Great service. Brought carbs in that were completely seized up. Been sitting for several years. These guys had em back to me in no time and they are like brand new. Didn't even have to adjust anything. Saved me so much money from buying new.

I did a last minute drop off of tires and wheels today to have the new tires mounted. Nic told me I could pick them up later. Phenomenal service!

A few months out from the service date now and everything they fixed has been great. Bike runs way better than before and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely go to them in the future!

You’re going to in good hands when you go to MotoPros, I ordered tires from him, and he helped me out in a bind mounting some tires real quick. Good guy.

Good quality people. Even though they didn't have the parts I was looking for, they gave me a recommendation on where to find them. I was curious about the place and they allowed me to tour the scrapyard for inspiration on future projects. I will be returning for any work I need with my bikes, these are trustworthy people. Good source for moped guys as well, very reasonable tire change prices.

Referred here by a friend to have a fairing put on my 2000 Honda Shadow. I ordered the fairing and they let me ship it to their shop. The fairing wasn’t going to work with mine as the gauge was on the bars. Moto gave me a couple options on what to do and (with some advice from my friend) went with making a bracket for the gauge so the fairing would work. I was also given quotes for the options and found them reasonable. Moto went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. The price was fair and within budget They are friendly and didn’t try taking advantage of a female that doesn’t know anything about bikes. Great first impression and had some good laughs too. Highly recommend going there and I will be a returning customer

I paid for all my new parts, they gave me a poorly fixed one and they said it was a different used one. They kept my good parts, a fender lamp bulb, decals, since it was only one, the broken one in the din screws where zip ties don't go and they made holes in the body and it didn't work. because I didn't want to pay since it was a job for 1930 dollars they only refunded me 100 dollars not even half of my parts so if they sell you fender of a can am bulbs lamps are mine He says that I do not have photos of the professional work for which I paid 1930 dollars in labor and for all the new parts they only returned what was not useful and what if the fender headlight bulbs, the stickers of the new fenders were thrown away because they were "garbage "Thieves that they are say that I wanted to blackmail them I just wanted them to do what I paid for they didn't connect the new lights a screw and the zip ties the "free" work they did it was enough for me to only get on it twice for the zip ties to break and get damaged plus the plastics on my motorcycle since I drilled holes in it twice to hold them and the woman at the reception said that I needed a new but used part and the guy at the workshop said that it was mine but that he had worked more than once to fix it, thieves and liars

This place is a Rip off. had my bike for 2 and a 1/2 years. Quoted me $1000. I paid him $1000 when he got my bike to help him out get the parts. He said Might. need all the $1000. I will get some money back. when he was finished after 2 and a 1/2 years, he charged me another $1500. Does not run well right now. I had a brand new battery and charged me for a new one.

Nick rebuilt the engine on my 08 Polaris Ranger. Now it runs like a top. Nick does good work at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone.

I started taking my 00 wideglide to Moto pros about a year ago started for carb clean then tire replacement. The tire that we replaced the new one was a bad tire so nick went above and beyond and ordered me a new tire and a high dollar name brand one and didn’t charge anything because the inconvenience it had caused me. He never complained or made excuses he just wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied and taken care of. Fast forwarding about 8 months I went to him to have alot of work done. Once again he did nothing short of amaizing. He did all the work in a fast and timely manner. And all to perfection. Thank you Moto Pros your company is top notch. I never have to question anything they say if they tell you something needs to be done it’s because it needs to be. They have a vast knowledge on all motorcycle brands makes and models. This also includes ATV side by sides HELL ANYTHING WITH A MOTOR. I am attaching photos my before and after step by step transformation. Thank you again

I was looking fo some parts for a moped didn't find it but noticed a side by side UTV with flat tires and a broken canopy I went in and made an offer on the three seater and he accepted it I paid him 200 cash and 200 on a card and went to get a truck and trailer with him saying that he would be there all night cleaning the shop got back and he started trying to load up some little junk parts ATV I told him that's not what we had agreed on and not to load it uyp and I wanted my money back to which I was told that his time is worth money. I said I'd give him $20 for his trouble . I then called my dad told him what was happening and he said that it wasn't his fault and he took the ATV he thought we wanted and put it out on the road

Honestly communication stood out the most with this shop. We use ATV’s/UTV’s to work medical at events. One summer one of our ATV’s had the front differential go out and they were able to pick up our unit and get it back to us in a timely manner so we could get back to work. Yes it is cheaper to work on things yourself however this is with everything. When you take it to Moto Pros expect to pay their worth but they definitely got it done faster than I would have on a good day.

Online it sounds like this place is huge, it's not. Bad at returning calls, not a huge inventory. Definitely not worth driving aways to go there. The staff is nice and there prices are fair. So that is a plus. But can't even really see the scrapped bikes due to weeds being tall and thick. All in all with prices and staff nice, due check them out online. But don't waste time taking a drive. And don't hold your breath for a return call

I take my bike there for work nick has always treated me right and tells exactly what is wrong before any work is done. Honest , respectful and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his work ethic.

The guys at Moto Pros, were great, told me it might be 4-6 wks to get my scooter back, they had it back to me in 2 wks!! Great turn around time on my repairs ,and reasonable priced.

Always a pleasure to work with them...quality work at reasonable prices. I've had Nick work on probably 4 different bikes from a '78 Honda CB360 to an '06 Yamaha R6, and he's been able to take care of everything we asked him to. Highly recommend for whatever repairs you might need.

Reading through all the previous comments actually surprised me at how many negative reviews people left. The reason I say that is I had quite a few positive experiences with motopros, however that relationship drastically changed for the worst. Had been friends with the owner and his wife for many years. Had alot of work done at the shop on my quad, but I should have stopped after the first red flag. Nick (the owner) had a guy working out of his shop named Dusty who was supposed to make me a custom aluminum fuel tank. Instead of that happening he made something I couldn't use and when he said he would fix it-he came to the shop during the weekend and moved everything out and I never saw him again. The owner said since I didn't pay him and paid dusty instead it wasn't his problem. I let it go because we were friends. Fast forward to the present. The owner had been storing my quad for me for a couple years and he said when I picked it up he would figure out a special storage fee for me since we were friends. We never discussed a set time and when my dad went in for service on his quad the owner asked when I planned on picking it up and if I wanted him to give it a tune-up for spring. A couple months go by and I receive a certified letter in the mail. Open it up and it's a letter from the same guy Dusty who Motopros allowed to rip me off. Inside is a form for lost and abandoned property. It's a document template printed from the internet and not even the official one from the courthouse. It said that motopros had my quad towed all the way to flandreau south dakota. The owner of motopros never once tried to contact me or inform me that he was going to have my property towed. Such a shady business tactic! We were friends and to have my property towed over an hour away was just a ploy to make it difficult to recover. When I brought up the fact the person he chose to use was his ex employee who had ripped me off, he responded-oh he is legit now. He has employees and a towing license, I ended the call shortly after because I was so disgusted. After I paid the outrageous fees I still wasn't allowed to have my property for another 48 hours. After that ordeal I consulted a lawyer and he showed me that I could have sued and called the cops and the owner would be arrested. My quad was in storage in a storage crate, under a storage arrangement. If Nick wanted to do this legally he would have filed for a title on unclaimed property in storage. But because he didn't do that he committed a misdemeanor and illegally removed my quad from his property by having it towed and trying to file for an abandoned property title. What's concerning is how close he and dusty came to stealing my property. I just hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. What's worse is I'm sure it probably has. My only reason I'm posting this is to warn future potential customers. If someone can treat a friend like they did to me, just imagine what they could do to a random customer. Use your own judgment, but as a respected Google Local Guide I tried to give the most detailed explanation for my low rating I gave motopros.

It appeared they worked on and had a good supply of parts for motorcycle and atv's. Went there looking for a hard to find cable for my Harley. They don't generally deal with Harley parts but they had what I needed tucked away in a corner.

Highly recommend! What I really appreciate is when they take to explain the process of the services that you need. Very professional and friendly. I will not go anywhere else to have my toys serviced, fixed or accessories to be put on. Its exactly what I've been looking for in a shop. The best in the area.....period.

Good people fair pricing. Nick is very knowledgeable and helpful. He will take good care of your toys. You can't go wrong.

Don’t judge a book by its cover.... I own a Honda and a Harley, both of which have been serviced by their respective dealers. I have always been treated as though there was only one person that could fix or maintain my rides and I had to suffer with substandard quality and service. Then, I heard about Motopros. I am open minded and ready for a change. I dropped the Honda off which hasn’t run good in a few years. Has been to two Honda dealers (local and the Hitching Post in the Hopkins area) and neither could make it run properly but had no problem charging for guess work. Nick had it for an afternoon and put new tires on it, serviced it and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Honestly, the bike has not ever ran this good... Thanks! So then I bring him my Harley for service as I am heading out of town on a trip. Again, 1 day and excellent job. New tire, bike runs awesome! Pricing is good. Safety is #1. When I have the time to ride I don’t want to worry about my equipment working. I have 100% confident in their abilities, knowledge and actually caring about my rides. Thank you for the great service! I totally recommend them, no matter what you ride. Nice job guys!

Came here with a snapped clutch cable. Within 5 minutes they had one for me ($20) and gave me the freedom to install it myself since I was mechanically inclined. They let me use their tools, shop, and the entire area, without nagging me, hassling me or telling me to hurry up. Gave me any pointers or help needed on the spot. Unfortunately the clutch actuator lever snapped after adjustment (faulty part, not their fault), so they ordered a new one at no cost, that exact moment. They installed it at no cost, and topped me off with some AMS fluids and off I went! I have since been back with my second motorcycle and they always have a few spare parts around, willing to barter on the prices. If the work is quick or easy they are willing to help often free of charge (don't rely on my luck, not everything in life is free). Currently bringing it in for some starter and carb work, and I will gladly be paying them whatever they ask, because they deserve every penny. They have lovely, friendly dogs that love company, so come say hi and enjoy the place. Definitely going there for all my Moto needs from now on.

Excellent service. I own an older Triumph which you generally have to keep going back on things.. Nick fixed the suspension right the first time and I didn't have explain the stuff they warn about in the forums. He also stocks quality products.
