You can't have parts off of a motor like a sensor and he said they only do parts that's not apart of the motor..parts off the motor like a crankshaft sensor or other parts off of a motor is what people need most that can't afford the high prices at auto parts store..big let down
By far the best experience I've ever had. They answer the phones quickly, and they treated me very well. And they have what I needed which is a godsend at this moment. This place and the people are amazing
I do not recommend this business to anyone. I was told the part would be ready in 4 hours, well that turned into about 4 phone calls and a week later. After it was finally ready I showed up to only find they didn't have what we discussed. I agreed to pay $78 for 2 little plastic clips and they didn't even have 2 clips ready. Instead of apologizing for their mistake the man proceeds to argue with me.
These guys are so helpful! Not only did they walk me out to what I was looking for on their yard but they text me and kept me up to date on everything.
I didn’t appreciate getting yelled out at 7:30 in the morning on the phone for a simple misunderstanding that was very quickly resolved once Randy calmed down. Everyone has a bad day but a simple apology would’ve kept me as a customer.

Fair priced and FAST retrieval. Found the motor we needed, and it was out and loaded on my truck before lunch. Had me on my way in no time. 2011 Mazda runs like new.

Very nice used parts dealer. You approach the counter and ask about a part and they get it for you. You don't pull your own parts. It's mainly 2000s and up model vehicles. Very good customer service. So far in my experience their prices are competitive!
I cannot say this enough, this place has saved me time and money SO many times. I don't make alot of money, so I usually buy used parts for my cars. Ballard's Auto Parts carries a wide range of parts for many different vehicles, and their prices are very reasonable. They even have a website you can check to see if they have what you need and the price before you call. Very handy. They even offer a limited warranty on the parts they sell. That's more than I can say for some places I have went. Highly recommended for all you do it yourself people that can't afford those high new price tags.
