Me and my family got stranded on I-29 for 4 hours after getting work done. The vehicle was fine except for one part, and all of a sudden, other small things are popping up. They didn't reset my oil light, the check engine light was on when returned to me after the job was "done", let alone ask me for approval of the extra work and so more charge of parts and labor. They refused to admit responsibility or liability for what could of been a disaster. They would only pay for half of the $780 tow bill. Never again.... they tell you what you want to hear and do the opposite. There have been so many negative complaints about the wait time for their vehicles as well as the labor pricing being way too high. I am surprised more people are not reviewing and letting the public know whats going on. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed
