I just got done taking my car in to the 12th street location in Sioux Falls SD as I was having issues and looking into it the battery was over 4years old and the old battery was from this location so I went back to get a new one and I have to be honest here. It took me from my house to this location and back to my house a grand total of 30 minutes and I have another great battery. This location ROCKS I was blown away from start to finish, this guy did not mess around he even checked on the electric system as well after he installed battery. I promise I will tell anyone and everybody on just how great place is, I'm still floored on how this went down and I couldn't have asked for anything better, it's not possible to get any better service and a awesome product. Bought VEHICLE batteries from these guys before AND THIS IS 3RD TIME A BATTERY WENT BAD.
3rd time we bought Truck battery it didn't last a week!!!
Battery went bad. Lost receipt. They couldn't honor the return policy on the battery. I'd stick with Walmart. These guys ripped us off $170. Lost money and wasted time.

Staff was pleasant, kind, and helpful. I called ahead of time and they were kind both times I happened to call for my car's issues. It only took me 10-15 min to get my new battery installed and there were several others before me. I have gotten my last 3 batteries here for my vehicles.
Always a great experience from the moment we walk in the door. Greeted and helped right away. Truck battery was installed within 10 minutes.

This is the best battery center I have ever encountered throughout my travels. No matter what day in April I return home as a traveling snow-bird. The battery of my pickup truck left in a storage garage is always dead. I call AAA for a battery boost. Then drive my truck to Interstate All Battery Center to request a loaner battery while they charge my recently boosted battery for a couple of days.
Employees at this center are friendly, professional, and actually take whatever time needed to listen to customer problems and resolve it. As a result, my request for a loaner battery is quickly honored. Therefore, I am able to run errands, show up for returning home doctor appointments etc.
We went to this store because the batteries (two months old) of our RV seemed to have a problem. An employee listened to us, checked immediately the batteries and found that they have failed. So, he proceeded to replace them, with no cost at all for. Besides, he treated us very kindly and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure. Thanks.
I had the best experience ever at interstate batteries. I have a 2015 Volkswagen passat and for about 2 weeks or so everytime I wanted to go somewhere I had to get jumped. I come to find out that the battery was the original one that the car was made with. I went to interstate and met a very nice gentleman by the name of Jorge he looked up batteries for my car and together we picked out a good one. I was very surprised when I was only there about 10 minutes or so because I have a Volkswagen and she's never done that fast. Been running and starting great since then!!! Thank you so much Jorge.

I'm currently on tour with a band and after setting up today, I discovered the batteries were dead in the remote for some of our lights. Nearby stores were closed so I walked down from Bigs Bar right to the place I needed, a battery store. The associate that greeted me asked what I needed, I showed him the battery, he immediately recognized it then pulled it from the shelf for me, and I walked out of the store with a working remote! I am confined to a wheelchair, so I called and asked Chris, a very nice young man, if someone could take care of replacing my battery. Sure, can! For a nominal charge he gladly replaced my battery with a refurbished Interstate battery. Last night, I neglected to turn the interior dome light off. Oh, no! It started right up! My father swore by Chevrolet and Interstate. And he was right. My total for the installed battery? 60.37. The knowledge that the van will start up? Priceless. Thank you, Interstate and Chris!
These guys are the BEST!! I had a battery that seriously needed replacing after work, and I was going on vacation THE NEXT DAY. I called Interstate All Battery Center and even though I arrived about 20-30 minutes prior to closing, these guys (specifically Edgar and Jorge in Sioux Falls) took the time to carefully review all of the details and replace my battery. They had to stay a bit after the store closed to finish the job, but I can't express enough thanks to these two gentlemen for dedicating their time to helping me. They took the time to take care of me and my family, and I am forever grateful. THANK YOU!!!
I dropped off my wife's phone early this afternoon and Jorge got it up and running by the end of the day. He figured out the issue and ordered another part for it. Went there to replace my car battery. It was still under warranty and when I went to my mechanic they told me to go to an interstate battery to get it replaced. I walked in and they checked it and replaced it in about 15 minutes. The staff were helpful and explained things well. I would recommend to this place.

I got eally good service here. Battery died in the extreme cold. After a jump I drove here because it was close. They had the battery I needed. They got my car right in. They fixed it up and there was a neat gift package on my passenger seat when I left. A window scraper, a pack of AA batteries and some other things. Nice touch. They also had hot coffee in the waiting room. Glad I wound up there.

Incredibly and genuinely helpful. I was able to get the deep cycle batteries I needed along with flexible large gauge wire I needed for upgrading the battery bank on my RV. I also noticed that they had a good selection of pre-made, large gauge battery cables, which is hard to find.
Got a new motorcycle battery, even on Saturday staff was helpful and friendly. New battery cost was slightly more then wallmart but held up over the years so much better. Definitely recommend.
Few weeks ago got a portable charger, I am a life gaurd and this charger is VERY useful and it's used everyday and lasts ALL DAY! Also got a glass screen protector and i walked in and within 5 minutes I was already in my car because it had gotten done that fast!
