I called from CA, and the gentleman Scot helped try to find the part I was looking for, he didn’t have it at his shop, but he was very helpful and found the part in WA state. Needed struts for my finances 2017 outlander se. Worked only find sports. Worked with Maria who did great to be able to find a used pair but with low miles. Payment was easy and she was very helpful with the process.

Ordered a oem hood scoop for my dodge ram which was cleary advertised oem.received a cheap aftermarket copy .oem scoop is metal bolt on one I received is fiberglass and 8 inches smaller . Also gave wrong parcel dimensions which cost me an additional €130 as I arranged shipping .John who dealt with the process is not interested in listen to my complaint. Never mind apologising .€570 dollars for a hood scoop and shipping .€130 refund very poor .when I cleary never got what was advertised.

They helped source me a reasonable priced rear passenger window after someone tried to steal my car. They got it in and unfortunately the plastic on the bottom broke. So they're ordering me another one, and they're shipping it right to my house! Always great customer service and knowledge!

I went to Nordstrom's because my tires were so bare I was afraid that a rock was going to pop them! I only wanted a used set for the rear of my car. They didn't have any out in the yard so I had to go over to the automotive section, that's where I met Jonathan the man working behind the counter if you want good service and great customer service he's the one to talk to he made me feel very comfortable very at ease he was able to help me immediately and even went above and beyond to make sure that I did not leave his lot without the tires that I needed I cannot thank you enough Jonathan, and Nordstrom's Automotive!
Jake at Nordstrom's was awesome! The part that went bad in my seat heater is no longer being made. Jake helped me find a drivers seat in matching trim for a reasonable price. It was located at a sister salvage yard. He showed me the pictures to make sure I was okay with the condition of it. It was in expected condition and all the controls worked...including the seat heater! Yeah!
After searching for 3 months, I purchased an engine from Nordstrom's Automotive on July 16, 2024 for my 2001 Ford Escort ZX2 that had 252,468 miles on it. John, the salesman at Nordstrom told me that the engine was recovered from a crash test vehicle that was tested for suspension and it only had 99 miles on it!!! When it was delivered and my mechanic installed it, he told me that it was the cleanest used engine on the inside that he had ever seen in his life. He said it did not require any gaskets or seals and everything looked new. There was no dry rot. I have driven my car an additional 4,000 miles since the engine was installed and it is operating like brand new. The gears honestly seem to change faster. I am crazy about my old car that's paid for and in great shape. The purchase of this engine helped me avoid buying a newer car and avoiding a car note.

Dustin and Rodney were the best to work with!! They were very kind and helpful on everything I asked.
Rodney even measured his car to see if the bumper I was buying would fit in my car before I drove 3 hours to pick it up.

This place is absolutely top notch!!! Their website is easy to navigate with clear pictures of what you're ordering and the ability to text a sales person with any questions. I ordered a tire and received it well wrapped in plastic exactly as described. Shipping was lightening speed fast and the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy with my transaction and the item I purchased.
After awhile of searching for Running Boards for my truck with no luck finding any locally. I found a nice set here and purchased them. Great experience and friendly staff. They shipped them to me in Wisconsin and the shipping was fast! They even included the mounting hardware which seems rare for salvage yards to do. Highly recommend!
I purchased a replacement engine form Nordstrom's Automotive in August, it was for my 2003 BMW 325i which originally had a blown head gasket. Dustin quoted a great price and when things got a bit difficult he hung in there! The shipping was fast, shipped in 2 days! My mechanic put in the motor which took about a month but I'm driving again! I give this company 5 stars! Ask for Dustin!
