Don’t know how to communicate. Only accepts cash, must have several documents to get car back, they don’t tell you any of this before coming to get your car back. They are rude & non compliant.

The man was great he was sent 2 my address and the car was about 7 miles away from my house he went got the car and came back God love him super nice guy
They are not 24hrs. Called numerous times after being stranded in the cold. Never answered the phone. But in all fairness none of the tow companies advertising 24hr service answered their phone either. Highly recommend do not get stuck in Gatlinburg area at night, no one will come for you. The sign of the times, pre covid we would have had 5 tow companies out to get us. Now everyone fat and happy with stimulus money and no work ethic.
I just used one of their competitors butlers they charged me $350 for a tow that was only 4 MI art only charged me $75 for basically the same service so yes was definitely please

This company, and Ben , are super amazing! After waiting in the middle of the road for a towing company from my insurance for 2.5 hours, we called Arch towing, and he made it out to us in 20 minutes, and got my family home. I will recommend this company to anyone asking. Thanks again Ben!!
My car broke down in a remote location. I contacted 10 other tow companies and they all turned me down. Finally I was lucky enough to contact Arch Towing & Recovery. I spoke with the owner Ben Snyder. He agreed to come tow me and I found out he is a great guy that really cares about his customer. We spent two hours together as he towed my car to a repair shop and then dropped me off at a nearby hotel. He went way beyond making sure my car was taken care of, and making sure I was safe and taken care of. If you ever find yourself stuck on the side of the road call Arch Towing & Recovery. Ben turned my difficult situation into a very positive outcome.

Our tire was impossible to get off of the car, but Arch Towing helped us loosen the bolts super late at night (without charge). What a relief! I could not recommend this company more!

I was really in a spot. My car died and I was stranded next to the hwy. Google said Arch Towing was the nearest to me. I called for help. The gentleman who answered was very polite and told me someone would be there in less than 30 minutes. Sure enough, a roll back arrived in less than 30 minutes. The driver was very courteous and professional. He loaded my car, then took the both of us home. The rate was very reasonable. Though it was a stressful event, Arch Towing really brought peace of mind.
