Horrible place to go. Go anywhere but here. First time I went they gave me a quote but called every day for a week to raise the price. All I needed was a new bumper put on and inner fend bc I hit a rock in the road. No extensive damage. Horrible commutation. Went back again giving them the benefit of doubt. Four days to complete the work. It’s been six business days and I still don’t have my car. This is a horrible place to spend your money. Go anywhere but here

I had the best experience at Pierre's! Two years ago in 2023, my brand new car got into an accident and Pierre's fixed it up quickly with the amount of damage. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed rusting in the crease of my door on the same side damage that was done a couple of years ago. I brought it to Pierre's and they were able to bring up my past fixing and took my car in, gave me a company rental car immediately and fixed it within less than a week with no hesitation! Being in a car accident was scary and overwhelming, but the crew at Pierre’s Autobody Shop made one of the most stressful times in my life so much easier. I was involved in an accident one weekend, and first thing that Monday morning, they called. Not to talk about my car, but to make sure I was okay. That small gesture alone meant so much.
From start to finish, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuinely cared about me. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully, and I always felt heard and understood. They handled everything with my insurance company and the tow company, keeping me updated every step of the way while being mindful of my work schedule.
My car was ultimately deemed a total loss; but Pierre’s still went above and beyond. They helped answer questions that my insurance couldn’t, guided me through the process of cleaning out my vehicle, and even had their mechanics come out to remove my plates for me. When I told them I wanted to clean out my car myself because I knew I’d cry, they respected that completely while still offering support and reassurance.
It brings tears to my eyes thinking about how kind they were during such a scary and vulnerable time. Words can’t truly express how thankful I am for their compassion and professionalism. Pierre’s Autobody Shop didn’t just take care of my car- they took care of me. I would recommend them a million times over to anyone who needs not just great service, but people who genuinely care.

Pierre's body shop went above and beyond my expectations. I was quoted higher from other shops, yet Pierre's was able to beat those quotes by half. They also went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the repairs and work done to my vehicle, they also provided me with a ride to work after dropping my vehicle off with them.
Jordan and the team has been amazing in helping me with the accident I was in a few months ago. Due to insurance, it has taken a long time to get repairs done and finished and he did a great job at keeping me up to date and accommodating my needs. 500 stars!!!!
Had a great experience with Pierre’s Body shop! They were amazing! I was having issues with the insurance company of the individual who hit my car and they were great about assisting with getting things lined up with the insurance company as well as working with Enterprise for a rental car. For some odd reason the insurance company can’t put in a request for a rental car unless it’s a Monday or Tuesday so Pierre’s was great about loaning me a car for 3 days since my car would be in the shop for a week and made sure Enterprise had me covered the rest of the way!
Went in for a quote, expecting it to take a while. The very friendly staff got me out in just a short time, having explained all the details on my writeup.

My truck is an accident magnet. Without even having 500 miles on it, it had attracted the bumpers of 2 separate vehicles.
The folks here made it look as if it wasn't the vehicular equivalent of Britney Spears's midlife career.
Working with a body shop is a bit like working with the police, When you need them, you're glad that they're there, but you hope you never see them again.
But,
Let's be honest, Sometimes drivers have all the credibility of a late night info-mercial.
So when it happens, it is best to have a relationship with a shop that you can trust.
So get your busted vehicle down there. It's worth the drive.
My son was given a loaner, thank you. Getting ready to leave for work & battery was dead. I called them & was told it wasn't their fault & they didn't have staffing to come to my place which is 1 mile away to give me a jump start. I was stranded at home. They finally came out Monday to jump start & took the car with them, again leaving me with no vehicle to get to work. Again, they told me they didn't have staffing to bring loaner back and it was not their fault. I used Pierre's because it was recommended. My family or I will never use their services again.
Great customer service, everyone was very friendly and helpful! And the team went above and beyond and not only fixed everything up but also cleaned the outside of the car! My car looks brand new! They did an awesome job and kept the same price they initially gave me,overall everything was handled amazing!
Pierre’s has done work for me on multiple projects from auto body repair, updating the paint on a 25 year old truck to matching the paint on a propeller spinner . Always first rate results and IO love doing business with a family owned enterprise.
We unfortunately have been in a couple accidents over the past several years and have needed to have work done on our vehicles. Pierre's has always been fantastic about getting us in for a quote quickly and has gone over the top working with the insurance companies regarding payment. Although having to get a car fixed is always stressful, they made sure to do everything they could so that the process of repairs went smoothly!
I took my car in to be repaired after an accident and they had a loaner car for me to use while they worked on mine. When I got my car back it was as if it was brand new. They did a beautiful job and it looks better than ever. They even cleaned it inside and out. I highly recommend them.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful to work with and they did a phenomenal job fixing my car after a wreck. They go above an beyond to help you and have provided by far, the best service I have ever received at any auto repair shop. Highly recommend!

I called to get a estimate on my van the person I talked to was very rude. This is already a hard time for me after getting into my first accident I don't need some jerk be rude to me. I rather go somewhere else and get treated with respect.
This place is not a good place to go to repair your car . Im saying it because i got a bad experience on them. I brought my car there and they changed my cars rim and put an old one . I can tell because i saw some scratches and build up stain inside the rim . As well as the missing cap one of my wheels . My stirring is badly aligned and they didnt put back my plate number in front when they replace a new bumper . I called in and they deny everything that i said . What a pieces of scumbags. Please find different place . Im not bringing my car here again never
Wonderful customer service! The entire process was quick, they answered all of my questions and got my car back to me right away. I was so impressed by the quality and helpfulness of their staff. I will definitely go back for any repairs I need in the future.
Dean and company are absolutely amazing. I was rear ended twice within a month. Both times service was fast and excellent. They even washed the inside of my truck just cause they are that awesome 10/10 would recommend again

Pierre's did a nice repair on my Chevy Malibu after it was hit by a deer. They also provide a loaner car for your convenience. Looks like new again, friendly staff.
DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I drove off with a "fixed" car they said...But I left with a broken wheel bearing ,alignment so bad my stearing wheel was sideways , Brocken rim , and a cracked brake pad!! When brought my car to a different shop two days later...they said I was Lucky my tiredidn't fall off.
This place only fixed the outside of my car and then took my money and told me that they fixed everything! This place is a joke! ...If you want to be safe not sorry don't go here!!!
