase was timely and very professional! We found out it was his first solo tow and he did a great job picking up and delivering my car to the auto body shop I need it to go to. Reasonable prices and friendly service!

Thankful that Titan Towing was available. 300 miles from home, start of vacation and tow vehicle would not start. Ric and Chase came out to jump start. It would not start. They went above and beyond to try to get it going with no success.
Eventally they had to tow it to garage for repairs, but so thankful for their professionalism, caring attitude and all around great work ethic.
Prices were very high, leaps and bounds above industry standards. They wouldn't give a price until after the equipment was delivered, and it's pretty obvious as to why now. Tow was several hours late, too. I would recommend avoiding unless you like me had literally no other options.
Spoke with her over the phone, and despite her begging and pleading for it, the review is not coming down. I utilize towing companies all over the country, and this is one of the worst without a doubt.

Called for a tow on our car that our suspension just snapped on. Hank was very kind, and was there in under 10 minutes to tow our car. He also accommodated my father by bringing him to the mechanic with him. Would highly recommend using this company!

Hank was the driver that came and towed my husband's car after finding he had a flat tire after getting off from work. He was super friendly and very professional with his work. He was also extra careful with his car. We definitely recommend Titan towing and Hank!!!

My mom got locked out of her rental vehicle. We called them and they were on site very quickly. The tech was Hank and he got the vehicle unlocked in 17 seconds and he was very polite. Great service and would use them again.

Never have i ever left a review before.But having such a great experience deserved my time to leave this review! After waiting for over 3 hours not because of this company but because our insurance company had us running in circles,justin showed up to help us! He was super nice and professional! My husbands truck has been towed 6 times in the last year.its a ford.go figure right.hands down best service we have had yet.We will most defiantly recommend this company to everyone we know and always have this company as a go to all because of the experience Justin provided us. Charles and Jay are awesome. Not only were they respectful and both have fantastic personalities. Customer service at its best. They were so careful and happy to help me. I'm just here to give my honest opinion for this service. There are several tow company's out there but I must say this one is hands down the best. The service gentlemen named Charles was very polite, generous and helpful. He was also very gentle with my vehicle, which I'm glad when I called and got him twice. Ask for Charles whenever you need your precious vehicle towed he'll care for it like it's his or brand new. 5++++
We had some heavy rain fall and it caused one of our moving trucks to get stuck. They came out and pulled us out in a matter of minutes. (We spent almost 2 hours trying to pull it out). Next time I'm just calling them. Price was great and we were able to finish the job up. Thank you for the great service and for helping us when we needed it the most.

Prompt service. Reasonably priced. The lady that took our call and the tow truck driver, Josh, were both very polite. The tow truck arrived at our location very fast when our truck broke down. Josh was knowledgeable and efficient. We would definitely use them again, if needed and would recommend this company to our friends.
