Had a great experience with I-State Truck Center while visiting family in Iowa. I noticed oil leaking from an RV wheel and called on a Saturday—surprised they were even open! The parts guy was super helpful, had me send photos, and made sure I didn’t drive 1.5 hours for nothing. When I arrived, the team was friendly, fast, and even checked my AC. Turned a stressful moment into a smooth fix. Highly recommend!
Bad experience installed wrong injector won’t warranty and install correct injector because ecm should incorrect serial number but block had correct cpl number to what injectors are suppost to be in engine will not be doing business with Freightliner anymore.

They treat truckers like family. I never had any issues with this shop/dealership. They have friendly staff and will work on your truck in a timely manner. We been coming here since 2012….. NO ISSUES SINCE.
Beware this is by far the worst truck repair shop! The gentleman that I deal with earlier that day told me we will charge you for one hour labor $177.00 and I agreed to it. My truck was in the shop for one hour. Then their shift change, some guy that i didn’t deal with was working on service department and he overcharged for 1hr of service $510.00 then when I tried to ask him to explain it to me, he said It is what it is. Stay away from this place
Customer service is unmatched! I came in with a mud flap bracket mount that was bent and they bent it back for me Free of charge. It goes without saying but I'll say it anyway.. I'll definitely be going back for other needs
They are the nicest and most helpful dealership I've spoken to. I contact other dealerships on a daily basis and I can't say I've dealt with a better group of folks. They were extremely polite, professional and very helpful!

I had my Western Star towed to this shop to be repaired. The lack of communication and inexperienced techs cost me nearly 2k and the issue was never resolved. They cleared the codes and said it was fixed. Less than 24 hours later I had to take the truck to a shop in Springfield Mo. and they then found the true cause of the problem. This is the worst dealership and people I have experienced on the road. I will follow up with a BBB complaint and possibly a State Attorney General complaint also. These con artists should be in JAIL!!! BUYER BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISITS.
Called them an hour before arrival and was told getting a PM service done this morning wouldn't be an issue. I was quoted a 5 hour wait time when I arrived. For a shop that advertises a lube bay, that's unacceptable. If you serve the trucking industry, pretend like you understand it. You told me getting in and out wouldn't be a problem and wasted my time (I wouldn't have stopped if they had been honest about wait times). They lost my business today.
On the road hot and humid Apu Freon needed recharging pulled into I-state was charged up enrolling in about an hour. Jared in service and Justin in Parts great communication in conversation. One of the better shops I've been to
If you break down and can go anywhere else but this place GO, these guys can careless about you and your truck problems. My truck def pump broke down on a friday night and they told me to check in the next monday, next monday they’ve told me it will be a week before they check it out so i left and went to detroit shop witch was a great shop and took care of me right away.
I believe we have bought 9 Trucks from I-State and the team has been great! Our Sales Rep Nick Maltaverne is ON TOP OF THINGS. He makes sure we are informed and communicates excellent regardless if we are calling, texting or E-mailing. It is very apparent that he cares deeply about Nordstrom's Automotive as a customer and it is clear he has the support of the team behind him to make it happen. We have worked with service, parts and sales and we have always appreciated the efforts. Even when things have not gone as planned, we have quickly planned to figure out a solution. The Isuzu Trucks have been great for our operation! Thank you very much all.

We rocked up at lunchtime on a Friday after a nasty sound from our front wheel got worse.
Although they were really busy Derick offered to pop out and check it wasn’t anything critical- it wasn’t thankfully.
The 5- 10 mins he took has just taken so much worry off us. Huge thanks!
This a great place . Truck broke down and they fixed it pretty good. It took time to repair but they have are great with updates . They will be genuine with you on how long it will take for them to finish the repair.
End result you will be happy. Just need to have patience.

I took my truck and a train horn there to have them install the horn. They charged me $1400.00 to install a $150 horn!!!! No common sense whatsoever in their service department. They're just looking for a way to rack up a bill for doing as little as possible. I've been overcharged every time I've taken something to them. Half the times I've taken something there, I've had to walk the mechanics through what I want done and also show them HOW TO DO IT!!!
I'll NEVER go back and im making sure to let everyone that I know, know how they've done me. NEVER USE THIS WORTHLESS TRUCK SHOP. IT'S WORSE THAN TAKING YOUR TRUCK TO WALMART.
Solid group of guys . I hit a turkey and took out a windshield .they got me right in and fixed up also had a speed sensor changed same time. Despite a full shop I was in and out in a few hours and didn't have a million dollar repair bill like I expected being a dealership . Body shop manager is a good guy . Straight shooters here .
Just a few miles away when coolant sensor started shutting truck down. We made it in, shop said they were two days out, but mechanic took a break came out hooked up computer, diagnosed sensor, and replaced. We weren't here but 45 minutes. Awesome customer service.
Never go there for any body work, our truck was in an accident and they never got the hood repair right. My husband had to fix the repair himself after going there repeatedly and telling them to fix it. Now the headlight is not working right, he went to fix it and it is butchered like a ten year old did the repair. Would never recommend this place, NEVER!!!
They got me in shop within an hour after I got here in a short notice. Had an oil leak fixed on motor and they found a wheel seal leaking which had repaired. I don't have a lot of time for down time on this route so it's nice to get in and out and with what little down time I had available so I can keep on my schedule.
