I burned up a clutch in the Smoky Mountains around 5 p.m. at mile marker 17. If you know the area, you know there’s nothing out there—no Ubers, no Lyfts, no AAA (they don’t even cover this area), and calling Harley-Davidson roadside assistance isn’t much better. In situations like this, you’re left with one option: local tow services.
C&M stepped up big time. They came out in the dark, safely picked up my bike, and even held it at their residence overnight before personally delivering it to the dealer the next morning. Their professionalism and care put safety—both mine and the people I was with—first.

We took a group ride to the Dragon and one of us got a flat tire. C&M responded and was on site in 15 minutes and had already called a nearby local shop and lined up a new tire. The local shop I believe was PJ cycle repair. PJ got the tire inspected, patched, and had us back on the Dragon the same day. Highly recommend if you’re in a pinch.
Flat tire on my bagger yesterday on HWY 411 Geenback TN. Chris was there to help in less than 30 minutes. Towed me back to Seymour. Great guy, super professional at a very reasonable cost. This is your “go to” company when you need a tow.

Chris took the time to jump start my battery before loading it up. He made the process of selling my bike so much smoother.
I have to give C&M towing 5+ stars. Not only did he answer my call quickly, he rushed right out to tow my car off the interstate. I was stranded on the side of the interstate headed to a girls weekend trip, and he made this stress feel like it was nothing. I highly recommend C&M Towing! My sons bike died in Maryville and would not restart after a long day of riding the Foothills parkway. We live about 50 miles away. I waited on hold forever with my roadside assistance call center, after I finally got through, they quoted me an absurd price and insisted that I pay before they could tell me who they were sending. The quote they sent me was for towing a Kawasaki 4 wheeler. I tried calling them back and gave up after being on hold for another 30 minutes. I pulled out the card for C&M Towing that I pickup up at a local ride. I called and talked to Chris. He was at my bike in 15 minutes and we were home in about an hour safe and sound. The price was very fair and Chris was great!! I will use him again if ever need to and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need.

Traveled to Tennessee for vacation on the motorcycle. Going into Gatlinburg I had problems with my bike. Went thru my insurance to get it towed. Chris answered the call. He responded ASAP with a phone call to let me know he was on his way. Once he got to me he was very polite and personable. He went above and beyond my expectations as a business owner. He made a bad situation into a positive experience!! I would definitely recommend his company if you are in the pigeon forge area and need your motorcycle towed.

We broke a clutch cable in Gatlinburg and he was very quick to pick us up and take our bike to Smoky Mountain HD. They were closed at the time and didn’t have a secure place for the bike. Chris took the bike to his garage and took it to Smoky Mountain HD the following morning when they opened.Thanks Chris. C & M Motorcycle Towing is #1 in my book! My fuel pump died, and I found myself stranded. That is until my roadside assistance company called Chris. From the moment Chris was involved, the entire experience turned positive. Chris called me to let me know how long it would be until he arrived, which wasn't very long at all. Once he was on scene, my bike was on his truck in a matter of minutes, and we were on our way to the dealership. Chris stayed with me at the dealership until we knew how things would be handled. When it was clear I'd be leaving my bike with the dealer, Chris was able to help get me home - and that was truly above and beyond the call of duty! I'm very grateful to Chris for all he did to make that day end better than it started. I assure you, when I find myself needing a tow in the future, Chris will be contacted straightaway. This was absolutely the best service I’ve ever had in my life , I was broken down out of town I’m from Memphis 6 hours from Home and this man went way out of his way to help me get back on the road !! Best tow truck driver I’ve ever meet !
When we first called, it only rang once, then went to vm. The gentleman called back pretty quickly. I told him my fiance`s bike was broken down & asked if he could tow it for us, about a mile down the road, to our house. He said yes but it would be about an hour bc he had to drop another bike off at a dealer. It only took him about 30/45 mins. He showed up & got right to work loading the bike. He was very nice & very professional. Followed us to our house, unloaded the bike, said thank you & was on his way. He was quick, to the point & as I said before very nice. We highly recommend C&M & we will definitely use them in the future if ever needed again.
I got a flat while out riding. I got the number from a local harley dealer. Chris answered phone fast and told me services he can do for me. He specializes in motorcycle towing and had great equipment to do the job right and without damage. Very nice guy and reasonable pricing. Hope I dont have problems again but if I do I will definately call him without a doubt. Highy recommended.
The absolute best towing company anyone could find in the state, country, continent, western hemisphere, globe, and universe. Probably in parallel universes too. Made our entire trip, even though we needed a tow. I would crash my motorcycle again just to hang out with Chris. Went above and beyond, for two insane out of towners. I owe him my first born. In all seriousness, fast efficient, insanely helpful, waited with us to make sure everything was taken care of, and, best of all, had us laughing the whole time.
This company is great!!!! I had my minivan towed because of a flat tire and the service was fast and impeccable. They took great care of my vehicle and beat the arrival time according to insurance by 15 minutes. Towing doesn’t get much better.

Last week my motorcycle became disabled and I needed a tow to the service shop. I called on C&M Motorcycle Towing service expecting to have to wait a few days but instead when I called, a friendly Chris answered immediately and came to tow my bike within the hour. He was courteous, professional, efficient and loaded the bike in no time. He delivered my bike to the service shop, took pictures and sent me a detailed receipt with photos so I can forward to the insurance company. The cost was very reasonable. I had my tire pop after hitting a hole, so my car was disabled for 3 days until the tire shop got my specific tire delivered. I arranged with my insurance to have my car towed from my house to the shop, but the original company was going to take 3+ hours just to get to my house after an original ETA of one hour after I called my insurance company. In order to finish what I needed to do for the day, I needed service faster, so I called my insurance and requested that they send a different company. Within minutes, the owner, Chris, was on his way. He was very nice and provided excellent service in a very timely manner. We talked almost the whole way to the shop (about 25 minutes from my house) as if we were friends for years. 10/10 would recommend!
My alternator when out in my car last night and C & M Motorcycle Towing came to my rescue to tow me to a repair shop. I didn't have to wait long as Chris showed up in about 20 minutes. Chris was very nice and helpful. I hope I don't have to use a towing service again, but if I do I will call C & M.
A couple months ago my car broke on Tail of the Dragon. Even though I was in a car and they couldn't do anything personally to get my car off the top of the mountain, they did everything to help. The driver spent an hour of his time getting me down to the Harley shop at the bottom where I would have WIFI. Since I had no reception he made all the arrangements with a car towing company to get my car Transported to Knoxville TN. He even went as far as offering to let me keep my car at his house for a day or two while I arrange transportation for the car back to Chicago. Made what could have been a very terrible experience into something that wasn't even a big deal and he had absolutely nothing to gain from the situation. Could not recommend higher and truly appreciate the kindness and generosity.
Very professional. They had the correct equipment so I didn't have to worry about my motorcycle. They took multiple photos at various stages of loading and unloading, which I appreciated, as there was a lot of attention to make sure I got the bike back the same way they got it. Price was also really good as well. I would easily recommend C&M, they just seem to go the extra mile with my broken down toys.
We were on vacation and 600 miles from home. We needed some help late at night on a holiday weekend. After calling a couple other services with no help, he came right out and gave us the help we needed! And at a great value! Will definitely be my 1st call if I'm ever on a bike and in distress in this area of the country again! Dude is awesome!

I recently needed a tow so I hopped on google and searched for one and it brought up C&M motorcycle towing. I called and got a price and and my bike was picked up within the hour. The driver was super professional and very helpful. My bike wasn’t running and he had it loaded up in no time. They have drop down trailers that store in the bed of the truck so it was easy and efficient. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone in the bike community.
