Terrible experience. After my car was towed, I tried to pick up my house keys that were left inside the vehicle by the officer who searched my car. The tow company refused to give me my own keys, even though I clearly explained the situation.
I was left locked out of my own home for no good reason. Completely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful toward a basic human need: access to your home.
If you’re in a tough situation, don’t expect these people to help you—they don’t care. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
I was locked out of my car and the other night on the east side of town which was not a real good place to be alone. I called All American after being quoted $215 by Jim and Ron's.. these guys did it for $80 and they were there within 10 minutes. Super fast super professional. I would absolutely recommend these guys. A huge thank you to the guy who came out in the middle of the night ! I wish I could remember your name, but you were awesome!
All American Towing picked me up within 15 minutes of me calling. It was a busy intersection and he was quick, and kind. Very great service. Thank you!
DO NOT USE. The people are rude. They just waist your time and lie to you. Complete hassle, lie about the charges, and give you a complete run around.

Not once in my post did I blame you for my vehicle getting towed. My problem is that I told you twice that I had a trailer hooked to my pickup, and not once was I told the correct price or asked for my information to look up the correct price. Also, when I asked for the address to come get my vehicle, I was just told to Google it. Again, customer service is terrible, and $517 for an in town tow of 4 miles is robbery.
Juan did a great job. Appreciated his and everyone's communication before and after towing our camper away. I have had a very positive experience with everybody in your company. Very professional, patient, kind and overall excellent customer service.

Went to a friend's at country view and had our car towed wasn't even there 20 mins came out car was gone found it with all American tow so why would the city request a tow when there's no signs or posts warning of towing if parked between 11pm and 6am there should be a clear warning of this and the city doesn't call for cars to be towed from a trailer park come on now and charging 314.00 all because their not open on Sunday but tow after hours what a bunch of thristy bunch of rip offs I swear!

I had vehicle troubles while driving while traveling through South Dalota. I ended up calling All American Towing after several other companies wouldn't answer their phones. They transported me and my vehicle to a local shop in no time. Very professional and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Got in a minor accident with my partner. All they had to do was tow us out of the highway median as our car had no damage. We were a 10 minute drive away from their shop. How much did they charge us? $400!
Do everything in your power to stay away from these guys. These guys are predatory and charge as much as they think they can get away with for simple services. Disgusting to prey on vulnerable people, especially after an accident when you're all shaken up. Makes me sick.
Towing at night and charge you over $300 the following morning saying it's two days. What a bunch of crooks. Do better. Some people can't afford that and people makes mistakes. They tell you they have contract with the city of Sioux falls.
Got my car towed 10pm, went to retrieve it the very next morning at 11am. Charged $315. Why? Because they can!! What you gonna do about it? You don’t have the money until next paycheck? No problem, your balance is now $1500 or more. Then you are now left with no choice but to leave the car for them to sell it. This is called stealing. They will tell you that the city of Sioux Falls is the one who makes the decision on how much to charge. Ow by the way, there was no sign that tells you not to park where I parked. “Dakota pointe apartments” don’t rent here!
There is a red paint on the edge of the driveway and you can’t even see it at night. So to All American towing, there is nothing American about you. You have been getting the same review since 7 years now but you don’t care to change anything. There should be a zero rating option here. I will tell everyone I know not to get any services from your company. Charging a 2 day fine for a car that stayed with you only for 8 is called stealing robbery. The lady on the phone told me how much it is without even asking me which car was mine or who I’m. Seems like you are running out of business.

absolutely terrible. this towing company hasn’t been able to return my car from being towed after ungodly hours of the night. im making a complaint because i should be able to pick my car up whenever i want. on the website it says 24hrs open however when i made the attempt to pick up my vehicle they proceeded to tell me that they were closed until monday however there is still a $51 dollar holding fee for each day
If I could do 0 stars I would. This is a predatory company. Tows vehicles late at night on weekends. Then refuses to let you retrieve your car. Forcing you to pay 3 days of storage fees. Very disgusting.
Yesterday January 18, 2023 about 9:45 am I slid off of Arrowhead Pkwy into a ditch. The best decision I made was to call All American Towing. The dispatcher let me know it could be up to an hour or a little more before they would be there. Clearly they were busy as AAA gave me a 6 hour estimate. The driver Braxton showed up and immediately assessed the situation and began to take necessary measures. Braxton pulled me up from the side of his super truck, then repositioned his truck and "hooked me up" from the back and pulled me out. Braxton is a professional, to took great care not to damage my vehicle throughout the process which took less than 30 minutes. He made sure I was able to drive away safely, was very friendly, and braved the well below zero wind chill without a flinch. Thank you All American Towing, I have heard great things about you from others, I am so grateful for your service and professionalism!
Car starter went out. Was stuck in the middle of cliff ave and 26th and decided to get a tow truck. Redi towing hanged up on us and we called all American, within 30 minutes truck showed up definitely recommend. Tow trucker was awesome to us and they have good prices.
Had a great experience, Joe had outstanding customer service skills and was on time and on point. Joe made this bad moment into an enjoyable one. Helped me tow my vehicle to a mechanic shop was smooth and easy thanks to Joe. Wish there was a way to tip. Thank you Joe

Trevor was my driver, he went above and beyond in all areas of customer service, a talented and very polite and professional young man. Wonderful service. They answered the phone on the first ring, gave a fair quote and timing right over the phone. Showed up in the tow vehicle at the time they said and our technician was the most helpful and friendly. Most of all, he made sure we always felt safe! I would not hesitate and they will be my first call if I’m ever in need again. Thank you!
Last night, while I was working for a food delivery service, when I was leaving a customer's house, the right front wheel of my van went over a section of the customer's unusual driveway. I didn't know what to do, so after calming down, I called All American Towing, left a message, and got a quick response back from a young man named Patrick. He told me that things happen and he'd have my van unstuck and I'd be back on the road quickly. I didn't have enough money to pay him but he told me that if I had full coverage insurance that I probably had emergency roadside service. It turns out that I did and he showed me what to do. Everything worked out great!
Anyway, I recommend this business (24hours open) because you will be pleased with their service. And to Patrick, I want to say thanks for helping me out as well as for your patience in helping this 65-year-old, technology-challenged woman out. God Bless you!
Had a freeway tire blowout a tire on our boat trailer. Called a couple other places that had a bit higher reviews and both companies seemed like some screwballs. Guess 3rd times the charm, got these guys and they were on top of it. Picked up without one of the rims on it and dropped it off at the hotel we were at in good time and the dude working was very helpful and didn't complain about having to knock one out on a Sunday night. Don't let a couple bad reviews scare ya with these guys as they were top notch in my book with what seemed to be fair pricing as well. Thanks guys.
Do not do business with this company! Same situation as - Ron Vanhoorn - My vehicle was stolen and picked up by this company when found, I live a hour away and called the company before leaving work early to make it in time before they closed to get my stolen vehicle back, they refused to give me the condition of the car. When I arrived and paid $160 to get my vehicle, I realized it was sitting on 2 by 4s, not drivable at all! The whole axel was off, then they tried to get me to pay more money to have the vehicle towed, I requested a refund for my money and for them to keep the vehicle since it was severely totaled! The lady at the desk was very condescending and rude, completely unable empathize in the situation. Her nasty attitude should not be acceptable in a customer service position. The owner I’m assuming (Patrick) after looking at the car agreed to a refund upon receiving the title, made him aware I don’t live in town and would not be able to bring it back right away. He told me when I bring it in, I’ll receive a refund. Once I got time away from my hectic work schedule I called for my refund and exchange of title, he went back on our agreement. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve dealt with, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Called around and this towing place was the quickest and the cheapest around. They came right away. The towing driver was a younger guy, don’t remember his name:( since it was in the beginning of August, 2017 but he was EXTREMELY nice and understanding! I highly recommend this towing company for all your towing and service needs!!!
