Robert was not only quick and professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive to my situation. He made sure I felt safe and supported throughout the process, going above and beyond to assist without hesitation.

I was literally in a bind at this particular time. The truck company I work for is cheap and don't want to pay for nothing. The truck assigned to me broke down and I was on my way home. I thought since I made them 23,000 last week! They would atleast rent me a car and allow me to get LL my things home safely. Not a chance! So I had to think outside The box and figure out how to get my things and I back home even though I have bad credit and car rentals only want to service the big money folks. We simple ppl are beneath them. Oh but God is good! He lead me to A-tow where I got the help I needed. These good Folk had a truck and I had the cash and credentials. No bs just understanding. And the kind ppl woke out of their sleep and did business with a simple soul like me. I greatly appreciate that.
I base my words on honesty as well as my actions. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. If you want dishonesty and to be done dirty then this is the place for you. Unbelievable how my daughter was treated.The price that we were quoted doubled when pick up was ready. We had no choice but to pay or we couldn't pick our vehicles up. Needless to say this was a job that didn't require all day to get it done. A device was to be removed from my vehicle and transferred to my daughter's vehicle. Instead.. the device was removed from my vehicle and was put in someone else's vehicle even though it was registered to my daughter's name. A different device was put in my daughter's vehicle that was not registered to her. When I asked for a copy of the work order from the owner at A Tow it disappeared. I contacted the company that was supposed to have sent A Tow a work order and needless to say there was no work order. Do not go there...I'm giving you an honest warning. If you do go there then the consequences are on you. You have been warned.
Rescued my wife when her new Yukon fuel pump went dead during rush hour he was just driving by. The driver was great managed to get the truck on his flat bad quickly and even parked it in a spot at the GMC dealership better then most people could park that was acutely running. Hopefully I never need a tow truck again but if I do i know who I’m calling.
I called for battery issues around 10-10:15 PM last Tuesday. The man on the phone was very rude when I asked him to repeat what he was saying because I couldn’t hear him over the sound of the radio/tv absolutely blasting in the background, and he ended the phone call right after he told me it would be “just a minute” before the man got to my location. Almost 40 minutes later is when they showed up, by this point my neighbors were trying to help me jump my car. The man checked my battery and told me it was fine, and that the cold was messing with it (which it’s done in the past) and then he left. It took him almost 40 minutes to get to where I was, and 8 minutes to tell me my battery was fine and then has the nerve to ask if I’ve already paid the atrocious $175 to the phone guy. Yeah, that’s right, $175. Maybe if I was having my car towed, $175 would make sense but for having to deal with the rude guy on the phone, then having to wait so long for service that my neighbors woke up and tried to help me, and the less than 10 minutes you actually helped me $175 is WAY too much and I should’ve been given at least a partial refund for the long wait + short assist time. I do NOT recommend this roadside assistance service to anybody. Call and check with other places first, then see if you can get an Uber or something unless you wanna be charged over $100 for someone to be rude to you over the phone and then separate someone to take almost and hour just to tell you your car is fine >:(
Had my pickup truck die on the side of the road. Called my insurance company to get Roadside Service. A Tow of Oak Ridge was who they used and trusted and now I see why. Brian called me when he was inn route , gave me a estimated time of arrival to pickup my truck. Alerted me when he was on site and again when he was 5 minutes away from my home. He even went above and beyond to help push it into the parking spot by my shed. Brian thank you again for your outstanding professionalism and customer service. A Tow, keep up the great work and all of you at this company stay safe and thank you again for helping us when we are in trouble out on the road.
