Absolutely terrible. Couldn’t say what the price was going to be and then wayyy over charged for literally 2 gallons of gas and they only had to come 3 miles. 150$ for 2 gallons that didn’t even take 15 minutes of their time to help. 100% would not recommend.
Unfortunately I blew a tire along 29 a little outside of summit. Pretty much everything that could have went wrong did and my car was no longer running. Simon came out and was very kind. It was just me and my 2 kids so he helped move the car seats over and got them installed in the back of the tow truck. Got my car towed to Aberdeen and they were very well priced!
Very frendly and amazing guys, got to my truck, remove wheel, secured it so he can park safely, also get freight transloaded from one to another trailer.

Truck sprung a leak on our way from Minnesota to Colorado in Summit, South Dakota. The local gals at the gas station recommended Cal’s, and I’m sure glad they did. Simon was quick to address the issue and everyone there was friendly and polite. Really appreciated the fact they let us jump ahead in line to get us back on the road. Great people great shop!
My boat trailer tire began failing on the freeway 10 miles from Summit. Cal's was closed, but Cal picked up the phone. Cal's son met us at the shop and replaced the tire. We were back on the road within an hour.
I can't say enough good things about Simon. He went out of his way to contact the car rental agency to get something straightened out for me and it worked out very well after we hit a deer on the interstate with our rental car. He gave me realistic expectations of what we could expect from the rental agency and helped us through a tough time. I can't recommend this business enough.
Polite, professional, and friendly. Simon was quick to help me when my cars transmission went out traveling in -14° and 25 MPH winds and towed it 100 miles to my mechanic. Very impressive, young man.
I was stranded in the middle of South Dakota with a flat tire and it was cold!! Becky called me within minutes and sent help! Awesome service and a really nice kid that came to assist and did a wonderful job! Thank you for getting me back home.

Last day of a 3 week trip in our RV and we had a tire go out. We were so blessed to be close to help. They were wonderful to work with, honest and quick to help us out! Definitely a 5 star rating.
Did such an amazing job. They went over and beyond and assisting my father on his truck and also providing us with such great customer service and joyful attitude and the prices was well worth it. I recommend them anytime you need the help.

My family and I had our boat trailer wheel bearing seize up on our way out to Oahe. Of course it was 9pm at night too. I looked up nearest 24 hr towing service and thankfully Cal's Service was the 1st to pop up. I spoke to them on the phone and explained what happened and that I had everything removed down to the spindle. He said he wouldn't be able to do repair until the morning which is very understandable. My only worry was the location of our vehicle being on Hwy 12 just west of Waubay between the two lakes. He said he had a dolly to get us to town to be safe. When he arrived he looked at the trailer and said he probably had the bearings in his shop. He took my drum and replaced them and got us on the road they evening! Unbelievable service! Can't say enough great things about his service and great personality he had. If you around Summit SD and need a repair I highly suggest Cal's! Thank you again!!

I called AAA after a tire blowout on i29 and Cal was out there within the hour. Came out at 10 pm on Labor day and towed me 100 miles to Fargo, I had a large delivery van with a small trailer attached and Cal was able to get it all in 1 trip to where I needed it. Thank you for the help!
I don't even have a star for this guy...what a jerk...gave me excuses for the last 24 hours..car is less than a mile from his shop...got mad cause I told him I hopefully had somebody to do it that was not "from the area"...then tried to charge me more since its been 24 hours now since I first called him...merry Xmas and happy New yrs jerk
My son went in the ditch south of Summit during a snow storm as he traveled home from college. Cal's came right out and got him back on the road in no time. They were more than fair on the price, so fair I was able to tip the tow truck driver for all his help. I wouldn't think twice about calling them again.
My son was eastbound on Hwy 12 on 9/14/15 experiencing car trouble. It was 4:00 pm. Cal's repair came to his location from Summit, SD, about 11 miles, and towed the vehicle to Cal's shop, replaced a blown tire and got him back on the road. My son reported the staff to be very friendly and helpful together with reasonable and timely.

Realized my tire had a hole in it on a Saturday evening in Summit while on my way home to North Dakota. Called the shop; and even though they were closed, they came to the gas station and changed my tire! All within 5 minutes!!! Great job guys! Thank you!!!
