While I was in Sioux Falls today I had an issue with my front bumber coming unattached from my car!! Called Abra to see what they could do to fix it so I could make it back to Minnesota they got me right in looked at it, fixed it!! So I could get home!! They fixed my 23 eclipse cross in great time and it looks amazing color matches perfectly and its not an easy color to start with They also cleaned it never had a business do that.
Nobody likes having to go to the body shop but they could not have made this experience any better. Communicating what needed to be done and the step of the process my vehicle was in. Quick turnaround time. They dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to. The work is impeccable, can’t even tell any damage was there.
Sonita my adjuster and the sweet girl who works the front were so easy to work! Donita made every attempt to minimize my out of pocket cost and find me what I needed, and everything was done relatively quickly. I would and Will def use ABRA again
I had a front bumper that needed repair. I took it in on Friday AM and it was done Tuesday AM. The staff was very professional. The area is very warm and clean.
I had a really great experience with working with Abra on getting my new truck repaired. Had an unfortunate incident with a turning semi about a month after purchasing a new truck. Worked with the businesses insurance to have the truck repaired at Abra. Everybody there was awesome to work with. Marcus was my representative. And he was really great at keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs of my truck. Would highly recommend working with them.

On Friday, November 1st I came out for my lunch break to find a big black long streak on my Cadillac Escalade. I wasnt sure what it was. Too cold for tar and it wasnt a marker long story short it was grease of some sort I ran over. They were able to get me in and within 5 minutes I was done and they didn't charge me anything. I would highly recommend this place.
PS Only one issue and that was with the Apple Maps it will take you to the Menards parking lot.
My new car was keyed with a screwdriver down both sides! I took to ABRA and they did a wonderful job, kept me informed and Marcus even put the child car seats back in.. all 3! Thank you Marcus and staff! Would highly recommend them
ABRA and the whole team that works there did a great job of repairing my vehicle. I was from out of state when the accident happened. It was a vacation we had planned for years. I would recommend them to anyone for car repairs. Thanks Marcus and the young lady at the reception desk. They helped save the rest of my vacation. Good people do still exist.
Abra did great work on my vehicle after I hit a deer and it looks amazing! They did it quick and gave me updates along the way. My only complaint is they should have better front desk service I had to wait awhile for someone to come to the desk and help me both times I was in.
Abra autobody is exceptional at every level. The initial process was professional, quick, and seamless. The communication during the repair process was clear and concise. The finished product was outstanding, and the detailing made my car cleaner than it’s ever been. Abra has my highest recommendation.
Customer service was good with all I encountered. The only hiccup in my experience was that when I needed a loaner vehicle, there wasn’t communication regarding contacting Enterprise to arrange for a rental car. However, when it came to dropping my vehicle off, it was handled at the time by the front desk staff making a call and caused no issues. It just took a little longer as I had my kids/car seats along too! Good experience with no concerns. Vehicle looks great and was appreciated it was all vacuumed even at pick up.
Mid-November I brought my car to ABRA-South. This company was the quickest one to get my estimate and repairs done to my car, or so I thought. It took ABRA-South 2 months to repair my car. All but 1 time I had to initiate contact with ABRA-South. Even when I was told I would get call back from Zack. I received my survey for their service before I was even notified my car was ready to be picked up. When I called, it wasn’t. My car needed extra repairs that were not in the original estimate; Zack called me to pay them instead of my insurance. Stating I could get my car today or Monday if I pay. Making me feel as though my car was being held for ransom. An after market part was removed from my car and not returned to my possession. Glass all along the base of my windshield though was charged for glass clean up. Would not recommend to anyone. ABRA-South and Zack have horrible communication skills with customers. You will not know the status of your vehicle unless you call, including when they send it out to a third party. When you call you will get a list of excuses to why he never called.
I worked with Zach to have my vehicle repaired and he was exceptional!! He was professional, great communication, and my car looks back to new thanks to their abilities to repair! Bonus to have my car cleaned inside and out upon receiving it back from the shop!
Very friendly staff, they took the time to understand my needs. Was able to setup an appointment to get my truck serviced within just a day or two, and the repairs were completed within hours. Im satisfied with their work and happy to get my truck back in good working order.
Update: I finally got my car back after 4 weeks. I updated this to 3 stars just because of the length of time this has taken. The painting is adequate. It blends well but slightly misses the depth of color of the original paint.
You would think these were the before pictures but they’re not. This is the work they deemed acceptable to fix a minor paint defect. It’s worse now than when they started. Service was ridiculously slow. Three and a half weeks and this is how my car was returned to me. They should be ashamed. I’m disgusted by the poor quality and poor service. Still trying to get this resolved.
Abra Autobody was very accommodating for repairs needed for my Ford E250 Van.
It only took 1 full business day for repairs. I had excellent communication knowing the cost of repairs and when to be completed. I was very pleased with results.
I highly recommend them for service and repairs for Autobody and other special repairs. I felt they should be the gold standard in Sioux Falls. Extremely Satisfied! Definitely will do business again!
After a May hail storm my truck sustained damage including a smashed windshield. After 4 weeks waiting on an appointment to make an appointment I was scheduling for the work to begin June 30th. After having to battle to get a rental, the truck was out of my possession for 6 days, I was called that next Friday right at around 5 and told my truck needed a new roof and that my insurance company denied the windshield replacement. That’s not their problem but not letting me know until the last minute is. Communication with this place is nonexistent, no return calls, you have to stop in and hope your case worker is there. After some time I got the insurance to cover the windshield but had to make yet another appointment for the new roof again a month away. When I got the truck back there was a hail dent they missed and I had to make the rep write it out in front of me for the next appointment to get fixed. Brought the truck back in late August, when I got it back the windshield wipers did not work, and the daytime lights didn’t come on. I fixed that by putting a fuse back into its correct position and adding back a missing one for the lights. I’ve had to take it back to get overspray cleaned off the rear window, and just now a piece of weather stripping flew off on the highway . I see they broke the clip that attaches the striping and added 2 sided tape to put it back on. Terrible just terrible.
I have to say I was not impressed at all with this company. There are many areas that they failed in, but I would clearly say the primary area was communication. When we scheduled our vehicle for hail damage repair they said they would have another vehicle ready for us. There was no vehicle ready for us. They did not communicate that it would be well over two weeks to get our vehicle back from hail damage. I requested them to review several other dings in the doors, they never passed that on to the technicians, then blamed me for not communicating it through their organization. I now have to go to another location to have the door damage fixed. They were quick to blame worker shortage, but that could have easily been avoided with proper time line expectations.
They did remove the hail damage, which is the only reason I did not give them a one star. I would have figured they would have buffed out any of the other imperfections since they were doing the whole car, but it was clear they only wanted to do the bare minimum.
Save yourself the trouble and go to another automotive repair shop. This one will waste your time.
I am grateful for the excellent experience with Abra. All the staff were courteous and efficient. Zach kept me apprised of the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. They were very timely with making the repairs. They handled everything through my insurance which was hassle free for me. They even buffed out some scratches at no cost. I strongly recommend using Abra for all your vehicle repairs.
I had to get my front end replaced. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Briana was amazing to work with. She set everything up and got me into a rental. She kept me posted and informed on how things were progressing. Would highly recommend to anyone!! Will definitely be returning if needed in the future
