2nd vehicle from here. First one got in an accident, looked at the selection one evening. Next day talked to Michelle and told her what I was interested in and by the time I cam by after work she had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive. I enjoyed it and was out the door very fast with a new ride.
EDITED BASED ON THEIR RESPONSE: I did extensive research on their vehicles on their lot. I never spoke to a female over the phone and “drilled her with questions”. I did speak to a male and asked him one question regarding mileage. But they did text me and called me by the wrong name in the text so I’m sure they are thinking of the wrong person here once again. Based on the three interactions I’ve had with them (and now their response on this review) I would never even consider going here for a vehicle.
PLEASE be careful here. They are predatory with their sales tactics. The vehicle I was looking at was priced over $5,000 above comps and market value. They will not come down on their prices and they help “rebuild credit”. I understand that not everyone has great credit and vehicles are a lifeline to get where we need to be, but if they lock you into a loan with poor credit, your interest rate is going to be high and if you decide a year or two from now that you don’t want that car anymore, good luck getting enough as a trade in to pay it off. When asked if certain things were done on the car I was met with “it was inspected but I don’t know exactly what was done”. Excuse me, what?! You can’t tell me if the timing belt was done? You can’t tell me what the tires are sitting at? You can’t tell me if any of the brake pads or rotors have been replaced or are even in decent condition? I’m just supposed to trust you and cross my fingers that after your three day return period the thing doesn’t break down on the side of the road? They also don’t list any information about the actual vehicles themselves on their website which is a huge red flag. The people I talked to were nice enough which is why I gave two stars instead of one, but that doesn’t justify preying on people with poor credit. Be careful purchasing from here.

"Unbiased review" I have been all over from cali to Tennessee. And have never seen such a predatory place. The cars you sell are way I mean wayyyyyyyy over value and by the time the loans paid you've bought that same car 5 times over. Now I do admit a low credit place is amazing but most the ppl you service are low credit for a reason. If your gonna pay near our below kbb. Ethics says you should sell near our slightly above dealer sale on kbb our edmunds. I understand your rebuttal to this review will be ' warranty ' but many individuals have many issues with the warranty. Why only cover part off a major repair but still justify the well over 10k actual book value is sad and deplorable. Now at this time I was only displaying intrest but found it hard to justify purchasing a vehicle with yall based off the info. Despite that I have recently moved and lost alot due to a flood so I can understand the appearance off no steady income and etc. That's why I didnt fully move forward. But the info provide I felt should be public. Now do I discourage ppl from a purchase at this company? No if there is no other options by all means this is a great option. However I do encourage ppl to do research on the vehicle and maybe shop around at other buy here pay here places as this is what wheel city is in disguise.

I have been messaging with Michelle for a few weeks as I had been dealing with some awful things from another dealership in town and Michelle was AMAZING to work with. Michelle at wheel city is the best! She really broke the numbers down for me and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. She even stayed almost 2 hours past closing to make sure I went home with a car I loved. She was nothing short of absolutely positive and helpful, making my 3 days of car shopping worth it! I should have went to Wheel City FIRST! I don’t remember the guys name but he was also very pleasant and helpful with getting me into my new-to-me vehicle! He worked in the office that looks like a little house off to the left of the building. Highly recommend Wheel City if you’re in need of a hassle free car buying experience.
Best car experience I’ve ever had. The quality of service was really excellent. I’m not sure I can say enough about the whole staff: Brock called me in the morning after applying and was always very timely in returning my calls. He also remembered preferences and was very pleasant to buy from, without being pushy or annoying. They financed me in house and gave me really reasonable payments that I could afford. I never felt like they were condescending about my credit score my terrible credit score either. I would recommend shopping here too just about anybody!
