I had a very helpful & pleasant experience from start to finish after having an awful wreck that made for a very stressful time in my life. Was told I could pick my vehicle up drove 2 hrs to pick up my vehicle and they would not release my truck im handicapped and work the man I spoke to was rude and not understanding poor service
$518 to tow to their lot that was less than 5 miles, picked up from their lot in less than 24 hours. Dispatch said 400, get there and there is an additional fee because they had to use a winch to get it off of a curb. Nothing but a bunch of crooks taking advantage of people who are basically left with no choice.
James was amazing! Thank you. My husband’s service dog was locked in the car and I had two police departments tell us they didn’t have the tools to help. Then has two locksmith companies tell me they couldn’t help and to break a window Butlers was great. Townsend police department helped us connect to them and they were out in a bit over 30 min and saved the day! Thank you again James!!!! He was kind and efficient!

I made an appointment to work around my busy schedule, and Corey showed up right on time in the pouring rain and got my keys unlocked from out of my truck in literally 3 seconds. He was super nice, and awesome to deal with. If you ever lock your keys in your vehicle, I would call these guys, and if your in a hurry, ask for Corey specifically.

This review is for the Walland location...when I clicked the "leave a review for the Walland location" on the website it wouldn't work. I just wanted to say how fast, efficient, and helpful James was yesterday. After being in an accident, you aren't thinking clearly. James was so helpful in making sure we had everything, telling us exactly what we needed to do to follow up with getting our belongings, checking the site to see if we had left anything on the ground and brought us several things he had found...we never thought to look because we were still in a bit of shock. I can't say enough how kind and helpful he was. Everything was taken care of so quickly too. Thank you James! I will definitely use Butler's Towing if ever needed again!

My son had a wreck and the cop called Butler. They took the car to their lot less than 2 miles from the wreck. My son called to find out what the cost was and to see if the car was repairable. 2 days after the wreck they told him that he could pay them $120 and give them the title or pay them $660 to get the car back. This is ridiculous. So has to pay them $120, give the title, and they sell it to a scrapper. NEVER use Butler. Is the cop getting a kickback?
How is charging $660 to tow a car 2 miles a good program for a customer? You are scamming people.
It had been a long time since I was broken down on the roadside. While driving my son in laws jeep down Pellissippi yesterday headed home from Knoxville I broke down. I knew it was a serious electrical problem. I called Butlers since they are my neighbors, and trusted friends. They came and towed the jeep home. It was reassuring to hear Jerry's voice. They got there fast. My husband was near so he scooped me up. I was able to call and pay via credit card over the phone. My friend Vivian White was especially helpful. It made me feel better to hear her voice
Turned out to be a very dead battery (4 volts!)But it was red hot. This turned out alright but could have been far worse. I didn't have to flee an electrical fire

After having a horrible experience with Foothills Wrecker, I called Butlers and James came out within 20 mins and had me home in 45. My brakes had gone out and he also went above and beyond to help me maneuver my car into a spot i can easily jack it up tomorrow. My husband was at work and a deer ran out in front of him, smashing into the front of his car!! He called Butler’s and Jerry had someone there immediately to help! We appreciated the driver bringing my husband back with him so I could pick him up and letting us clean out the car. Driver was friendly and calming during a stressful and sudden situation. When my husband realized later he forgot something, Vivian White accommodated us by meeting us at a time that worked for us to get back in the car. She then went above and beyond by suggesting we take the license plate just in case the car was totaled by the insurance company and proceeded to take it off for us! So glad they were there to help us through a situation I hope we are never in again!
After calling several other places, Butler’s was the only one to tell me they would be there soon and gave me a great price. They showed up in less than 5 minutes. Best tow company I have ever dealt with. I know who to call if I need them again.
The folks working this service were the only ones to answer the call to be heroes and save my car from the icy conditions on the mountain the other day. Quick service and super helpful. Operator was skilled enough to put the car right where I wanted it without doing any more damage. They were able to tow my car on short timeframe before the impound place that was holding it hostage closed at 5pm on a Friday. They really bailed me out! Highly recommended!
Our van's starter went out on a holiday weekend, so I called Butler's Wrecker and was very pleased at the service rendered. The phone was answered immediately, and within 45 minutes, a tow truck was on the way. The driver was extremely professional and courteous. Our van was delivered to our mechanic in perfect condition.
