Great service whenever im in.
However, how is it acceptable to close at 6pm weekdays? When do you get any sales from working people? Guess ill go to one of the many stores open until 7, 8 , 9 ect
The drivers on the interstate with the straight trucks need to learn how to use a blinker and quit swerving in between traffic. Otherwise I’ll start recording with my dash camera and posting it publicly on every forum and platform that I can, it’s ridiculous that people especially while on the clock can’t take safety Seriously ….it’s one thing to be stupid to yourself, but not to everyone else around you.
Only place I go to now after getting wrong parts and bad service from other stores this is the only place I have never gotten the wrong part and has people who know what there talking about and never had to wait for parts to come in.
Went here for a control arm ended up with new headlight and foglight bulbs and complete taillight assembly. I did not catch the gentleman's name that helped us but he had to have been asst mange or mngr he was extremely helpful knowledgeable and polite made it absolutely a completely painless and pleasent experience
I bought a new battery here for my plow truck and a week later it was dead. I brought it back a month later (busy schedule) and they didn’t have the same battery on hand to replace it. Instead of making me wait to get one from another location, they upgraded the battery to one a bit more expensive, at no cost to me. Then he also engraved the invoice number on the top, in case I lose the receipt again. Awesome customer service and this is the reason I choose to keep coming back.
The other part store I went to, #O'Reillys had no idea what I was looking for, never heard of it. I called #Sturdevant's and they said they had what I was looking for and would have it at the counter waiting for me. WHAT a difference in stores! Thank you #Sturtevants, your professionalism, positive attitudes, and your staffs knowledge about what parts you carry goes above and beyond from what I have experienced at other #automotive part stores.

Awesome service knowledgeable staff members at the counter. Men and Women alike are treated as equally as they should. Quality parts great prices. So don't settle for the normal. Stop on in and tell them what you NEED!! OR WANT!!
There was a very nice gal named Jordan that was super knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. She even went out of her way to help take our 0arts out to our vehicle. If you want want help go to her!
The folks there helped me with finding a bleeder screw that Ford only sells in an assembly. Cost me a fraction of what I would have spent other places and works great! Good customer service with helpful and down to earth folks.
I always come back to Sturdevants because I know they usually have the part I'm looking for. Professional staff greet you and always lookup the right auto part for you.

Downside is they also have the price for HAVING the part if no one else does. Only thing is check around before settling on whether to or not to buy. (They aren't ridiculously overpriced, part I got was within couple bucks of competitors!)
Not the most customer friendly store that I have ever went to. There was only one person that appeared to care about new customers. I would have ranked lower if she wouldn't have helped me. The other two employees were helping others, so I waited for them to finish. Then when the first guy finished, one of his friends came up to the counter and he started to talk to him about what he needed. So the employee told me without saying anything to me that I am not important in his eyes. Then when the girl finished with her customer, she asked if she could help me? She was very knowledgeable about what I needed. Therefore, make sure that when you go into this location that you only get helped by her, she truly does know what she is doing.
Great place with knowledgeable staff that's happy to help you. They've always had the part I needed on hand. Great great place. The only improvement I can think of is that I wish they carried Sheaffer products. They used to I think, but don't carry it any more.
Always have the part im looking for! just wish they were able to show pricing on their website. Would recommend if someone doesn't do research before buying!
Great price and very helpful! I had to replace a headlight bulb. After calling a few places, they had one in stock which was a third the price others quoted. Then, once I got there to replace it, my clip to release the headlight assembly was stuck. Normally tools are not required for the repair, but without their hammer to pry it out I couldn't have done it. On top of that, they came out to the car to help me with it. What wonderful people and fantastic service!
Went there for new wiper blades asked the guy that worked there he said these will be best!! OK, get them on and head off and they were way to small.... that's my I had them help me!!
