This is not my first time having to deal with Yates the few times that I've had to use this service i was completely satisfied with there service. Well this time is unacceptable the young man that came to do my service was so unprofessional instead of him trying to see what was going on he felt the need to be extremely ulgy to me that's not how you interact with customers. I did have a opportunity to speak with a supervisor about this matter im not really sure if he going to address the issue or sweep it under the rug. Yates please do better with customer service.
My insurance company sent Yates Towing to help with my flat tire. Michael called to let me know he was on his way and confirm my location. He thought I needed a tow but when I explained it was just one flat tire - a much smaller and less expensive gig - he was still pleasant and upbeat as he got some final details. When he showed up a few minutes later he was as kind and friendly in person as he was on the phone. He quickly took care of not just removing the tire but examining it and circling the area with a wax pencil where a screw had punctured it. He then gave me quite a few tips on safely driving with a donut. A very professional and positive experience

Was on scene and very professional offered competitive pricing and got me home so I could get my car fixed and told me too that if need be they can do mechanical work at their Chattanooga shop if ever needed
DO NOT USE!!!!! Called to have road side assistance for my 76 yr old Dad who was stuck on side of interstate in late evening and getting dark.. Was given a price ($160 and change) and told someone would be there in about 1 hr. Waited for well over hour called dispatch and was told wrong price was given and driver had been dispatched to somewhere else instead and that it would be OVER another $100 more to get someone out to help and also another hour or 2 before help would arrive. . Oh the service guy did call my Dad and told him it would be over $500 for him to come out !!! (So now 3 different prices and still no help!!!!) Said they had miscalculated the price after I had given them exact location so service driver was sent elsewhere. No phone call was given to me or anything. My father was stuck for way long than he should have been because of poor business practices and management. (I did contact another company which I will be recommending) I do NOT recommend this company at all!!!!!r
Called and talked with a lady at the office needing some air in a trailer tire. She never stated a service charge. Took a hour for arrival and spent five minutes to put 30lbs of air in my tire and wanted to charge $240.00. The mechanic was nice enough to lower it to $154.00.
Highly recommend Doug Yates towing service. Tesla Model Y unexpectedly lost power in Albertville AL, on a trip halfway between Huntsville and Gadsden with my young kids. Yates was sent to me for roadside service towing. Although jumpstarting didn’t work out, He went above and beyond to carefully maneuver the car onto the truck bed (which is very difficult for a Tesla with limited wheel turning ability). I was very grateful that he made the long trip and still went above and beyond to help us.
Really nice people only thing you have to make an appointment to get your vehicle, other than that good service and cheaper than a lot others in Cleveland that's for sure!
I had a bad experience with Yates. Perhaps someone from the company will look into who they sent out. Fri, Feb 16 around 630pm. Paul Huff Parkway and Lee hwy. Husband was in an accident in his red Toyota Tacoma. The guy who came out was terribly rude. He seemed bothered to even be there. He seemed put out when we asked if we could retrieve items from the truck. He didn't offer up the name of the place the truck would be towed to. He seemed annoyed when I asked for the address. He barely spoke and when he did, he was rude. The last thing you need when already a mess from an accident, is some jerk treating you like an inconvenience as they tow away your crumpled up vehicle. I'm in the mindset to go on all social media platforms and warn my friends not to use this company. I know I never will again. If the police offer to call them, ask for someone else.
Called to get a tow. Was told it would be there soon, they messed up and cancelled it and I ended up waiting 2 hours when it should have been 15-20 minutes. No discount was provided

Educate your drivers on safety.
1. Said to bring cash. I brought cash. Said "we can't make change. We're a towing company, not a bank." Told me to leave when I suggested they tell people to bring exact change.
2. Didn't ask where to leave the vehicle - didn't notify me when they got here.
Don't let your insurance call these people for anything.

Got there in a timely manner . Very efficient and professional don't like seeing my truck behind a wrecker. But I'm certainly glad they did a great job
Had to get my car towed I broke down in my own drive way it wouldn’t start and our drive way is small and difficult to get in and out of. He was wonderful !! He got my car on the tow truck without hesitation and did a wonderful job doing so , he was also super friendly and told me he would be sure to get it to the mechanic shop safely . Great service all the way around !
My family and I were in an accident on I-75, You're operator Corey was dispatched to the scene. He took great care of us, he made sire we were able to get food,drinks while waiting g for our ride coming from Georgia. Very professional and will be storing the phone number as I travel for work and leisure.

The guy told me that it wasn't his job to air up my spare just to change the tire he's didn't even have a spare air tank with him. I personally thought that thats what Emergency Roadside assistance was to come equipped to get a vehicle back on the road. I was very disappointed.
Had my first car wreck ever. But I already knew who I was calling for my tow. Due to all the excitement I don't remember my tow drivers name but ill never forget his face. We received excellent service from Richard Fouty of Yates Towing. He was very kind and helpful - taking good care of us as well as our car that was in an accident on our way driving through Tennesse. He gave us his contact information and kept in touch with us as we waited two days for the body shop to open. He went above and beyond to help us in a very stressful situation! I recently remodeled my camper. And was nervous about towing it because there was sharp curves and blind spots on some of the roads. I called and they sent out a really nice guy! He was on time. Less then time expected. Happy to do the job! And did a great job towing my camper safety to its new place! He even made sure the blocks where under the camper so when he left it’d be safe from rolling or moving. If anyone wants a fast experienced friendly service I’d say call them up! Water pump went out on my Ram 2500 and threw the belt. So I used my roadside with my insurance and luckily I got a good company. They gave me an eta the driver called and notified me of traffic issue and would be a few minutes later. Once he arrived was very professional
I hit something that tore up the under part of my car. I called this towing service and they came so quickly. Bryan was the driver. He was incredibly nice and helped with all my questions and concerns. He understood I was out of town and didn’t really know where I was at. I recommend using this towing service!!

Amazing company and people. Had my shifter stuck and called for a tow. Guy on the phone was polite and informative. Tow truck came out and that guy hopped in the car for a second, figured out the problem, and told me to have a great night, no charge. Excellent customer service! Honestly made my day, can’t recommend them enough.
Was rearended on my goldwing in Cleveland. When I went to get it I was afraid of what the wrecker driver would do to an already damaged bike. Upon checking it I stood amazed. It appeared the wrecker driver who took my bike loaded it like it was his. Not a scratch on it from the towing. Not one! Was well taken care of! It was also kept inside when I picked it up the next day. A million thumbs up to Yates Towing!!!
