I stopped at a truck stop on fridged night (-17) & the air pump at the station was frozen. I was trying to put air in my sister's tires so she could drive hours into even colder temps. Nick from Ace towing was there and said pull up behind my truck. He filled the tire with air & declined payment! So very kind & helpful!!!!
Using Ace again today to pull a rental out to Wyoming so our truck can make delivery to Salt Lake City. they are the best, 30 minutes or less to rent a truck and line up Ace towing. we may be 2 days late delivering but thatnks to Ace we have a happy customer. Thank you Randy

Our RV rental had broken down and even though the first tower was very nice, his truck wasn’t large enough to tow our vehicle. The owner, Randy immediately helped us and Nick was out to tow the RV extremely fast. Not only is Ace Towing efficient, but they had great recommendations for the area to make our spoiled trip still fun.

Terrible, vehicle towed and iPad was stolen out of the front. Tracked it down and it’s at somebody’s house now. police report has been filed but probably won’t be receiving it. Don’t trust these guys to get into your equipment. They are no good liars and steal from hard working people. Called service department and they “couldn’t find it”. Also, was never able to receive refund from company. Just no good, lying, criminals!
One of their drivers who was going North on I29 today Jan 7th of 2023 around 3:45pm, nearly smashed into me several times from the adjacent lane. I suspected he was impaired, drunk or just idiotic. And only didn’t when I laid on the horn making him go back. When I surpassed him in my lane, he laid on the horn himself and started following me. I was VERY close to calling the police, and settled with keeping 911 on speed dial, and making sure I had a means of personal protection handy. I then called his company and gave the description of a MASSIVE red semi tow truck, currently hauling a big white box truck. And various logos, decals and location info to his boss. The truck driver followed me for miles until I took my exit 81, and at that time I wanted to ditch him. So at the last second I turned my right blinker on and sharply entered the right turning lane SAFELY. He was stuck in the non turning lane then and I got away.

Their drivers will endanger lives, and follow the victims of their road rage for possible retaliation.
Called because I needed a vehicle towed from where I work, when I told him it was a car he said 18wheelers only and immediately hung up. I understand they are probably busy, but come on. Just hanging up on a customer right away is a big no for any company. Horrible customer service on the phone.
Ace towing was amazing! I lost my clutch around midnight while I was loaded with livestock. It only took them 45 minutes to get to me from when I called. Kyle showed up and had a great demeanor. He towed me to their yard and hooked to my trailer with their straight truck to help me deliver my load 65 miles away. By morning, they knocked on my door with a list of shops that could get me in that day. I would recommend their top notch customer service to anyone I know!
Broke down on the Interstate 20 miles north of Sioux Falls. Driver showed up quickly and went right to work. We had a larger truck and forklift trailer. Driver was very friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. Was very careful not to damage our equipment. Rates were reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.
This company was recommended through several channels and when I saw what they had for equipment and past recoveries; had full faith in their abilities. The call was to retrieve our sunk plow/dump truck. It was the great value and professionalism they would provide in such timely operation that made them great to work with. The Company (Bibbs Inc) I worked for back in the mid to late 2000's used this company for all towing services. Was broke down 100~120 +/- miles East of Portland with a blown engine valve on my way to get reloaded. They had a truck out there quick enough on a hook, Dale was the Driver and probably still is the man! He got the tractor out there to me, I got reloaded and was back in Sioux Falls without much more than a days lost time.
IF you want it hauled or brought back from ANYWHERE NATIONWIDE this is the company to call in and around the SouthEastern part of South Dakota, Southwestern Minnesota, Northwest Iowa and Northeast Nebraska. They have the trucks, rigging, etc for any type of hauling, wrecks. They use Air Bag recovery methods to save loads from a potential total loss if trailer is laid over on it's side.
I use to work in the Class 8 truck repair industry back in the 90's prior to driving truck and they always delivered, towed and even came and lifted trucks off low boy trailers for wreck repair.
They definitely have the fleet of trucks to keep things moving smoothly.
They were quick to respond to a trailer tire blow-out on I29 and the service charge was more than fair. The service truck driver was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.
We have hired Ace multiple times to help us move some equipment locally & long distance. Always on-time, knowledgeable drivers, nice office staff. Very fair with his customers. and will continue to work with Ace Towing again in the future.
Called guy he told me $375 per hour. I said ok. Some one showed up within 30 min and pulls me out in 5 min. Tells me my bill is $2000. I asked why his response was i charge $500 per hour 2 hour minimum and i brought a second tow truck with me. Then He said if you dont like it ill tow your truck to tow yard and can pay more. Pretty much they stole money from me and scammed me. Their prices were not reasonable. Rude und unproffeaional. It you want some one to steal you $2000 in 5 min call them. They are good at that.
Love these guys! My Class A RV lost air in the rear airbags in the middle of the night on I-90. Called them and they immediately sent someone out. He figured out the issue in two minutes...grabbed some duck tape created a temp fix so we could drive into Sioux Falls to a repair facility. In fact he followed us the entire way into town. If you need a tow truck make sure to call the gus at ACE Towing.
We were on a road trip from Minneapolis to Rapid City in our RV. Just before reaching Sioux Falls our RV broke down. We can’t remember the man’s name for the life of us but if he or his employer ever sees this, commend that man for his service!! He had all black tattoos and his birthday is August 30th. He not only showed up to help us out in a timely manner but went above and beyond to find us someone who would be willing to check out the RV when the 30+ places we called all told us no. He even found us a spot to park while my fiancé fixed the issues we had. He literally saved our trip!!!!

I hired ace towing to do hauling for me over the last 3 to 4 years. The were at the place on time and ready to work. First thing on a Wednesday, of early August, was just 30 miles from my drop when my Peterbilt blew its engine. It was a crucial period for I had multiple drops and this was the 2nd drop. It had a time period because the place I was going to was involved in construction issues, thus access to the building would diminish after that day. I didnt know what was going to happen, but then my boss told me Ace Towing was coming with two trailers, one for the Pete, the other for the trailer. Perhaps there was hope yet, when these guys arrived, I was amazed, they would turn an otherwise hopeless situation into a disolved remedy. Both guys were cool, calm, friendly, and professional. Interestingly enough, Ace Towing centers their professional aim around faith and belief in the Most High, which is quit the solid tradition of a good business philosophy. It showed that day, because not only did they deliver my load in time, but they also made me forget about the prospective horror of my truck being severely impaired. After I got paid for that load I decided they earned a nice tip as well as reward, though I may never come across Ace Towing again, the fact they take such great pride in their work marks the true spirit they center their aim on, faith and job 1# quality.
