**Negative Review for Boxys Paint and Body**
I recently had an unfavorable experience with Boxys Paint and Body. After requesting an estimate for some work on my boat, I was shocked to find that their quote was four times higher than the next estimate I received. This significant difference raised a lot of concerns for me regarding their pricing.
When I went to pick up my boat, the estimator's demeanor was incredibly arrogant and dismissive. I found this attitude unprofessional and frustrating, especially considering the high estimate I was given. To my surprise, only after expressing my concerns about the pricing did they suddenly become willing to negotiate on the estimate. It felt insincere and left me questioning their integrity.
Overall, I would not recommend Boxys Paint and Body based on my experience. Their inflated prices and unprofessional conduct left a bad taste, and I believe there are better options available for paint and body work.
Boxy's replaced my mirror for half the cost of what my dealership would have done it for. They washed my car, and detailed the inside of it for no additional cost. You don't often find this kind of customer service anymore!!
Really kind, caring company/ staff! I hit a raccoon on the interstate hard enough to knock off the whole plastic piece under my van and it was dragging under it. Found a lovely hotel to stay for the night and the next morning Boxy's got me right in and they removed the plastic piece and fixed me up enough to make it back home to Nebraska and didn't charge me anything, even though I offered to pay. They also took the time to look my van over and provide an estimate just so I knew if it was worth filing with insurance even though they knew I was going to have the work done back home. If I ever have the pleasure of trying and epically failing to outmaneuver wildlife going 80 mph on the interstate again, I will go back to Boxy's in a heartbeat!
After a flat tire sent my RV careening off the road I had over $30,000 of damage. Luckily it happened in Sioux Falls and I was near Boxys. They were incredible!!! Super professional and wonderfully thorough complete with excellent workmanship. Through the three months of repairs they kept me constantly posted and really advocated for the best for me and for my RV. I can’t heap enough praise (and gratitude) on these folks.
We are from out of town and came to their shop in such short notice (on a Friday) due to a road accident and we really needed to get our windshield changed to continue travelling. Stacy and Steve were very kind and accomodating, and thankfully they had the parts available. Their team worked on our car till it was closing and did such a great job. They even lent us a car so we can drive to town while waiting for the repairs to be done. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you very much!!

Stacy and Chris and the whole team went above and beyond to help me after I was in an accident. They were wonderful to work with and very dedicated to providing great service. My car looks brand new after being with them and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I can. Absolutely cannot sing their praises enough.
We had a fabulous experience with Boxy's. Our van door needed to be replaced, and they gave an honest estimate (much better than the other quote we received), worked well with our insurance, and even worked overtime one night to get the job completed in the timetable that we had available. Excellent experience, will definitely use this service again if necessary.
If you want it done right this is where you bring it. I brought in a 2020 tracker targa with bow damage and a crack in the weld after they were done you could never tell it was in an accident. Excellent people to work with!!!
We have had to use Boxy’s too many times, unfortunately we’re accident prone. However, we have gotten very good service every time! Our cars turn out like new and they have great customer service.
I took my pickup in with a ripped open passenger door,a window that wouldn't roll up, and several dents. In a week, they had it finished. It was back to new condition and the price was fair. They even detailed the interior. Great job!
Boxy’s did excellent work on repainting the trunk hood of my Sonata as well as some paint less dent repair on my body line. Looks new again. Great prices, fast and quality work, and even got a loaner car for the duration of the repair. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!
I had some deep scratches on my 2018 GMC Sierra but Boxy's was able to buff them out as well as fix some little dents on the truck. It took about a day and a half but was given a loaner vehicle so that was nice. Will recommend you to my friends.

I was recently involved in a hit and run. I called Boxys and they told me to bring it in. They provided me a loaner car at no additional cost. They knew I needed to leave town a few days later for a funeral. My repairs were completed promptly. My vehicle had even been washed when I picked it up. The staff is amazing and so easy to work with. I will definitely be recommending Boxys to my friends and family!
The owners and staff were phenomenal to work with! They did an excellent repair job on my vehicle after I was struck and handled all of the insurance. They also provided me with a vehicle to use while working on mine. I cannot say enough nice things about their quality work and excellent customer service!
As a guy that wants quality work done, I am skeptical about the results of a body shop. It has to be done right, back to new. I read some reviews and asked people who they would recommend and I kept hearing, Boxy’s! So I took my car there and talked with Stacy. She looked it over and explained everything they would do. I asked her if they could get it back to new, and she said yes! So I made an appointment for the following week and she offered me a loaner car. The repairs took a couple of days longer than expected cause they had to order additional parts. The metal work repairs, panel fit and tri-coat paint job turned out perfectly. There was a minor issue with some missing fasteners, but that was corrected on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated, and the quality of the work performed at Boxy’s. If you expect quality and want it done right, go to Boxy’s!!
We have used Boxy’s in the past and been incredibly impressed. I have referred lots of people to them for repairs. When we had an incident with our new car, the choice seemed obvious to take it there. When I went to pick it up the first time, they must not have looked it over. Everybody seemed to agree that the flake was wrong in the paint, and some of us didn’t think the color matched. They convinced me to take it home and see how it looked in different lighting. I took it back a week later with a list of other issues, like the crooked hood, missing plastic guards under the hood, large ding in the “new” door, etc. everyone who saw the car had commented on the paint, flake, and orange peel not matching at all, so I asked them what they could do about that and was told they’d make it right. When I got it back almost a week later, they fixed everything except for the paint. They said their paint rep couldn’t even tell where the car was painted. I’m thinking this rep must be Ray Charles since even the owner and his wife noted there was a difference in the flake when I first picked it up. I finally got it back the third and last time from them- my insurance company agreed to pay them more money to have them fix the finish, which they finally did. What ever happened to standing behind your work? Why should my insurance have to pay them to kind of fix their mistake? The difference in color isn’t noticeable to most people, and even the flake doesn’t catch your eye, but it isn’t right and they didn’t want to make it right. While I will never refer a friend to them again, I will certainly refer my enemies. They are not the company that they once were.
I just had my F150 repaired at Boxy's. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the staff. They were confident in their work, professional, and extremely honest. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Boxy's. Thanks guys. Top notch work!
