  I drove about 6 1/2 hours to buy a track loader from them. I asked the sales man if there was anything broken or damaged. He said no, it’s a nice machine. Upon arriving I found that the cutting edge was completely shot, and four vents for the heating and a/c were broken and a hood latch was gone. I also noted that it didn’t looked like it had been greased in a while. More on that later.... upon getting it home and putting it to use I found the hydraulic bucket disconnect also didn’t work. I had to order parts to fix that. I also found a fuel cap was completely broken and barely hanging on. One of the grease fitting was completely gone, and another wouldn’t take grease without removing the pin and cleaning it up. Here’s the problem I have with those things- The machine had over 40 more hours on it when I picked it up then with the ad said. The salesman admitted to me that they had been using it to prep a new site. It shouldn’t go for 40 hours without needing fuel. Somebody should’ve known the fuel cap was broke. Chances are they also knew the attachment disconnect didn’t work. And they clearly hadn’t been greasing it. Obviously I bought it. At that point it was less expensive for me to fix what needed fixing than continue to shop for and go looking at machines.

  I can say it was an excellent buying experience. Bob referred me to Larry & it went very well. No high pressure sales gimmicks, no BS, just simply sold me the truck I was looking for. I would recommend either salesman to sell me another one.
