very considerate and helpful staff, more knowledge than the next two stores. May not look like much, but they have a wide selection and the know how to help

Rich did not keep his word on previous pricing for dealer work but did not reneg on his word until the work was completed. He was rude and dismissed any questions of any talking about blatenly lieing. He doesn't even deserve a star. Bad business. BAD
I like the way they work. Called me when they found a problem to see if I wanted them to fix it. I will be taking my vehicle there whenever I need it fixed.
Rich went through extensive research, wanting to do the best thing at the best price. He worked tirelessly and was persistent. I couldn’t have asked for a better car repair shop. I will forever be a faithful customer.
I am not the type to complain or cause any issues but this place really did me dirty. So here we go, I go here and get my car checked and they tell me what's wrong with it. The mechanic tells me to get what I needed fixed it would be NO MORE than 250, he had me convinced that they are the best and cheapest in town. So I called around other places that night to make sure he was right. I figured out that it was a decent/average price for what I needed fixed. So I made an appointment. They fixed it, but when I went up to pay the bill was a couple dollars short of $400!!!! Why couldn't they tell me that before? They didn't apologize they just said "oops, we'll have to use a calculator next time instead of giving you a estimate." I don't like drama so I was like wow whatever I guess I'll go get some more money they said if I didn't they would take back all the parts and I would pretty much waste my whole day getting my car fixed just to get the parts taken off again. So I paid it, even though they shouldn't honored at least some of it. BUT HOLD UP IT GETS WORSE, my car was starting to rattle and sounded horrible when I got on the interstate, and me, being clueless about cars, didn't know what was wrong. So I took it to my dad who figured out they didn't tighten ANY OF MY LUGNUTS!! MY TIRE COULDVE FLEW OFF ON THE INTERSTATE!! If I pay you $400 I expect you to do your damn job right. I hope y'all take the time to read this so they don't pull nothing like this on you. I didn't even go back to complain cause I don't like to do that, so I'm gunna give you guys a fair warning and note to myself to never go back to this place!! Smh.
The owner is very polite and attentive! He has been in this business for about 20 years, as I was told by a friend. With any vehicle's issue I visit these mechanics , and appreciate their work and prices.
