Tate Came right when he said he would, no waiting for hours after the promise of being there. Was very professional and efficient, got us back on the road quickly!
They got my car towed from the highway, was not happy with that since according to the law the vehicle can stay at the side of the road for 24hrs- an hr after my car die the car was pick up by them- I can say they are prompt at picking up cars when the highway patrol sends them to be pick up. Had to pay a hefty fine and got them to take the car to the mechanic shop. $400 plus spent on charges for the car being towed.
These guys are absolute rock stars! Our church bus broke down at the Empire Mall, I called This company at 8 o’clock on a Saturday night, and Tate was out within 40 minutes, hooking it up! They not only towed it for a fair price, but recommended a good place to take it to, since I was not local. Thank you, Tate! You made a stressful night better.
Redi towing helped me when I was broke down on the interstate. They were quick to get to me, only took 15-20 minutes after I called to have someone there to help. Price is good compared to other companies in town. Definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.
Don’t trust your vehicle with them. From being cut off by the owner, cussed out at a light, and being brought to a complete stop in a 65 mph zone during a winter storm warning all because the owner can’t control his temper. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
A couple weeks ago my car broke down outside of Sioux Falls. Being from out of state, I wasn’t sure where to take my car to and my insurance connected me to Redi Towing. They were very communicative about how long it would take to get to me and the tow process was very fast. The next day I found the first place I went to couldn’t fix the issue and I was able to call the same tech (shoutout to Tate!) to tow me to a dealership. Overall, working with this company made a bad situation feel more manageable and I appreciated the kindness.

Two years ago, I hit a deer outside of Pierre, SD, and Casey arranged a driver to not only come out and pick up the car, but also brought one of our fleet vehicles so I had a ride home.
Moreover, they are very competitive in the rates of towing.
I had another company charge me 200 bucks to go 12 miles, and Redi charged me 180 to go 74x miles. So they are certainly not "ripping people off" as some of the others have said.
I know opinions vary, but in my world where we have to have things towed with 30+ vehicles in 20 years, these guys are a class act.
If you're reading a negative review, it's probably from someone who's been towed for illegal parking, snow tickets / tows, or some other issue that could have been prevented and are sour because they charge the same fees, and have the same issues as every other tow company when there is a snow alert and they are towing dozens of cars with multiple drivers.
If I could give more stars, I would. My vehicle needed a tow, called my AAA rep, Redi Towing was dispatched. Kris was awesome, knew what he was doing, very friendly. He treated my vehicle like it was his, went the extra mile to hook up my car with straps on the tires and not through the bumper hook "Mercedes Vehicle" Awesome experience, I would definitely recommend. Absolutely wonderful service! The driver was down to earth and was amiable to our plight. Helped us get to the mechanic and even was willing to help us find an item that we had lost along the way! Thank you doesn't even begin to cover it!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE service I got yelled at this morning and called stupid.not to mention they illegally towed my durango. No other place makes you pay to grab your belongings. Yall take advantage of those who don't have money. After the tire on our rental car failed us, approx 35 miles from Sioux city, Redi towing was dispatched from AAA to help and got us back on the road safely. The driver was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently and was very kind throughout. He took the time to help us load the junk tire under cargo area, answered all of our questions and even advised a safer alternate route to get to the airport safely as we had to drive with a spare on. He waited to follow us to make sure we had no issues getting back on the road. (He even showed my 9 year old son-turned-cowboy how the real cowboys sport their boots)! Thank you very much for all your help! I would do business with this company again as well as recommend them to friends/ family.
Took over an hour to locate a vehicle they towed less than 24 hours ago. Charged me for 2 days storage even tho they had my vehicle for less than 24 hours. My vehicle sustained visible damage from the tow which also manifested as mechanical damage- My car shakes violently when driving down the road. My car was in excellent condition with no mechanical issues. After retrieving my vehicle, a local business gave me permission to park it in their lot. When I returned to get it, a truck from Redi Towing pulled in attempting to tow my vehicle once again. The manager of the business gave me permission to leave my vehicle there overnight. Redi Towing was attempting to tow it again simply bc they recognized the vehicle! Absolute crooks!
Redi Towing came to our rescue not once, but twice after our rental RV completely died on us. Several other companies couldn't, or wouldn't, tow an RV. They not only towed us, but helped us find a repair shop and a place to stay. The service from this company significantly improved our stressful situation. Highly recommend!
While I did not receive any services from this company, I am very proud to leave a positive review about one of their employees: Casey. I flew from Kentucky to Sioux Falls, to make a trip to Rapid City to see my best friend (of 15 years), and after the rental car company at the airport did not work out, I was stranded in an unfamiliar city, at 1 am. Not much money to me, no idea where to go, and no way to get there. Once I started walking to try and find the hotel, Casey was kind enough to offer to take me to one, and had such a kind and positive attitude for my situation that it made me feel less hopeless, and really gave me the strength to keep going. He was very understanding in that I would be weary of accepting a ride from a stranger and his passenger (female), and used the very short trip to tell me some of his personal information, and make the trip less scary. They called and found me a cheap motel, and even gave me their contact information so I could reach out again if I needed them the following day so u wouldn’t be stranded. This company should be very proud to have an employee this dedicated to his community, and humanity and this man better be making some GOOD money, so give him a fat ol raise!!!!!!! Absolutely awful, ended the call on me because I left my car because it was -20 and I had a dead battery so I couldn’t stay in the cold. Would not recommend. The operator should not be employed at all. Super rude and arragont. Do not recommend
They came clear up from Sioux Falls to Brookings on a Sunday night in high winds and cold to unlock my son’s car. Driver was very pleasant. Thank you guys.
Highly recommended! I called Redi Towing for their 24-hour service to tow my BMW to the dealership because I lost my only key. I had tried other places, but they turned me down. I was worried someone might find the keys and steal my car. On my third attempt, I called Redi Towing and they gathered my car information. They arrived in less than 20 minutes with a specialized tow truck for AWD vehicles, so they wouldn't damage the transmission. They were careful not to cause any harm while loading and unloading the car, as it couldn't be put in neutral. In short, I am extremely grateful to these guys for their help!
They were quick, kind, and respectful. I needed their services twice. I was given an price quote and asked If I was good with the price. It was nice to know ahead of time to know the price. The dispatcher was polite as was my tow driver.
They were quick and professional. The driver was a nice young man who was concerned about our safety as we had our little boys with us. He called another driver to give us a ride who was also quite polite and kind. While I hope never to need a tow again if I do I will be calling this company and I hope one of these two gentlemen are the ones who respond. If at all possible we would like to send them a gifs thanks. They didn't just do their jobs, they showed concern and compassion above standard customer service expectations. I am very grateful such people exist
Got a flat on the way to town and Kyle from Redi Towing came to help me off the interstate and get my tire changed. He was so wonderful and helpful and really made my day! Would absolutely call again for any towing needs! :)
I highly recommend this company. My driver was Josh, GREAT GUY, went out of his way to help me. I hope everyone who needs a tow gets Josh as their driver. This company was super accommodating. I can go on, but I think you get my point. Amazing company, very helpful! I don't know how they don't have 5-star review, I believe they will now with Josh working with them!
Good service. Friendly guys who came to help me late night in cold weather. My airlines were ripped because of some peace of cloth stuck on drive shaft. They worked hard on it to get it moved. Was charged reasonably. First experience was good one with them. Thank you:)
I would give them more stars if I could. My wife and I were stranded on the highway and after AAA and State Farm completely failed to get us a tow, we called Redi. They arrived within 15 minutes and brought us to a hotel and then dropped our car off at the shop. This was after 9pm with the temperature below 40 degrees. Casey (the driver) was outstanding in the towing but also helped calm our nerves. Outstanding service all around!
Steve was amazing help. I lost control of my SUV and uhaul. Steve helped me get my vehicle back on the road and make sure my weight distribution was loaded right. With everything he did for me he still didn't try to break my bank account. He is my saving grace. Thanks to him I was back on the road and headed for Washington in no time.
My tire was flat this afternoon because I put on the wrong valve cap. One of the technician filled the tire and all was good. The other technician just to be safe got down in the dirt and found a nail in my tire. I am impressed. Good job men, keep up the work. Jay
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a rip. They didn't have the correct days/hours posted and yet they still had the nads to charge me for four entire days during a holiday and weekend. They expected me to call them and ask them if they were open while they were obviously closed according to their posted hours. These guys definitely know how to run a good business.
