My car needed to be winched out of a ditch and towed to dealership. Blake responded immediately, greeted me with a smile and worked hard to get my vehicle out of a bad spot. He was prompt, kind, professional, reasonably priced and a good problem solver. I am so thankful for Bradley’s towing!
I called Bradley's to have my car towed from my home in Maryville to the dealership in Knoxville for repairs. They arrived exactly when they said they would, called me to let me know their driver was on the way, and were very professional.

Called Bradley's to tow my Son's car tonight. James was the operator, and he was wonderful. He tried to get us running again and was able to diagnose the issue. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. Charge way to much, even a simple tow costs so much a normal person can't afford it. Lord forbid something happens they have to tow it to their lot It's going to cost over 300 dollars to get it out. RIDICULOUS
I just got my car towed today and they were amazing. I was stressed out with my car likely never running again but working with them really relieved some of my stress because the process was easy and they were professionals. The driver communicated with me all the way and even updated on how everything was going. I'm not sure if the name is correct but Kevin thank you very much. The little thing really matters a lot to me. I will definitely recommend
When the police called this company to tow my car after I was in an accident, they were quick to get to the scene and take my car. However, my problem with this company has to do with their rudeness. I have never heard a company speak to me so rude both over the phone and in person. They initially refused to let me get items out of my vehicle. When my insurance company tried calling them about transferring my car to the service shop, the employee stated “bring us the cash first,” then abruptly hung up the phone. My insurance company explained that the check was on the way multiple times, but Bradley’s harassed my insurance by calling every single hour requesting cash. After this continued for several days, we were finally able to move my car out of their prison. I would never use this company again and strongly advise others to find another towing company. Although they came quickly to tow my car initially, all went downhill from there.
The person who towed my truck tried to talk about politics the entire drive back to my house. I just nodded along. In my day we never talked religion or politics- I guess he was right about one thing, “the country is going to hell.”
*Update* After over 2 months of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, the finished product was the worst work I've ever seen. Horrible quality! I'll never use them again. These guys are a joke. Definitely did me dirty.
Said they would be at my location in 20 minutes and they were! Every other company I had called (4 to be exact) were over a 90 minute wait! I was on the clock and obviously couldn't wait that long so 20 minutes was beyond amazing! Tech was great and knowledgeable. Would use again. Thank you so much for the help and rescuing me. Much appreciated.
Bradleys has always fixed my car and you can't tell that you wrecked. They do excellent work. Have been using them for years. They are great. And Jimmy no his business.
Waited for 2 hours for a AAA wrecker and finally gave up. Called Bradley’s and they arrived within 10 minutes with a shiny clean wrecker and happy to help! Thank you Bradley’s for coming to our rescue!!

Found Bradley’s after having a fender bender via insurance agent. Took for a quote and was scheduled two weeks after. Dropped my car off and was told it would be about a week. Called at the end of the first week to get an estimated day of completion (had to get a few things out of my vehicle). Was told it would be the end of the following week. Friday came, no word so we called, and was told the same thing...for the next week. So 3 weeks. Call to see if it would be ready on Friday as expected and was told they were cleaning it up and should be ready by the end of the day. I called back immediately to ask them not to vacume the floorboards (I had lost a ring and needed to search before a vacume was used). All the sudden the car was ready. I go to pick up the car and immediately smell car smoke...I take it home to search for my ring (which I found!) but also found cigarette ashes. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and would not recommend. The excuses I got when I explained my frustrations was they aren’t supposed to smoke in the car and that a BMW had been in the shop for a while and the part that was needed arrived right when my car was scheduled. Therefore I got pushed back. This, I have no problem with if they had communicated. Clearly, the higher dollar claims are the valued customers.
My wife recently had a fender bender that left us without a vehicle. Bradley's got on the job as soon as the insurance company gave them the go ahead and they did an outstanding job. Can't even tell the car was ever wrecked. Very friendly people and very professional. I highly recommend them. Thanks everyone at Bradley's Body Shop. Maryville's finest.
Horrible customer service! After keeping the car 5 days longer than originally agreed to, because they lost the parts to fix it, they refused to discount the service or reimburse for the extra days I had to rent a car. You're better off taking it anywhere else!
Friendly and knowledgeable guys. Used them for transportation needs of 20+ trees for a landscaping project. Who would've thought a towing company could haul more than just cars!?
Terrible!!!! The worst!!!!! I was on Tail of The Dragon on route 129 when my car broke down. The police stopped by and called Bradley's towing for us and informed the dispatcher that we were at mile marker 0.5 and that it would be about 45 minutes. That call was made around 3 PM. Finally around 6 PM I decided to write notes on my car to inform the tow truck driver that I went to find cell phone service or a shop or store to call a tow truck. After several rides from other car enthusiasts, we were informed that the Bradley's tow truck driver was told to go to mile marker 5.5 and didn't see us so he left. If he had driven another 5 miles on the Tail he would have seen us. Or maybe tried contacting the person who dispatched. Something!!! He never showed up!! We were abandoned and waiting for over 5 hours on a very busy route and from out of town. We could have dropped it off at a dealership before closing but now have to figure out another way to get it towed tomorrow and wait until next week.
In summary, I will make sure everyone knows to NOT call Bradley's towing. They will leave you stranded.
Locked out of my car at 11pm last night in front of Lowes. Called Bradley's. Jesse was there in less than 10 minutes and had my Ford Focus open even quicker. All for $40. Can't say enough. These guys are the best!
"Unfortunately" We have had to use a body shop too many times but in case we have used Bradley's. They are not only pleasant to deal with but provide the BEST auto body service around. They verify that you are completely satisfied with work and have follow up. They do repairs with quality parts and no knock-offs. Thank you Bradley's for providing top notch customer service. Joe McP
Bob was our driver and he was amazing. The attention to detail in hooking up our truck showed that he cared about his work. He was also very kind and interest in our safety after he dropped us off at our destination. I highly recommend calling them if you need a tow.
The man who towed my car is Robert, and he is a credit to his company. He arrived early, treated my car gently, delivered it to the repair shop a without problem, and showed me a trick if my car ever gets stuck in Park again. I highly recommend him and Bradley's towing.
