I really appreciated his professionalism, and it was very affordable. Put that together with the ease of working with them over the phone, I will definitely use this company in the future.
I rolled a trailer down a steep driveway. I was from out of town moving stuff from a cabin. Called H&H towing got there within 30 minutes. Pulled the trailer out of the trees on a steep hill. Ralph and the crew were courteous timely and just all around a great service. Would definitely use again.
There’s a first time for everything and Ralph really went the distance making a bad situation better. We will definitely use this service again next time we’re in a pinch!
I can't say enough good things about this company. Tim is a top-notch guy. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. They take great care of their customers and provide excellent customer support around the board. They unlocked two vehicles for me that had the keys stolen. They arrived within 5 minutes maximum. They had both vehicles open and under 20 minutes. Had all of the tools to do the job. This company will treat you right. I would not hesitate to use them again for towing or any other services. And I'd highly recommend you choose this company as well
I’m pretty sure Ralph A is the best tow truck operator I’ve ever seen. But on another note this crew has not only the experience but the tools to get you out of a jam quickly and efficiently. Great service deserves more than 5 stars

Had to have my truck towed from Alcoa to Kingston Pike in Knoxville. Not only were they the cheapest but very friendly and very helpful and professional in every aspect of the word!!

I highly recommended this wrecker service. We had a shock bracket to break on our classic car. We are from Gardendale Al. far from home. We were headed to Pigeon Forge for a car show. I called H&H, and they came right away, went out of their way to help us. They took our car to their shop and went and got the part needed and fixed it and got us back on the road. They were the most considerate business I have ever dealt with. Absolutely went out of their way to help in every possible way. Truly caring people. There are not many businesses like this anymore

Its hard to find anyone who will help another person these days without taking an arm and a leg. I swear these guys care about their community and if they can they will. Tim provides the easiest and most straight forward towing service. Had to get my totaled car transported from Maryville tn to Illinois due to hitting a pothole and Tim helped me out and arranged everything for the cheapest price out there! Highly recommend for any of your towing/ car needs!
Fantastic experience! We had locked our keys in our truck and a gentleman came out and took care the issue pretty late in the day and gave us the neighbor deal. They turned a frustrating experience into one worth writing a 5 star review over!

Called H&H needing a forklift picked up and delivered to me over an hour away. They didn’t hesitate and had a driver on the road quick! Great service and great people! I wouldn’t call anyone else for any service they offer!
H&H towing “doing their job”. Towing cars mid day for being parked in front of the bar (Pat-T-Pub off of Alcoa hwy). Too bad the parking lot overlaps with a business that has been closed for years (same parking lot has been used for years). They go as far as calling people out in a threatening manner *in person* over a bad review. H&H should be ashamed. Three tow trucks.. telling people they’re being towed *AFTER* hooking them up and charging their fee just to let them go again. Laughable. Who knows how they sleep at night.

Cheerfully came to my house on a Saturday morning to get a car off rocks and up a hill. He didn’t just rush the job, but took time to move and balance rocks to minimize damage to the undercarriage! So grateful for kind people who help with a smile!

Phenomenal service! Not many companies will move a shipping container, but H&H did with no hesitation. Not only did H&H move it across a road, H&H then took the time to place it on railroad ties at the bottom of a slope without batting an eye. I will definitely use H&H in the future.

I was greeted promptly on the phone and told there was a 30-minute wait time. They arrived early and had me on my way in absolutely no time. For what could have been a horrible experience, H&H proved to be our shining star and hero today. I highly recommend H&H Towing & Recovery. Chris was able to remove my non-operable vehicle from my 8'x20' car trailer and place it in my garage (located at the bottom of a steep gravel driveway) without issue. I was concerned about the chassis getting scratched because I recently had all the components of the chassis sand blasted and powder coated---he was able to relocate the vehicle without issue. I will definitely be using this company for all my future towing/recovery needs.

Excellent value and professional. I had this tow set up for 10a, Chris arrived right on time and ready to load up. He was extremely knowledgeable about towing and recovery and was able to get the car down a steep drive way with a hard 90 degree bend with now issues. Can’t say enough. A couple months ago my Porsche broke on Tail of the Dragon. The towing experience was great. Quick, seamlessly easy and perfect care of the car. The driver was great company, patient and even helped trouble shoot the predicament and fact that I had zero idea where to take the car as I'm from Chicago and don't know the area. Even dropped us off at the airport to get a rental car! (As stated, yes I did sell it after getting it back). Thank you for all the help!
