Very aggressive attitude over the phone. My lil brother called to have his car towed out of a parking lot of a shop and agent refused to pick it up due to not knowing if payment was settled from shop. He had the key for it and it wasn’t in his shop. Cash paid. No receipt. Brother explained he needs to get car moved everything was settled. Agent or whatever told my brother with a nasty hostile belittling tone “wait a minute you’re not listening to me. BEING A BUSINESS OWNER IM NOT GOING TO TAKE SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS OWNERS SHOP WITHOUT KNOWING THEY PAID” I said why would shop owner give him his key if he still owed for anything? Also it wasn’t even in his shop. Btw online says 24HRS but guess they close at 11pm and used that as an excuse for the rudeness that was bluntly expressed at 1040pm. Totally unprofessional. After he told that to my brother-he legit hung up on my brother. Ridiculous service
We had a tire replaced yesterday and then this morning the TPMS lit up. After trying at 2 gas stations to put air in, we were down to about 12PSI. Richard from A Plus showed up and we told him what was going on. He said "let me try my air compressor". Done and done. He really helped us avoid a tow.
I ordered the tow through my insurance (State Farm). They dispatched a truck immediately and my car was being towed 15min later. The truck driver was very kind and took care in booking and unhooking my car.
I am writing to express my frustration with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced during a recent towing service at A-Plus towing. My car was towed by an individual named Tod, and the events surrounding the towing process were highly concerning and troubling.
When I requested to follow Tom to ensure my car was being taken to the correct destination, he initially refused and told me not to follow him. However, after some back-and-forth, he reluctantly agreed. Despite this, once we were en route, I lost sight of his vehicle, and when I arrived at the destination, my car was not there. Tod was unresponsive when I called him, and I was told that he had “other things to do” before bringing my car to me.
When I questioned why my car wasn’t taken to the agreed-upon location, Tod became verbally aggressive, using inappropriate and disrespectful language. He told me to “trust him” and accused me of being a “jerk” when I insisted on following through with the original arrangement. I also expressed concerns about the safety of my car, especially given the fact that I was unsure of where he was taking it. Tod’s response was dismissive and unprofessional, which only heightened my anxiety.
Eventually, Tod told me he had dropped off the car where he picked it up from, but when I arrived, the car was nowhere to be found, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes. After calling my insurance company to report the issue, Tod later called back, but his tone was rude and inappropriate. He also mentioned issues with my car that I did not ask him to inspect, and further insulted me with foul language.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided and the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Tod. I expect a formal apology and would appreciate it if you could ensure that your employees uphold a standard of respect and professionalism when dealing with customers. Additionally, I would like confirmation that my car was handled safely and appropriately during this incident.
These guys are always very fast and always do an amazing job with super kind service and always are super transparent with insurance policies and how things work, just a great company overall and I highly recommend

Had a flat tire and needed a tow, they were able to get to me 20 minutes after I called, changed the tire for me with instructions to save me money from a full tow charge and were really nice and professional about everything. Very easy to work with and would recommend and use again if needed.
I want to thank the gentleman who helped tow my daughter's car on Sunday. She was on her way home to ND and she needed a tow to the car garage. He made her feel very comfortable, told her what may be wrong with the car and even told her that if she feels uncomfortable at the car garage to call the number and he will come back. Very fast, efficient service and help, kindness and caring individual and company. Thanks for helping our daughter many miles away from home and on a Sunday! My husband, I and our daughter would recommend them to anyone needing help! Way to go A+ Towing!!
Not impressed with the guys attitude, I had questions on how to get my vehicle towed from a shop that didn't work on the issue to tires tires tires so they could repair it. He got very aggressive about not towing it from the lot and got very angry when I was questioning how to tow it then, if I had to move it from their lot. I finally just said I wasn't impressed and called lighting towing. That company was super helpful.
Like an idiot, I ran myself out of fuel on the way to the gas station. A Plus Towing was dispatched via my roadside assistance. I walked to get a gas can at a near by gas station and was caught in a torrential downpour. Austin picked me up at the gas station, drove me back to my Jeep, and provided me with a couple gallons of gasoline so I could get back on my way. He was respectful, prompt, and just a nice guy. He wished me a better rest of my day and hoped I got where I was going safely. Thank you to A Plus Towing for helping to fix my own screw up and to Austin for doing his job with professionalism and kindness.
My insurance provider called A-Plus towing to help my son stranded on the interstate during a snow storm. This guy was so awesome, he put my mind and my son's mind at easy very quickly. He was fast, friendly, and very helpful. I see why they call themselves A-Plus.
Absolutely 'A+'. Interaction with the gentleman that took care of my son was well above and beyond a good employee. Communicated well, professional dependable. All of the tenants, and hallmarks of what is wanted and desired when a vehicle needs towed. The company must know value of who they hire as it is projected to customers. WELL DONE. I would recommend this company as a first pick to others.
(Car lockout) Great customer service. They answered the phone (which isn't always common now days), they were upfront with the cost, and had someone come out to my lockout right away. I got to go inside and stay warm... they called me and got my keys right out. They were professional, careful with my car (making sure they didn't cause any damage), and nice.
The tow truck driver made the situation easy. He handed me a card because I was so frazzled so that I knew where to pick up my car later. They took care of the fluid spillage on the road as well. All in all very trustworthy.
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Had a blow out on the interstate after dark. Upfront about the cost when I called, which was reasonable for an emergency service. So glad they are available after hours. Would definitely call them again.
I’ve called them several times to come tow a car from my house and recently called them like 3 times within a week to come jumpstart my car after it broke down. They’re always there, dispatch is so friendly. I’m so satisfied with their service and l feel the prices are reasonable. After writing this review, I’ll call them to come tow my brother’s car from the repair shop. I’m confident they’ll be there.

I am not from the area and they were fast, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable people who saved me from missing a second flight at the airport. Jeff was great! Came super fast to jump start my battery. Was willing to even install a new one right there and then all within 45 minutes. He even let me sit in the car to warm up while he changed the battery to stay warm on a 7 degree windy day. Thank you!
These guys are great. The only thing I wish is that the wait time isn't always so long. We've used them 3 times in the last 3 months, for my son's car. But the wait time sometimes was almost 2 hours. 2 of the times he was stranded on the interstate during rush hour. Otherwise I think they are great.
The tow driver that I had was friendly and explained the process to me. He would get 5 stars for customer service. My issue came after my car left the lot. The driver wore his dirty gloves to open my vehicle when he dropped it off at the dealership and touched the interior. The dealership sent me pictures of the mess. My car is in almost perfect condition without even a door ding. I recently had it detailed and ceramic coated. I called the company and the receptionist was kind and listened. She handled our interaction very professionally. She had another individual return my call and I was not impressed with him. He wanted me to bring my car to their shop so they could clean it. I wasn't comfortable with just anyone using whatever chemicals they had on hand to clean it. The company did offer a solution but I chose to take care of it myself. The regular staff at A Plus were great, management could take a lesson from them, and they should be more careful with customer's vehicles.
Great service! My daughter was stranded along side the interstate and it was late at night. I called Triple A and within 20min she was rescued and called me to tell me my daughter was safe and not worry. This business is a 5 star rating. Friendly, honest and very reasonable service charges. Highly recommend!!!
