This was my first towing experience in Sioux Falls, via AAA. I was nervous about it - but Jake with Stockton was awesome. He communicated his ETA, answered all my questions, and was both friendly and professional. After dropping my car off at the shop, he even gave me a ride to work just down the block, which was super nice of him. Needing a tow when you’re on a schedule is stressful, but thanks to Jake, the whole experience turned out to be much easier than I expected. Very pleased overall!

As we returned home from vacation, our transmission went out, 20 minutes from our home in Sioux Falls. I had/called AAA who sent Stockton to our rescue.
