These guys saved the day for me. Tried going through insurance and ended up waiting four hours for what I was told would be 1.5 hours. Called Lowe’s and they were there within the hour. Really nice and efficient! I wish I had called them from the start. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Absolutely awesome experience back on December 29th. It was the Saturday after Christmas, most likely busy, yet Josh got to us in 30 minutes, hooked my truck up SUPER QUICK and got my family and I off the side of the highway. He was knowledgeable about the area and bypassed a good amount of traffic with a split second decision towards another route. The time saved here is the ONLY REASON we were not stuck in this area for two days, as we got to the Firestone Repair shop in just enough time to get the right parts. Total domino effect that traced back to Josh and how awesome he was! He was extremely humble and kind to us, and was exactly what we needed in our emergency and we are so, so grateful. We're from Florida, but should we ever be around those parts and in need, there will be no other thought but to call this company and see if Josh can come out for us. Thank you so much!
Called Lowe’s last night around 11, had our U-Haul stuck on ice in our driveway. They answered quickly and made it to my house in no time. Lowe’s spent about two and a half hours winching this 26 ft U-Haul almost all the way up my driveway. The guys that came out were incredible, professional and knowledgeable. They talked me through the entire process and got the U-Haul all the way to the house. 10/10 would recommend! These guys were great!
My name is Amber Stanley, and I am a Case Manager for a local nonprofit that assists unhoused individuals in Anderson County. I had a family experiencing some hardships, including having their vehicle towed. The total cost of the storage and tow was 1900.00, because it has been at their lot for so long. The family’s home was their vehicle until this incident happened,and without their car they have been forced to sleep outside. The couple called and asked if I could advocate their situation because of the cold weather taking a toll on the husband’s health. I hesitated because so many businesses tell us no. I called and spoke to James and told their situation, and James said he would call the owner. I received the call back from James, and he was smiling I could tell by his tone and said the owner agreed to take $150.00 instead of $1900.00. Wow just wow. I am in complete shock that this happened and am so extremely grateful to have businesses like Lowe’s Towing in Clinton Tn be a place where people actually care about their customers. Because of Josh’s quick thinking and knowing the back roads we avoid traffic, resulting in gets our truck fixed today! If there was any delay we would not have been stuck here till Monday and we are driving back to Florida. So thank you so much Josh for caring! And Glory to God for guiding the situation!

In the middle of our cross-country move, we had a horrible accident on I-75. The owner and crew of Lowe's Tows showed both competence and professionalism in towing our 20' truck to their facility. What's more, they were incredibly kind in our hour of need and vulnerability. When I commented on their kindness, the owner said, "We are here to help each other." He imparts this approach to his men. They were such a blessing to us!
They towed my vehicle from an Electric charger that was unplugged by a police officer and then required me to pay $634. All this happened while the three workers pretended like nothing is wrong with the world and it's an honest way to make a living. It was my 4th charger stop and I dented my passenger door due to continued lies about chargers.
Lowe's did a great job with towing my moving truck. Helped tremendously with changing the load to a new truck. Cannot be better help. We appreciate all the help we got from you.
This company is really great! My RV was stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours while Progressive tried to get me a truck. No one was available. But the highway patrol called these guys and they were there in 30 mins. He was kind, respectful and helpful. He recommended a place to get the RV looked at which was right near the hotel we got to stay at and he took us there and allowed us to get our stuff out that we needed. He even called the guy at the repair shop and told him our situation. The tow guy even shared about how he works for an amazing guy and it is a great job. If you ever need a tow in the Caryville, Knoxville area... contact Lowes. (Oh and they were half the cost of other towing companies)

Had a vehicle towed through AAA today with technician Kyle. He kept me informed of his arrival time and went the extra mile to ensure that my car was delivered back into my garage in the position I requested. Pleasant young man! Would most definitely use Lowe's Towing again.Great job!!

Got my 26 foot box truck stuck in a bad spot in Caryville. Called Lowes Towes, told them the situation, and they quoted me a price and gave me an ETA. They sent one of their smaller trucks that happened to be in the area to assess the situation and possibly save me some money on the tow. Tyler showed up early and gave his assessment and determined that the job required the larger wrecker. He even risked getting his own truck stuck to get to me. When the wrecker showed up, they had a plan put together and got us out quickly and safely with zero damage to our box truck. The price was more than reasonable considering where we were located and the size of the job. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to come rescue me from a situation that could have been much worse. I definitely recommend their services and will call them again if I ever happen to get myself in a pickle (hopefully not!). 5 stars
The guys who work here are very arrogant, and they lie about the price. I called them and asked how much it cost, they told me an hour was $475, it was 2 miles 7 minutes away from me, he worked on my case for 10 minutes maximum, when it came time to pay he said the minimum was an hour and a half (he didn't mention that when I called him). He says he has half an hour to come and half an hour to return. Careful with these guys
Ohhh.. my!! We hit a median turning left. 3 of our 4 tires went flat. We called the roadside assistance phone number. They were useless other than to give us the phone #s to 2 towing companies. Lowe's was our 1st call. The dispatcher was kind & courteous. Brandon, our tow driver, was also courteous, quick & pleasant. The towing fee to the Walmart tire center was fair too. Our trip south has been delayed big time BUT Lowe's Tows made the delay less painful. Thank u guys!
My car died the night before a huge snowstorm in my area. These guys were quick to help me get it to the mechanic shop and even gave me a ride there and offered a ride back to my house! They were very friendly!
I have seen drivers from this company drive very recklessly on 3 occasions in the last year alone, running me off the road then mocking me for it as they passed today. I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle under any circumstances.
I sent them the following message:
Today at about 5:55 PM While i was merging onto from 62 (Solway) onto 170 (edgemoor), one of your drivers ran me onto the shoulder. I signaled to come over, your driver was multiple car lengths back, and should've allowed my merge, instead as I accelerated to merge, your driver accelerated more and ran me off the road. When I honked my horn, your driver then honked his repeatedly, which the car in front of your driver undoubtedly thought was at him, and hit his brakes hard as I came back onto the road behind him. Then, while I was exiting to turn onto melton lk, your driver honked again, then mocked me as they drove by (there were 2 guys in the truck, towing a gold SUV, maybe a Kia? )
This is the 3rd time ive seen your driver's behaving dangerously in traffic, but the 1st time ive said anything.
I needed a very expensive sports car towed that had low spoilers on it. Corey did an amazing job getting the car on the flatbed. I was amazed on how well he operated his truck. Very professional, he contacted me to give me his eta and showed up on time. Highly recommend Corey and Lowe's towing.

We had just finished putting wheel barring in and it shut off on the way home. Couldn't jump it, nothing worked. Called Lowe's and they were there before our 1 and 2 yr old were throwing fits(if you have kids you know what I mean). Corey was great. Interacted with the boys and followed us all the way. AFFORDABLE AND UNDERSTANDABLE!! Great place.
Stopped at Weigel’s Fuel Stop x122 to get diesel and locked myself out of my semi. Clerk recommend Lowe’s Tows and WOW!!!! Went ahead and got fuel and before I got done cleaning my windows they were here! Before I got done paying they were in my truck! Hands down… by far… THE BEST! Cory was super friendly and professional. I like how they are knowledgeable about a truckers time clock. Total time according to my logs 34 min. THAT’s impressive! Thanks guys!!!

Went to pick up my daughters car they had towed, Guy behind counter is a complete a-hole! On some kind of power trip, even tho he had to call his boss on the phone to make any decisions. Said they would help load, no help, they were too busy setting around in overstuffed furniture, bad vibes all around and $375 to tow less than 10 miles
My parents and I found ourselves unexpectedly stranded in northern TN on our way to GA. Matt stopped to help a car near us and offered to send another member of his crew out for us. Both Matt and Stacy were absolutely amazing. We would have been lost without their assistance. They were very kind, friendly, and helpful.
I was two hours from home with my kids when I got a flat. I called Lowe's Tow's and Stacy came and helped us. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Got us to the tire shop safely and made a stressful situation not so bad. Thanks Stacey and Lowe's Tow's. I highly recommend their service!
We have a 40ft camper we were towing when one of the springs gave way and we ended up stranded on the side if the interstate....My husband, 2 boys, and myself. It was later in the evening and we called the insurance company but they couldn't find anyone who had the capability to help since it was a a 40ft toy hauler. We had someone come out that works on campers but didn't not think there was anything he could do to get us off the side of the road. We were on the side of the interstate for 23 hours going back and forth with the insurance company. Finally they contacted Lowe's Tow and he came right out and fix a few things enough so we could at least get off the side if the road. We were so relieved and so thankful. Fast and wonderful service. They came to the rescue thank goodness. If you need a tow I highly recommend giving them a call!
They picked up the phone, middle of the night when nobody else would. The driver had a few issues getting to me but he was very honest about what happened when he arrived. Little slow but the dispatcher and driver were good people. I'd use them again.
While on our family vacation, our car broke down on I-75. We called Lowe's Tows, and they were there in no time. They towed us all the way to Pigeon Forge, so we could get the car fixed near our condo rental.
Corey was our driver, and he made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle. We had a great conversation and some good laughs on the way. Talking to him was like talking to an old friend you hadn't seen in a while. According to our teens, "Corey is awesome!" I truly can't say enough about him and the wonderful way he treated us.
If we are ever in need of this service again, we will certainly call Lowe's Tows.
When I got there to get my car out, there was more damage done then there was originally wrong with my car. A guy driving the huge heavy machinery fork lift was obviously not certified at doing so. He was unloading 3 nice vehicles that had very minor damage or no damage at all. I watched as he scrapped those cars along the ground like the were going to the crusher. It was a horrible fiscal of a sound and a nightmare of a sight. I would not recommend letting these ppl be handling or in care of anyone's vehicles with the whole entire list of flunks and flaws this wrecker service has going on. U would be better off going with byrds wrecker service.
I think Danny did a great job. He was within the time given to show up. My only problem is, which I understand they had to drive 6 miles to get to me, but why it cost almost $70 to tow my car 7/10 of a mile. I’m not blaming the driver, he was awesome and I was kind of into a had to spot. Fuel is really cheap right now and I know these drivers don’t make bank, I also know insurance companies are giving discounts right now. . I’m thinking $40-50 would have been about right. I realize you have overhead but it’s a bit extreme
