Rude as hell, we accidentally called twice and the dude was very rude on the phone sounding very annoyed at us. Very unhelpful people and I wouldn’t recommend going with a different company.
Our work van and trailer got stuck in the mud. They were quick to respond, only waiting a few minutes. They were efficient and knowledgeable. He was kind and guided us through the entire process.
We broke down on our way to Lewis and Clark Lake last Thursday at dusk. We called our AAA and they sent this business out to tow us to a shop. It was this shop. They were AMAZING!!! Very good business!! The manager James took very good care of us! They also didn’t take us to the cleaners to replace our water pump! The tow driver Mike was Awesome and got to us way before he was expected! I highly recommend this business for all your automotive needs! A+ service
Emily changed out our flat with the donut, then hauled the tire to the shop & repaired it. We were both impressed with her efficiency & how pleasant she was.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I can't say enough good things about this company. We were involved in an accident while pulling a 20 foot trailer. Our truck was undrivable and we were stranded 17 miles out of town. Emily and Alan came to our rescue. Not only did they take care of our truck and our trailer but they made sure we had a ride into town. The company also went above and beyond to help us figure out a way to get back to Lincoln. Emily came to change my tire and she did amazing work considering that my spare was flat. She fixed it and followed me to the tire business in Yankton to make sure I got there safely. Made my day! Highly recommend this business.

They were quick to get me in, gave me a reasonable quote, didn't try to talk me into fixes I didn't need but did point out ones I did, and when they weren't the best option for a specific device they said so and gave me a recommendation. Had my car in to them twice in a couple weeks for things I knew I needed fixed and the total was less than $200. Definitely recommend them.
Jesse and Mark were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them. Mark went out of his way for us and I have never experienced such good service at such an affordable rate.
My son's car broke down Tuesday night and called Jesse. He let me bring the car there that night so they could start on it right away in the morning. When they figured out what was wrong, they made sure to let me know the cost to repair it before they started, which is very considerate. I would recommend this business to anyone. Very professional, friendly, and you don't have to wait a week to get you vehicle fixed like other mechanic shops.
They are the AAA towing company in the Yankton area. We had a snow storm and unfortunately I went in the ditch. So I walked a quarter mile back to work and then called them. They called me a couple times with their location and when they anticipated arriving. They picked me and took me to my van. Then they pulled me out of the ditch. They were very friendly and skilled. I would recommend them.
They are a very good place to go for work on your vehicle . I brought my truck in and it was done right and fast. With it now being in the New place north of town and all new employees, the service is 100 times better . Just try it once and you will see.
The Manager Sam gave me an estimate for the repairs then when I came to pick up my car it was less that the estimate was. He had said they got a better price on the parts and passed it on to me. I will be bringing my wife's car in for repairs.
Wow..and not in a good way. While they were quick to get the tie rod fixed, they have terrible customer service by the manager SAM. At this shop, apparently everyone can give an estimate which is just the first estimate not the final one. Don't count on the first one they give you because they will change it. I think that is par for the course but I tried to get an estimate from the manager several times and then 3 days later he gets mad at me for getting an estimate two days earlier by the mechanic. This morning, I called to pay the estimate for the tie rod and all I got was we don't have one from the mechanic. I demanded the one for the earlier estimate and PAID it in full. The manager then called me back and said that was not the complete estimate..it was $175.00 more. Wow. This business is terrible and so is management. Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else, you'll be glad you did.
I Now bring all my auto need's here! I had an issue with my car on a saturday and he came in took a look at after they were closed and fix my problem asap very friendly receptionist and great service would reccomend to anyone
