I enjoyed doing business here. Bought a vehicle from them and few other parts for my wife’s car. I got my mechanic to check the car and it was well worth the purchase!
Bought a 2015 infinity q50 awd with a supposedly clean title. After taking it to a mechanic for oil change and inspection it turns out that it had been wrecked in the front end but replaced with fa front suspension from a different model car. There was bolts left out and lines not installed properly. These people are crooks. run do not walk away.
I don't know how these people get a 4 at all, bought a car that had small issues to fix up and all you get is excuses about everything. Didn't fix nothing basically a waste of time. Buy the car at your own risk if you don't catch the issues before you pay. You not gonna get anything fixed at all. Pretty much there is no honesty they will take your money and thats the end of that . Shop at your own risk.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with.
You sent me the wrong transmission—twice. First, a 4-wheel drive when it wasn’t even close to what I needed. Then you sent a rear-wheel drive that STILL didn’t match my steering column linkage. Neither transmission worked, and both were misrepresented.
Instead of owning your mistake, you sent me a YouTube video like I was an idiot. I’ve got Master Techs working on this—not some backyard job. Then you had the nerve to ask for my VIN after everything was installed—news flash: it was on top of the transmission the whole time.
I told you I’m 650 miles away and even drove all the way to Orlando to try to get this resolved. And only then did you suddenly decide, “Now we can help you.” What kind of garbage customer service is that?
Now I’m stuck with a broken vehicle, months of wasted time, and no resolution. Your screw-up has cost me money, time, and the use of my vehicle. And because of you, I’m selling it—because I can’t trust anything you sold me.
Your sales reps and managers are completely useless. I've made over 20 calls trying to fix YOUR mistake, and got nothing but attitude and runarounds.

Ordered a part they sent the wrong one man on the phone was super rude and unprofessional never come to them if you need to order they will sell what ever and ship it just to make cash wasn’t even my year or model uncalled for unpleasant to work with
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! The only good reviews are about the car parts (junkyard items that they sell). I drove 3.5 hours to test drive a car I saw they posted on fb marketplace they said it had a clean title and no problems.
The 2018 Nissan maxima white platinum edition car that I test drove today 11-02-24 HAD PROBLEMS.
To start off when me and my boyfriend checked the car we pulled the drivers side seatbelt all the way out and it had mold meaning the car had some type of water in it. We also opened up the hood and there was dirt on the top of the engine and along the plastic which there shouldn’t be unless water rose up to that level. When we test drove it out of the lot the car felt like it was jumping. And as we drove it we found out it was the transmission from first gear to second and then it’d jump again from second gear to third. So the transmission is about to give out and the car was definitely in a flood. The trunk also smelt moist and the seats felt damp. When we got back from the test drive we told him what was wrong with the car and he genuinely seemed like he didn’t know. I told him he should update the post on Facebook and say that the car has transmission problems and lower the price if not I’d leave him a review to let people know about the car problems so they wouldn’t waste their time like I did. So this man had the audacity to delete the post and repost it on Facebook for the same price so that I wouldn’t be able to leave the review on the original post. So here I am now. STAY AWAY AND DONT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM. Their cars ARE NOT reliable and are problematic.

Terrible service!!!!!!! We are an automotive shop and order a part on friday which was supposed to be shipped out monday only to find out tuesday after i had to call to see whats going on that they didnt have it and so now my customer is still waiting and i still need to find one. We believe there service is horrible for the fact that they messed up and sold it to someone else. Communication skills is not their finest at all. Will not be using them in the future
Had a great selection of parts. Super friendly people. Great prices. Super fast pulling off parts. I will use them for any car parts needs. Especially because new parts are back ordered.
Absolute crooks. Sold me a truck bed for $2000 over the phone. When we got the bed it's trashed and unusable, but they charged me a 25% restocking fee so I lost $500 over their shady practices. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

Been trying to purchase a radiator for my car, was told they would call me back after checking to see if it was still there. Okay I waited two days for a call and never got one. Tried calling back and no one answers. Very bad way to do business.
This is the most disorganized business that I have ever seen. I have ordered about 6 times from them and out of those 6 times 3 times they didn't show up because they said the part was already sold. Today I called to see what time my part will be arriving and this girl said, they don't have a driver. Wow what a joke!!

I bought a car window from them. The window arrived in one piece. They have the best price in the country, and I did my homework on that.
I have to admit it was packet with junkyard materials (empty water bottles), and the window was very dirty, but it arrived undamaged nonetheless. I knew I was buying a used window, so the item did meet my expectations.
Don't waste your time and money with them. They will send you broken parts, and won't accept any returns or provide a resolution.
They claim to test the parts before they send them. LIARS

I called about an alternator for an 99 nissan maxima and they asked if it was a manual tranny or AT and I told him it did not matter because I already looked on orielly's and it did not ask me that he said "well it matters because I said" so I said no it does not and he the said " so what I say doesn't matter" and hung up there employee's are not very smart or nice and I will not do business with them or recomend them.
