This is a very good company. They come thru get the job done and a really good people. They helped me in my time of need were very understanding. I did a bone head move and was locked out of my car in my driveway. Timmy arrived to my house within 15 minutes of the call. Once there it only took him 30 seconds to unlock it. Excellent customer service.
Just wanted to say thanks for the tow. The part that gets me, is that no one checks anything out and the cover flies up while on the truck going down the road hits the cab of my truck puts dents across the hole cab. And not one word about what happened. I show up to talk to the garage where the truck is and bam that’s when I see all the damage. Great just what I wanted to do spend more money to fix things. I've been meaning to write this for a while and they definitely deserve the recognition. I had some trouble with my truck and needed it hauled where it could be fixed. Tim was a great guy. Very professional and friendly. He went out of his way and got my truck where it needed to be quickly. He was the cheapest and most helpful getting done exactly what was needed. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again. Thanks again for the help Tim you don't know how much it meant to me what you did.
Needed a tow to the dealership. Called in the morning and was able to set up for that night. Dallas came and got the car from the garage and to the dealership with no problems. Great service and very easy to keep in contact with throughout the day. Would definitely recommend. I hope I don’t need a tow in the future but if I do I will call them! (See unprofessional response below, if “I wasn’t there” how did I get the pictures….) Towed innocent people who were on the shoulder, not someone’s property, nor blocking traffic in any way. Tried to tow someone WHILE THEY WERE IN THE CAR and refused to unhooked until police showed up

Imagine thinking you can just illegally tow folks off the right of way for no reason. The ONE car you actually ended up towing you gave back for free because you had to acknowledge you were in the wrong, and that's after you were forced by police to unhook the car with a person it in by the police. Way to kill a nonprofit fundraising event single handedly just because a neighbor called a whined, then blame the city for it all while cursing at the people who talked to you about it. Do better. Be better.
EDIT: In response to the response below: I was there. This isn't hearsay, I heard your guys and what they were saying. Maybe not you, or all of them, but there were some less than pleasant things being said by members of your team to people who were understandably frustrated. I was standing right there. I could see and hear it all. I saw the car get towed away. We all did. You certainly did unhook the other car with someone in it. Good job. I'm aware this was because of the neighbors, but you and your drivers should know better. Not have to require the cops there to tell you to let people go. You'd have taken the whole row of cars if the cops didn't stop you, no hesitation. People parking on the right of way isn't "driving through yards and tearing up property" your drivers didn't even go after the ones that were supposedly near the house, they flew in quickly as possible to hook the most easily accessible vehicles, several yards away. You're lucky the ones running that festival weren't feeling vindictive and asking everyone there to review and report your business.
The entire situation with the Millennium Manor today was handled quickly and promptly. Bottom line, the manor and the event holder should not be telling people to park on private property. H & H towing did exactly what was asked of them. Dont park on people's property, you wouldnt get towed. End of story. professional staff. Professional drivers, no one was hooked that were IN their car. They came running to jump IN their car, even though 1 hour of notice was given. The manor needs to let their attendees know its a high probability this company will be called again with any cars parking on the area for events. Communication would of went a long way with this situation. Asking for forgiveness is always going to be worse, than asking for permission.

Never needed a tow in my life. Then I did. My wife and I both were on our phones researching and calling after 10PM. Tim picked up, listened attentively. He seemed to know where the truck was and was confident he could pull my Tundra halfway off the edge of the road - looking at a 40 ft drop. When he got there he immediately evaluated the situation and discussed different recovery methods. He used a 3 point pull to get the Tundra back on the road without doing any further damage. Then took the truck to his yard and facilitated getting it to the body shop. It was a pleasure doing business with such an experienced and high caliber organization. No problems with insurance, security or vehicle access. Its obvious they know the in and outs of their industry. Everything was done on time plus they are pleasant people. I'm a fan. Thank you Tim. Dallas showed up, and was the best. He asked all the right questions and had the right concerns when getting ready to transport my car. I really appreciated his professionalism, and it was very affordable. Put that together with the ease of working with them over the phone, I will definitely use this company in the future.
I rolled a trailer down a steep driveway. I was from out of town moving stuff from a cabin. Called H&H towing got there within 30 minutes. Pulled the trailer out of the trees on a steep hill. Ralph and the crew were courteous timely and just all around a great service. Would definitely use again.
There’s a first time for everything and Ralph really went the distance making a bad situation better. We will definitely use this service again next time we’re in a pinch!
I can't say enough good things about this company. Tim is a top-notch guy. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. They take great care of their customers and provide excellent customer support around the board. They unlocked two vehicles for me that had the keys stolen. They arrived within 5 minutes maximum. They had both vehicles open and under 20 minutes. Had all of the tools to do the job. This company will treat you right. I would not hesitate to use them again for towing or any other services. And I'd highly recommend you choose this company as well
I’m pretty sure Ralph A is the best tow truck operator I’ve ever seen. But on another note this crew has not only the experience but the tools to get you out of a jam quickly and efficiently. Great service deserves more than 5 stars

Had to have my truck towed from Alcoa to Kingston Pike in Knoxville. Not only were they the cheapest but very friendly and very helpful and professional in every aspect of the word!! Would definitely recommend, hoping I won't need a tow anytime soon but will definitely be using these guys again if I do

I highly recommended this wrecker service. We had a shock bracket to break on our classic car. We are from Gardendale Al. far from home. We were headed to Pigeon Forge for a car show. I called H&H, and they came right away, went out of their way to help us. They took our car to their shop and went and got the part needed and fixed it and got us back on the road. They were the most considerate business I have ever dealt with. Absolutely went out of their way to help in every possible way. Truly caring people. Excellent value and professional. I had this tow set up for 10a, Chris arrived right on time and ready to load up. He was extremely knowledgeable about towing and recovery and was able to get the car down a steep drive way with a hard 90 degree bend with now issues. Can’t say enough.
