Since day one I call he was very unprofessional and sad to say he made it to be the hardest to take a vehicle out he keep making excuses of what need it to done like he was a cop or something he also over charge us for stuff that had nothing to do with his services making up stuff worst company ever I wish no one ever lands in this business
Had my truck worked on at Newton Ford and they referred me to Mike's towing where I spoke with Gene. He quoted a good price for the tow and was very nice and friendly with an immediate pickup. Great service and great pricing. Definitely recommend.

Helped me out of a tight spot when my 93 year old father locked himself out of his truck (I'm out of town). When they got there, he had disappeared and they fixed his truck, took it to his home and helped to look for him. Very much above and beyond what you might expect and very kind and compassionate. Called Mike tonite after I got a call from my wife that the car broke down out on the road and asked him if he could pick it up for me and bring it to my place so my crew could fix it on Monday. Quick and friendly! I called and less than 20 minutes later one of their employees was in Wartrace working on my patients van! He was fast and reliable and they worked with us to ensure that my patient could get a reimbersment from her insurance. Top notch and the only locksmith I'll be calling!
