absolutely terrible. this towing company hasn’t been able to return my car from being towed after ungodly hours of the night. im making a complaint because i should be able to pick my car up whenever i want. on the website it says 24hrs open however when i made the attempt to pick up my vehicle they proceeded to tell me that they were closed until monday however there is still a $51 dollar holding fee for each day

Yesterday January 18, 2023 about 9:45 am I slid off of Arrowhead Pkwy into a ditch. The best decision I made was to call All American Towing. The dispatcher let me know it could be up to an hour or a little more before they would be there. Clearly they were busy as AAA gave me a 6 hour estimate. The driver Braxton showed up and immediately assessed the situation and began to take necessary measures. Braxton pulled me up from the side of his super truck, then repositioned his truck and "hooked me up" from the back and pulled me out. Braxton is a professional, to took great care not to damage my vehicle throughout the process which took less than 30 minutes. He made sure I was able to drive away safely, was very friendly, and braved the well below zero wind chill without a flinch. Thank you All American Towing, I have heard great things about you from others, I am so grateful for your service and professionalism!

this place took my car, scratched the hell out of it, towed it past midnight on a saturday morning, I found out a few hours later and called and they said the wouldn't let me get it out until monday and they were gonna charge me $50 per day. huge scam, predatory. report them to federal business bureau

Called around and this towing place was the quickest and the cheapest around. They came right away. The towing driver was a younger guy, don’t remember his name:( since it was in the beginning of August, 2017 but he was EXTREMELY nice and understanding! I highly recommend this towing company for all your towing and service needs!!!

Car starter went out. Was stuck in the middle of cliff ave and 26th and decided to get a tow truck. Redi towing hanged up on us and we called all American, within 30 minutes truck showed up definitely recommend. Tow trucker was awesome to us and they have good prices.

Last night, while I was working for a food delivery service, when I was leaving a customer's house, the right front wheel of my van went over a section of the customer's unusual driveway. I didn't know what to do, so after calming down, I called All American Towing, left a message, and got a quick response back from a young man named Patrick. He told me that things happen and he'd have my van unstuck and I'd be back on the road quickly. I didn't have enough money to pay him but he told me that if I had full coverage insurance that I probably had emergency roadside service. It turns out that I did and he showed me what to do. Everything worked out great! Anyway, I recommend this business (24hours open) because you will be pleased with their service. And to Patrick, I want to say thanks for helping me out as well as for your patience in helping this 65-year-old, technology-challenged woman out. God Bless you!

I had a bad tire experience, but a great customer experience with, All American Towing. Trevor was my driver, he went above and beyond in all areas of customer service, a talented and very polite and professional young man. I will use this company going forward if needed due to the excellent experience that Trevor provided. By far the best tow truck operator I’ve ever worked with. Thank you, Trevor, or an excellent experience and conversation. Another great experience, this team cares, they will be my first to call if anything goes wrong.

Had a freeway tire blowout a tire on our boat trailer. Called a couple other places that had a bit higher reviews and both companies seemed like some screwballs. Guess 3rd times the charm, got these guys and they were on top of it. Picked up without one of the rims on it and dropped it off at the hotel we were at in good time and the dude working was very helpful and didn't complain about having to knock one out on a Sunday night. Don't let a couple bad reviews scare ya with these guys as they were top notch in my book with what seemed to be fair pricing as well. Thanks guys.

Wonderful service. They answered the phone on the first ring, gave a fair quote and timing right over the phone. Showed up in the tow vehicle at the time they said and our technician was the most helpful and friendly. Most of all, he made sure we always felt safe! Do not do business with this company! Same situation as - Ron Vanhoorn - My vehicle was stolen and picked up by this company when found, I live a hour away and called the company before leaving work early to make it in time before they closed to get my stolen vehicle back, they refused to give me the condition of the car. When I arrived and paid $160 to get my vehicle, I realized it was sitting on 2 by 4s, not drivable at all! The whole axel was off, then they tried to get me to pay more money to have the vehicle towed, I requested a refund for my money and for them to keep the vehicle since it was severely totaled! The lady at the desk was very condescending and rude, completely unable empathize in the situation. Her nasty attitude should not be acceptable in a customer service position. The owner I’m assuming (Patrick) after looking at the car agreed to a refund upon receiving the title, made him aware I don’t live in town and would not be able to bring it back right away. He told me when I bring it in, I’ll receive a refund. Once I got time away from my hectic work schedule I called for my refund and exchange of title, he went back on our agreement. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve dealt with, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place sucks. A bunch of crooks. Had my vehicle towed due to a “no-fault=I didn’t get a citation” accident. When I Called to get it moved to body shop. Gave credit card over phone charge went through no problem then I get a call back that I have to go there with cash because it was an impound even though I requested the tow and the info clearly stated I requested the tow. I kept asking why it was an impound-couldn’t tell me. I’m guessing it was because the bill was over $600. Also I don’t have an issue with storage fees. I get that’s how they make money. But this was shady. I will NEVER call these crooks again. Lady at the front desk very nice and professional. I have no reference to other employees such as drivers but the guy in the back office was yelling something like a degenerate while I was standing there My opinion is All American Towing is shady. Call somebody else.

The girl on the phone yesterday lied to us and said they closed at 5 and they actually closed at 5:30 she was very rude to us on the phone too when we asked if they’d wait 10 minutes for us to get there, at 5:10. Overall, great company to work with. I’ve had multiple experiences with the company and have never been disappointed. The most recent instance occurred during negative temperatures that caused our truck to gel up while driving (damn diesels!). All American was prompt to respond and pick us up on the side of the road when we needed it most. Ryan is always great to work with, regardless the crappy situations I’m in, and Patrick is usually friendly. Hopefully I won’t need to call anytime soon, but when I do, I know All American has me covered.

My stolen car was towed by them and impounded there. Once i was notified where my vehicle was I called there asking about my vehicle. They would not even give me any details about the shape or condition the vehicle was in or if it even had a key in the ignition. Costed me and extra $69.26 to have them help me load the vehicle on my car trailer. The lady at the front desk was rude and short whenever she spoke. Zero percent empathetic on how i trying to work with them from a 125 miles away. Took complete advantage of my on the loading charge, after gouging me on the towing and impound fees...They are not friendly at all.....If it was possible to give a zero rating i would....

My car was ticketed, towed and impounded due to a snow alert during an April blizzard. This was obviously a bad experience, so please do not assume I am just lashing out because of my trouble with the city. I would like to point out a couple of unpleasant parts of the "All American" experience that I believe could easily be improved upon. First off, they offer hours from 8 am to 8 pm to pick up your vehicle. This is fairly convenient, but by the time I got home from work, realized my vehicle was missing, called the police, and arranged for transportation to the impound lot, I was low on time. I arrived at 7:55 pm to find the employees leaving the lot. I greatly appreciate them returning to allow me to retrieve my vehicle. However, had I been just a few seconds later, I would have been out of luck until the next day. So consider yourself warned if you are running late. Payment was straightforward (CASH ONLY!), but I was really not impressed with what happened next. The employee motioned toward the side, indicating that I guess that's where my car was. I walked out toward what appeared to be an electrical wire storage area, and the gate began to open. I was then faced with a large lot full of cars, with no directions as to where my vehicle was parked. The lot was a complete swamp! Standing water in huge puddles over half the ground, mushy mud over the rest. By the time I walked through this mess and found my car, my feet were soaked and my dress shoes were ruined. I nearly got stuck in the mud trying to leave. Getting a car towed is punishment enough. This was cruel and unusual. I have my doubts All American Towing will do anything about my complaints. However, I hope perhaps someone from the city will see this and encourage them to clean up this storage area. I believe any company doing contract work with the city should be held to higher standards than this.

Could not have asked for a better experienc! My wife and I were stranded out in the countryside 50 miles south of Sioux Falls at 12:40 early yesterday morning. We found All American Towing through Google and gave them a call. The dispatcher was polite and genuinely empathic, he told us he'd immediately get a truck in route to us. 20 minutes later the driver himself called us to say he'd arrive in approximately 30 minutes. By 1:30 he made it to us and quickly removed the stuck wheel and even threw the spare on for me after I offered to do so. Mark (the driver) just like the dispatcher was very friendly and informational/helpful. All American and its employees certainly put customer service/satisfaction before anything else and I can not thank them enough for all they did. An hour away, middle of the night and freezing cold out but we were treated kindly and greeted by a smiling face... Without question will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for a tow or roadside assistance!!
