Super helpful staff, particularly the young lady in the office. Anytime I need to pick up a vehicle there, it's quick and super smooth. She even helped me try and jumpstart a dead harley. :)
We were following your tow truck on Marion. You were weaving and crossing the center line. You almost hit someone, because you where looking at a screen. Might want to verify were you are going before getting behind the wheel.
It sucks to lose my car but I know it's for the better and eventually out of debt. The tow truck driver was nice and respectful. The front desk lady was also nice and respectful.
Guy that claimed to be the owner was very rude and disrespectful. They then mistakenly got rid of the car 14 days sooner than they should have. Now my car is paid in full but lost.
Terribly unprofessional people. Took an 80 yr old man's vehicle with a handicap placard on a holiday weekend intentionally to charge extra for storage when they knew they were going to be closed. Thrill seekers only and not professional at all. Didn't even knock and ask if there were meds in the vehicle he needed. I've owned a towing\ recovery company for 30 years. People like them are scammers and a joke. Also double billed for a "fee" that was charged to the finance company. As soon as payment was accepted it is a federal offense. SA is going to investigate.
They had dig into my locked car in their yard into my personal belongings when they didn’t need to then on top of that they had did something to make my check engine light stay on when they towed to their yard when the check engine light never been on When I had it. I called them and the lady tried to say that it was probably on before they took it and apparently needed to go into my belongings for inventory check. DONT LET OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!!
Always something to find been looking for a car I go on there every other day or so just to see what they got maybe I'll find what I need websites always updated it tells you what comes in and what goes out
Horrible service. Don't use them for any type of towing. The owner is a joke he can't even own up to his own mistakes so I now have to take this guy to court. Here are pictures that will easily prove it was done by a tow truck not to mention the video I have of my car with no damage minutes before he towed it away
Good deals but rude service. They definitely do not care about any sales aspect and definitely do not care about you. But they're probably ok in admitting that.
Horrible! I hope no one ever has to deal with this unprofessional, rude, they don't care about the customer staff. My car sat on their lot for six days mistreated with a window down. When I called to share the information about the rain, dirt, & grime from them leaving the window down they were very ugly to me over the phone. This place should not even be in buisness.
They auction repo vehicles to the public. I like that you can check out the vehicles and drive them. The auction process involves an isolated bidding war after the auction ends with everyone who put in a bid. It would be nice if it was a call where you could hear everyone, but that's the way it is.
The lady at the desk was crazy, she tried selling us the Maroon gmc jimmy but we couldn't get it started, she told us it wouldn't turn over unless we put gas in it so we did. She ended locking the keys in it and told us to use our head because she didn't take the keys when we left to go get gas for it.
dont buy these cars they are abused and falling apart the red 7.3 f250 powerstroke some one put saw dust in the engine and a gray suburban has a blown rod. i dont recomend theses vehicles
The staff made a very emotionally trying experience much less painful and were kind and easygoing and very polite. Only negative is their parking lot which is tiny and gravel/dirt and jam packed. I was very worried about hitting another vehicle.
Unprofessional. These guys came to my work to repossess my car at my work. I had no idea that my car was filed for repossession, so when I saw that someone put a GPS tracking device on my car earlier that day I was quite alarmed and didn't know what was going on so I took the tracking device off.
They came to get my car and said they needed the tracking device and my keys, I was willing to comply but I needed my car seat out of the car to pick up my baby from daycare later. They were aggressive with me and told me I couldn't get my car seat until they had my keys. I was afraid they would leave with my car seat and that I wouldn't be able to pick up my daughter so I asked them if they could just to get it out of my car and give it to me and I would give them what they wanted. They were very UNWILLING TO COOPERATE and they were very AGGRESSIVE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They called the police on me because they did not want to work it out like a professional business would.
Terrable!!! We were trying to look at a car, arrived in Sioux Falls at 4:30 and used google map to get there and it brought us to the wrong spot. When I called they said "yea google maps brings u the wrong way" so I asked for directions and they said go 2 blocks the other way. When we couldn't find us I called again 2 min later and the girl gave me the business across the street but then said they were closed. I said we want to look at a car and I said u really can't wait? And she proceeded to say she had been there since 9 and I had 8 hours to come and look at it. Wow well for her information Iv been at work since 5am and I drove an hour to get here! I'm sorry that in 2015 u can't fix your address on Google or give directions to your business!! Rude and lazy!!!
The worst experience ever. First off when my husband went to test drive the vehicle, they told him to "grab the keys off the desk." They didn't look at his driver's license, they didn't even write his name down, they just let him take the vehicle. After the auction, my husband went to pick up the vehicle and after he waited for an hour, they told him that they LOST the keyless entry, so we had to come back at a later date, then complained to my husband that they had to make a new key.
My husband finally gets the vehicle and drives it to my emploment to show it to me and when he unlocks and opens the door, the alarm starts going off and it would not stop. The vehicle goes into "security mode" and would not start. So we paid $75 to have it towed across town to Billion Auto, and paid another $150 to get a Keyless entry and have them fix the alarm too.
Be wary of dealing with these folks, if we could've returned the vehicle we would have, not because of the vehicle itself, because of their poor business.
