We had our car stolen and Jim and Ron’s was right there for us the same day. Dontae our tow truck driver was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and concerned about our situation, we very much appreciate how he handled things and how well he did his job!!
I locked my keys in my car the other night on the east side of town which is not a very nice side of town to be out alone in. Call Jim and Ron's they quoted me $215 plus tax I said never mind I would find somebody cheaper and thank him for his time. Found somebody to come out and do it for $80 and just as I was finishing up Jim and runs called me back said he found somebody who would do it for $100 less I said no I already have it taken care of he was very persistent and did not want to take no for an answer I finally just had to hang up on him.. I feel like he was really trying to take advantage of the situation and he made me very very uncomfortable. I would not recommend these guys if it's late at night and you're out alone somewhere.
Well last year when I bought my Dodge Challenger from Vern Eidie Acura and drove it too Worthington, MN went out on the road as a truck driver came back and had problems with it. I live in Sioux Falls, SD I asked them here to help me bring my car home they refused. They said find someone at Worthington to bring it too Sioux Falls. Well Sioux Falls is a little bit bigger city than Worthington and I had a difficult time getting my car to Sioux Falls.
When I needed them they weren't there for me... enough said...

Broke down in Hartford while driving cross-country. Gave them a call and warned them that I had a lowered car that would require someone with knowledge of loading/towing lowered vehicles.
They sent out Jesse within 30 minutes, he skillfully loaded the car on the truck and got me to my destination. The price was about average for a flatbed tow, definitely not exorbitant.
Good company to work with. IF you've got a impound being ur cash, license and proof of ownership. If it's in the car no worries as they'll let you go out and get the stuff you need to verify ownership.

Our car broke down on a cross country trip. As panicked as we were, Jim & Ron’s were calm and reassuring. The team was professional and went above and beyond in checking our car, securing a shop to look at the car in our needed timeframe, and in checking in on us. i used them 5/2/23 to take my car from my garage to Airways Auto. i called them at 8am to schedule a time to pick up my vehicle since i would be home later. the driver arrived right at 3pm and was ready to leave with the car within just 10 minutes. he was quick and efficient and when i went to Airways to get a loaner car the guys said he did a great job dropping it off and heading out. thanks for the great service!
After I got my truck, aka pig stuck trying to catch my dog after she escaped from my wife they busted the humps to get it unstuck . I can't say enough about how great they are at very difficult vehicle recovery's and highly recommend! They go above and beyond to help there customers in bad situations. I have used a number of tow companies over the years through AAA and not one of them can hold a candle to the skill, professionalism Jim and Ron's has and can't say enough, THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!
My car was stuck pretty good in my own driveway. Overnight it drifted in even more. These drifts were concrete hard. The driver called when he was on his way. He was very careful pulling my car out so the undercarriage wasn't damaged. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Worth every penny. Will call them again if I need a tow.
On Christmas Eve night, my car slid through a neighborhood intersection onto a curb and snowbank. The tire went flat and the car was stuck. I tried accessing roadside assistance through AAA and my insurance company. I waited for 14+ hours, and still no service arranged through my roadside assistance. I called Jim and Ron's Towing on Christmas day. Paul answered the call, took my info and was very polite. The driver Ben was there in about an hour. He was so nice and helpful. He tried to get the car in working order, but the tire wouldn't hold air so he towed it to my preferred shop. He was so careful with my car. He did not try to price gouge me at all. The service cost was extremely reasonable for having to deal with this situation on a cold, snowy, icy holiday. Jim and Ron's will be my go-to in the future for all my towing, tire, lockout needs!
Best roadside assistance we’ve ever encountered. Making our way from Washington State to North Carolina, U-Haul failed us by not properly securing our car to the tow dolly, causing one of the tires to jump off the dolly while in tow. Jim & Ron’s was the KINDEST, most efficient, and hard working service- our trip being only half way through, he did the most (and triple checked everything) before we continued from SD to NC. We were very impressed with Jim & Ron’s willingness to help and ensuring our safe travels!
I was in Sioux Falls on 6/13/22 visiting my dad at the hospital. When I left I made it half way through town when I noticed I was losing tire pressure. I pulled into a gas station only to discover their air compressor was out of order. I parked my car and started calling shops. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and assured me all would be fine! I was told it would be about a half hour for them to drive to me. When all was said and done it took the man 18min and 24sec to drive to me, take off my flat, put on my spare and send me on my way!! I would recommend Jim & Rons Towing to anyone and I will keep bragging about how you guys saved the day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

My call was answered right away and the gentleman on the phone was very kind. There was a bit of a wait time so I left my vehicle to get out of the cold. I got a flat tire at 9:30 pm so I called to get my car towed (was my 2nd flat tire that day, and already had bunny tire on the car). I was told they would have someone there with in 20 minutes and they were on time. Driver was polite, professional and delivered vehicle to tire shop where he assisted me with the paperwork and securing my vehicles key drop. The price was actually lower than I expected it would be which was a great surprise. Very helpful and they went above and beyond in the customer service department. Highly recommend to everyone in need of a tow truck. Exceeded expectations
